Overall, we had a positive experience during our stay. The apartment is fully equipped – the kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, coffee maker, and even small essentials like salt, sugar, and olive oil, which are often missing in similar places. There is also an iron, dishwasher, and washing machine. The location is convenient – just 3 minutes to Setas de Sevilla and about 10–15 minutes to Seville Cathedral. They also provide lockers on the ground floor, which is handy for leaving luggage on the day of departure.

On the downside, the sofa was very uncomfortable and too hard to sleep on, although the beds in the bedroom were fine. There was also a group of homeless people in the park in front of the apartment throughout our stay, which felt a bit unpleasant.

The apartment itself is very nice, location is incredible just near the Sevillan Umbrella, fully equipped with all the amenities you need for comfortable stay. Staff is very polite and always ready to help. In the morning provided us with the lockers for our bags and prepared later on our apartment two hours earlier check in time. I like that stay in general and highly recommend!

Perhaps that was the specific of our exact apartment that was the only in the ground floor, but there were not plenty of enough light and there were lot of small sewage insects everywhere in the property - at all walls, at the ceiling especially in the bathroom, were regularly flying, chilling and feeling like at home - this is an issue indeed and I would kindly ask the host to try to fight with them. The cleanliness of the apartment might be better as well

Very good location in the heart of historic center and setas, you can do almost everything in this beautiful city only by walking, great property fully equipped 2 A/C kitchen tv… parking near than location at 22 Eur per 24h - Call center available for every question.

Complicated checkin process as you have to pay without booking by a specific link and fill all the forms (but acceptable when you see the property- don’t worry it’s safe and it’s a professional company) Sometimes we had bad smell from sewer (but only few times of the day) - despite that it was a great property we enjoyed our stay and I recommend it.

The location and the view of the apartment were perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed for cooking, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was also nice and everything was clean.

Maybe that we couldn't do the check-in a little bit earlier just to leave our luggage at the reception so we could enjoy more time in the city. Since we had an earlier flight, the day seemed to pass very slowly until doing the check-in.

Central position easy to walk to all the main attractions. Comfortable beds with good cotton sheets. Secure entry giving a feeling of safety. Nice having en-suite bathrooms o both bedrooms plus small shower room.

One of the bedrooms had an intermittent smell coming from the bathroom. Mostly quiet, no road noise, internal apartment but noisy child screaming often late at night.

Perfect location, in vibrant downtown. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking distance to Palace and Cathedral. Apartment itself is well maintained, clean.

Landlord didn't take payment through booking.com. Tons of guest forms to be filled in separately. I spent 1+ hours completing anything after booking confirmed. Wish it could be more traveler friendly and booking process be more efficient.

The apartment was great. Separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Really nice bathroom and effective aircon (it was very hot when I visited). Everything was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location.

The only tiny concern was that my entry code didn't arrive before I got to the hotel, which had me a little nervous while I was in transit. It was all sorted out when I arrived.

I was pleasantly surprised with every thing about this accommodation! The location was perfect and the the room was even better than I expected. You have everything you need and more. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen which I was not expecting and I feel like they thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also love the check-in process and how everything is done electronically including sending the code for the main entrance and your room to your email. It makes the whole process super easy and seamless!

The one small detail that was lacking was a clothes rack or a hanger of some sort for coats, etc.

Only thing that wasn’t so good - I believe they might have an ant infestation behind the beds… we saw lots of them come out of the walls and the little trap door on the floor and had to move the beds away from the walls as we woke up throughout the night with ants in the bed.

Location is incredible, walking distance from everything. Very central. There's an Aldi relatively close. If you need to park your car the apartments are in a street that has free parking (blue is paid, white is free) but you have to be extremely lucky. There's a really nice man that helps you park as some spots are really tight. The view is also incredible. There's a terrace with a very cool view where you can sit by the sun or have a nice dinner overlooking the city. Kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartments weren't extremely clean. The couch needs a deep clean (I took am extra blanket with me so I could cover the couch) and the floor looks like hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a while.
