The room, in the corner of the building, had great light and a nice street view with a small balcony. The street below had a bit of traffic, including busses and garbage trucks, but the sound insulation of the windows was good. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping us warm while it was chilly outside. The bathtub was a nice thing to have, and the water pressure was strong. The location was wonderful, as we were able to visit the city for several days by walking everywhere, even with a baby stroller. Nearby there is a brunch place and a tapas restaurant, both very nice.

The key cards (both) stopped working halfway through the stay. The internet access also stopped working and we had to request a new login. Both of these issues were quickly resolved by the staff. The internet access was a bit limited - after connecting two smartphones, the connection from a computer was denied stating too many sessions of the same user. The hotel offers some parking spots in a nearby garage, but the availability of spots is limited, and the price is higher than another location which is even nearer (Parking José Laguillo, we paid 85€ for 5 days).

The hotel is amazing, just a 10–15 minute walk from the city center and all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, the infrastructure feels brand new, and the room was super comfortable. Honestly, I’d rate it a 10 out of 10. I had a great experience with the staff today. I accidentally left my iPod behind, and just minutes after checking out, they contacted me, helped coordinate with a delivery service, and arranged to send it to my next destination. They were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated that level of care. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Great location 10 minute walk to the cathedral and other main attractions!, quiet neighbourhood, clean hotel, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We didn't pay extra for the breakfast so no opinion on that. The pool might be small but it's ideal after a long day walking around the city in the heat to cool off!!! Very helpful staff too.

Even though smoking was allowed at the roof terrace/pool, there was no ashtray or a bin to throw away the liter.

Excellent friendly hotel. Room 202 was large, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn't work on first night but after mentioning it to reception it was promptly fixed. Breakfast was limited but more than adequate. Location was good. Approximately 20 minute walk to the cathedral. I will definitely stay here again.

My only tiny dislike was the shower. It was hand held and not fixed to the wall. I would have preferred to stand under a shower but it wasn't a terrible inconvenience.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, even if it was not double bed as we asked. Good location about 1 km from city center so it was possible to walk and there also were a lot of buses to get to or from the city center. A lot of fruits on breakfast.

In the whole Spain hotels always had breakfast from 8 a,m, which on some days was not comfortable because we headed out earlier so we could not use it.

Staff was very polite and helpful to show us how to start the AC on heat in the room. Breakfast was ok but we take it only once. The bed was big. Location is very good, at walking distance to city center and also the train station. The neighborhood area seems very ok.

Bathroom had no heating, the only source of heating was the AC in the room. Room has no hall, so you see from the bed at night, the light from the outside hall, through the edges of the room door.

The hotel was around 15 to 20 mins walk from the city centre with lots of cafes and shops along the way. The bed was comfy, pillows great, shower good, air conditioning very good and hairdryer fine. The pool was rather small and freezing but it was at Easter and we knew the pool was small. We were the only people at the pool any time we went so it was nice to have it to ourselves.

The room was lovely and clean with very comfortable beds. Aircon was a dream considering I visited during 40 degree heat! The bathroom facilities were perfect, having a fridge in the room was also helpful. I did not have breakfast but the location of the hotel is very close to a supermarket and many places to eat. Short 10 minute walk to the Setas and 15 to the city centre meant it was the perfect location. The coffee machine was a really nice touch as I was able to start each day with an espresso in bed :) The pool on the 3rd floor wasn't big but was perfect for dipping in and out in the hot sun and always seemed very clean.

Not even a real complaint as I didn't spend much time in the room as I wanted to explore the city - but the road outside was quite noisy with building work - not the hotels fault.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms, great staff. Also, the bodega next to the hotel is a very good place for a drink.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that the mattress had a pretty big whole on one side of it. Good to note that the street is fairly busy and noisy during the day as it has a few bus lines that run on it.

We stayed in a room at the top floor, next to the swimming pool, extending our stay every day. It was great we didn't have to change the room. Swimming pool was great. Very good location, close to the old town. Breakfast was simply ok.

The only clean place in the hotel is the reception. Floors are dirty, garbage in the elevator and corridors, tarraces. Floor in our room wasn't cleaned even when we asked for it. We got a small discount for the parking nearby, but it was still pricy.
