The location of the hotel is excellent and several local restaurants, shops, and attractions are easily accessible. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable, air-conditioned, and excellent calue for money given it's location. Although there was not always someone at the reception desk, the man who was there was very helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like - the only small issue we had with the room was that the TV didn't work.

The room was a good size and had a sofa in it. The location was ideal, in touching distance of all main attractions. In terms of other properties, this hotel offered great value for money. There is a lift, which will help older people.

Only one real issue. Very noisy, both internally and externally. It's hard for a hotel to control guests behaviour but the external noises were quite loud from cars to church bells. I would suggest investment in windows that are more resistant to sound for a better tourist experience.

It is located just blocks from the Setas de Sevilla, on a secluded street. The front desk person helped us out immensely with our trip and even helped guide us for our travels after we left Sevilla. The room was nice and clean with plenty of space. Perfect for a couple.

Very big room and good value for money. Close to the tourist place Setas de Sevilla (5min walk). Easy and close to walk to town centre.

Had a power cut when I wanted to go out and had to wait with the other 3 guests for the property owner to open. Came in about 10 minutes and solved the issue.

The desk staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. They helped me contact the last hotel I had left my passport at. The location is great, just around the corner from major sites, and great restaurants

Like other hotels in Seville, the smell of mildew in the drains is awful. It permeates everything. What's with the plumbing system in this city?!

I am very very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The communication beforehand went very well and when I arrived at the hotel I was able to move into my room hours earlier. The staff are incredibly nice and explained a lot of things to me, recommended restaurants, etc. I felt very welcome. The room has everything you need for a short stay, is cleaned every day and was overall very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good. Located right next to the "Setas de Sevilla" and only about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcázar. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody and will definitely come back if I visit Seville again! Just TOP! Muy bien!

In my opinion, you cannot find a better located hotel:price ratio. It was close to many landmarks, we walked to most of them. Also close to the regional bus station, very convenient.

I wish there was a kettle in the room. It felt a little outdated, but perfect for a short stay. We stayed only 1 night with my friend and really appreciated the twin bed. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet.

Great location to visit the Setas and some excellent local restaurants. Less touristy area. Taxi stop 100m and on main bus route but still walkable to the cathedral. Rooms vary in size but price adjusted accordingly and all well set out so everything you want is there. Flat shower in mine and baths in the other 2. Lovely artwork. Codes received to allow us entry for later arrival. Helpful staff who arranged for us to leave luggage during the day and collect later.

My bed was a little hard but others liked theirs so it's individual preference

The location cannot be beat. You are walking distance to everything and next to some awesome breakfast options. The check in/out process is easy peasy. The place was clean and the staff was pretty much invisible.

The only pretty minor minus is the fact that the bathroom had a bit of a smell but I think it's just because it is an old building because it was really clean. And if they could put some actual hand soap instead of the tiny liquid packaging. Again, insignificant and really just observations. Would stay again.

The self check in is very useful, it allows you to enter whenever needed. The staff was attentive and the room was quiet and clean. The position is very good, at 1 Min walking distance from the Setas

The hairdryer had so much dust in it (which we couldn't clean ourselves) that it went in for a couple of minutes and then stopped, we had to wait 10 minutes and then, after cooling down, we could use it again for 2 minutes. I am sorry I did not tell to the reception on the way to leave, I am sure they will fix it.
