I loved the warm welcoming of the staff in the hotel, the staff at breakfast and those at the pool. The hotel and communal facilities are very clean and smells very nice as you walk into the reception area. The room had air con and worked perfectly, also there is a fridge to keep your drinks cool. The beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space and plugs near the bed. The bathroom had 2 sinks and was very roomy. The only "but"is that we found a few ants as soon as we arrived. We weren't bothered by it and didn't mention it, as they stayed in the bathroom, but for a 3 star hotel I wasn't expecting to find this kind of issue. The pool is big enough and open almost all day. They provide towels and can get drinks from the bar too. Breakfast was 10/10 from organisation to cleaning and quality of the buffet. There were milk alternatives and a corner for gluten/sugar free items. Location suited us well too. Overall very good, I would come back and would recommend it. I hope not to have ants in the room next time 😅

Location of this hotel is optimal, 10-15 mins by foot from the historical center, and also it's slightly the same distance from Railway Station. During my vacation there was no need to use public transport at all. Breakfast was good and tasty, personnel is very polite and hospitable. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but I had no chance to try it because of winter time. Room cleaning including the sheets and bath towels changing - every day.

WiFi worked normally only near the lobby. As for vacation time its not critical, mobile internet will be enough. But in case of business trip, if you will need to work from your room - it will be not possible. I would say it is the point of attention for the hotel's owner to improve this. Regarding other things - all good, nothing to add.

Although I really enjoyed this hotel, I think they could do better managing the pool. They sometimes opened the pool late and not at 10AM like they advertised. We sometimes had to wait for the cleaning until 10:45AM, perhaps they could clean it from 9-10AM instead. Finally, I think having a staff person close by could help as many people did not shower before entering the pool or went in the pool with loose hair which made the pool dirtier.

The location for the historic area was only 12/15 minutes on foot. The hotel was clean and smelled absolutely amazing in the foyer which was spacious and modern. The room was air-conditioned with all facilities. Extremely good value for the money we paid for 2 nights with a buffet style breakfast, something for everyone. The orange juice machine, fresh oranges crushed into your glass was delicious and it set us up for the day. The hotel staff at reception and at breakfast were all very polite and professional.

Parking, when I booked I did so that we could park at the hotel. There was no room at the hotel and I was told that I needed to reserve the parking in advance. If I had known this I would have done it, however we were able to park across the street in the multistorey car park for 53€ for 2 nights, slightly more than the hotel but not a problem.

The hotel and bedroom was small but the perfect location for walking round Seville and seeing the sights and set in a lovely square with a couple of bars / tapas , a lovely restaurant, & supermarket ..Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice to start the day off ..All the staff were friendly and helpful. The roof terrace and pool was lovely and would be great in the hotter weather ..Great find . Delighted with our choice . I would stay again ..

The bedroom was at the rear so no balcony , just a small window which meant we had to use the lights , but the beds were comfortable , the aircon worked well . The shower was nice and powerful and bathroom good. .

We travelled to Seville by train and we welcomed the 15 minute walk to the hotel, the hotel was experiencing some upgrading but this did not impact on our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Depending on your capabilities all the attractions of the city are walkable from this hotel with Seville being flat, you have a great outlook from the rooftop pool and bar area. The room air con was a must for us at this time of year, we would definitely consider using this hotel on any future visits to Seville.

Very good location, very close to public transport and center is in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and highly professional. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good, a lot of variety, you will find all you need, sweat or salty, warm or cold. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom spotless clean and the bed comfortable. Do try the pool on the roof top! Wonderful view and and just great for chilling.

If you like staying in a quite room, ask for one not facing the street. Ours was on the street front and was quite noisy at night. We could get along with it, but just consider it when booking.

The hotel is very centric and prime location--we can walk to the old town and sightseeing places easily. There is a convenience store across the street, where I can buy drinking water and snacks.

We went there during the Holy Week--it's very hectic. Moreover, it's difficult to get in and out by car during the Holy Week. We were not informed about streets closing during the festival, and staff were not able to get any info about it for us. But the staff gave us a recommendation for public parking near a train station--15 min walk, which was available at that time.

Friendly helpful staff. On arrival in our room we found the safe not working but we weren’t too bothered that they were unable to fix it but later, as we were going bed we were alarmed at the sound of water running and found there was water pouring through the ceiling in the bathroom and water on the floor next to our bed. The staff were very responsive and quickly moved us to another room with a functioning safe. In the morning they gave us a lovely breakfast by way of compensation which we appreciated. Good location and will definitely stay there again. Lovely rooftop swimming pool with great views.

It will be better when the building improvements have been completed but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main sites of Seville. Our room had a balcony with exceptional views of the Cathedral, Giralda Tower and even to the towers at the Plaza de Espana. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that was strange was that the bathroom in our room had glass doors ! The staff on Reception were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The buffet style food in the restaurant was lukewarm at both breakfast and evening meal.
