Lovely hotel. Good attention to decoration. Loved all the old photos and the matador costumes. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and nice having drinks and cooked eggs served by a staff member along with the buffet items. Air conditioning worked well. No problems with the keyless door entry by app. Restaurants a short walk away and attractions an easy taxi ride.

It was beyond the control of the hotel but the dustcart came at 11.30 at night and noisy guests arriving back to their rooms at midnight.

All of the staff (especially the reception team) were amazing; super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast served in light airy room with Spanish music playing very quietly in the background. Excellent location. The roof top space was an evening haven of tranquility after the excitement of the days (I went up every night and only saw one couple up there). It was a very comfortable space.

I stayed in Room 2. It could have had more than the one picture up to improve its atmosphere.

Everything about this cozy boutique hotel was exceptional. It had great charm and was centrally located. I was able to find parking about 2 minutes away but since everything was in walking distance, I only used my car to ener and leave the city. The staff was very nice, and breakfast was always fresh and hot. As an aspiring guitarist, I loved the whole music vibe, and would definitely stay again!

If I had to be super picky, I would say the lack of an elevator. However, we were only on the 2nd floor and only had carry on bags for a few days, so not a big deal for us at all.

The hotel is a short distance from the main landmarks, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very polite.

The breakfast is very poor, literally, for me was nothing to eat, there are few fruits, few cups of Danone, most of them with fruit, few two bites croissants (I never saw croissants so little). When you sit down at the table they will bring you two glasses of orange juice and one pancake (not understand why just one). If you want scrambled eggs, you should ask for two person otherwise the scrambled egg for one person is a less than handful.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom small but sufficient. Nice decor. The staff were very nice.

-The rooms have windows to the main hall. At night when someone would turn on the lights in the hall, the light would come in through the window. -Staff is only on the property until 8 pm. On Saturday night, right under our window, there was a group of men drinking and making noise, loud voices, until 1 AM. No one was there to do anything about it. It was difficult to fall asleep. -No elevator.

Very Spanish and felt very traditional. Loved the decor. Room was a good size and well equipped. Unfortunately one of the plug sockets did not work. Was a little dusty behind bedside cabinets but the general cleanliness was good and cleaned daily to a good standard. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly - before we went and while we were there. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and relax with fantastic views.

If you were upstairs it would have been difficult to get your luggage upstairs.

Hotel staff were excellent being very attentative at breakfast time and informative on places to see and visit in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning welcome as the temperature rose into the mid 30'sC. Breakfast was a mix of self serve and service. There was cereal, fruit, yougurts, eggs (scambled or boiled), and pastries The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city conveniently located for both the Santa Cruz and Macarena districts with a lot of places within the city centre walkable for an able person. E.g the Cathedral is approx. 700mm away and the Metropol about 400m walk. I think the main area of shops is also about 500m walk (I'm not a shopper but did walk through a shopping area on the way to the bus station). Lots of narrow cobbled streets within a short walk, and restaurants and bars. If you have time, visit Italica which are roman ruins at Santiponce about 10km out of town. Fantastic roman amphitheatre and remains with superb mosaics. 1.50 euros to get in! 170 bus will get you there and back.

Nothing. We were really pleased with the hotel, staff and its location.

Nice quiet boutique hotel and excellent value for money. We found the location is perfect for exploring Seville, within a couple of minutes walk from the main sites but quiet at night. The breakfast on offer was also good value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was very clean, and spacious with plenty of hot water.

Only one issue we had was with the app used to access our room which was temperamental. My personal preference would be to have a key or card

It is a lovely boutique hotel in an authentic house from ~1900. A lot of charme and attention to details. The rooms are good in size, I would think almost every room has a small balcony? Mine at least had one. The beds have excellent matresses. Lighting, A/C, shower, all was nice. The staff made a perfect job, the room was always clean. The location is a bit "off" the hot spots, so you need to walk a bit (~ 5 to 10 minutes) to reach the busy parts of downtown. a central bus station is only 5 minutes away. But this also means it is quiet. You can sleep with open balcony doors without problem until at ~ 8:30 a.m. the adjacent shool opens. But its anyway time for breakfast then. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they prepare your scrambled egg fresh in the kitchen. Freshly pressed orange juice is also part of it. My breakfast usually consists of coffee & croissant. The staff was very nice, but a bit concerned that I didnt want to taste their kitchen. Overall, I would stay there again. No doubt!

The only thing I would improve is the sluggy WiFi and that you need an App on your mobile to open the doors. And if your mobile has logged in to the sluggy WiFi...it can take ages until the door opens. At the same time the mobile data connection can be weak in that area (nothing the hotel can do about), so, even switching from hotel WiFi to mobile data might not solve the problem and it could be that you are standing in front of your room door in the middle of the night hoping that it will work eventually...and...be assured...it does...can take 2-3 minutes.
