The location is great, you're within walking distance for a lot of places to visit as well as the shops. There are also plenty of food options around you. The room was comfortable, with everything you could need. The fridge and other appliances were really useful. The communication from the staff was amazing, I received everything I needed about the room the day before my flight. They also kept in touch throughout the stay to see if I required room service as well as anything else.

Everything. Location, view of the Metropol from my window. Even though on a busy street the walls are double insulated so there is no noise. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower and daily cleaning service. I ordered a bottle of Cava which was chilled in my refrigerator with chocolates since I arrived very late. Wii fii and air conditioner works great. Very timely on communication and helpful even late in the evening looking for parking. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Location was amazing. Communication was excellent with the host via whatsapp. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A bottle of champagne was waiting as a welcome present ( we did not use it but still the effort was kind ).

When we arrived it was not clean but after reporting the problem a cleaning lady was immediately sent to the location. We were really looking forward to the jacuzzi but there was none ( end of November ) so that was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing. You wake up to the amazing landmark in Seville from this hotel. WiFi is good and the room has a mini kitchen, fridge and excellent bathroom as well. There is no reception however it was smooth communication via WhatsApp with the people running the hotel. This hotel actually delivers value for money.

Given the location of this hotel, it’s very noisy outside and sometimes hard to get good sleep.

• Bed was not comfortable for us its very soft. Also no duvet filler, only sheets provided. We are used to thicker duvets in the UK - Perhaps a cultural / lifestyle difference, • Not really worth paying more for “private pool” in penthouse. It’s more like a 4ft by 4ft pool approx - so tiny. Pool is not heated as per notes, so it was cold & we didn’t use in November • Noisy outside - I was disturbed a few times by street noise • WiFi on TV didn’t load Netflix

Tiny issue: The front door to the building is extremely heavy and difficult to open when carrying bags... but this is such a minor thing. So take from this what you will about the place if this is the only bad thing to raise... :)

The location was exceptional and within walking distance of most sights (with one virtually on the doorstep). There is a good selection of bars and restaurants in the same street, yet it was quiet overnight as it is pedestrianised. It was a bonus to have the facility to make coffee, plus microwave etc. although we pretty much ate our meals out. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We loved the terrace and balcony. Although we didn’t meet our hosts, they were good communicators and quickly fixed a problem with the hot water.

I would have liked more space for hanging clothes, especially long skirts and dresses. The bathroom grouting (corners etc.) could benefit from a deep clean or upgrade and the bathroom sink tap is in an awkward, fixed position, or maybe I missed something! The registration process could be difficult and over-complicated for the less technically equipped.

Great location, in the borders of the old city. Very friendly service and attentive to every need one may have. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom and air conditioning, everything was very comfortable.

You should be aware that the place is in front of a very busy place and there may be noise at night. Anyway, just one night we heard very loud noises

The location couldn’t be better just in the middle the downtown, please if anyone read my comment READ THE PDF, they send you on WhatsApp, instructions for the room door and hotel door are there, rooms are quiet small, but they are very clean, any enquire personnel will answer by WhatsApp immediately, highly recommended

Rooms are a bit small no place to put a big luggage, and the price I think it’s ok regarding the location it’s amazing

despite the fact that it was an automatic, the accommodation was excellent, the staff was in contact with me throughout, they booked theatre tickets at my request, they booked theatre tickets, your restaurant was booked, I am extremely satisfied with the place and can only recommend it.
