Clean and quiet studio apartment located at edge of the old town made for a perfect location for our excursions. Excellent, knowledgeable and kind concierge (Gema) who gave us wonderful tips for bars and restaurants.

My wife had decided that it was time we visited Seville and as an older couple, we felt we wanted a nice apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre with all its beautiful attractions. We value comfort and peace and quiet. Casa del Rey excelled in every area. It started off with excellent communication with the host and in particular, Gema, who was able to answer all our questions virtually instantly and in a very informative manner. Throughout our stay, she was a rock, a fount of knowledge and kindness personified not to forget her two colleagues who were equally delightful. The property itself is located in a beautiful old building which has been fully renovated and is laid out in a classic simple style - very attractive. All the amenities were there. It was immaculately clean, very quiet and very comfortable with the bonus of having a plunge pool and quiet restful area on the roof was - just fabulous. On one day we were very happy to enjoy this area and read. We thoroughly recommend Casa del Rey. You won't be disappointed. Paul and Jan

Rooms are very comfortable, modern & secure with lock entry to the outer door & apartments ( good Aircon and a decent hairdryer… mini toiletries. pool towels provided.. free of charge. very helpful ladies on reception. Great rooftop seating area with a dip pool.. ( open from 9am to 9:30pm) close to all the shops, restaurants supermarket and attractions…

They had some sun shades over the deck chairs next to the dip pool, but really it could do with other parasols in the seating area as it has full sun all day and is very hot … otherwise you have to drag your chairs near the walk-through to get some shade

Location is superb! And the apartment is absolutely terrific! Every detail well thought out, and the design/decor truly lovely. From the moment you walk through the massive doors into the patio/courtyard, you realize you are in a special place. Has the wonderful feeling of an older Sevilla Moorish building that has been incredibly designed to accommodate modern needs/sensibilities. So much better than staying in a hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and it was so comfortable for the 3 of us.

Quiet street with key passcode to get into property Dip pool and seating terrace on roof. Perfect location to explore. Really comfy apartments, beds and pillows decent hairdryer reception are really helpful. We definitely stay here again. It was fabulous. Supermarket just around the corner lots of good shops and great eating places. Although there was two wooden parasols on the terrace, I think it could do with another 3 parasols around the seating area as it gets very hot out there and there’s no shade .

Only teeeeny suggestion, is we would have appreciated a kettle for our British tea!

Staff were brilliant, going above and beyond all the time to ensure your stay was great. Room was spacious but a bit tired, white walls show a whole host of stains so need a lick of paint & overhead shower needs descaling as looks like stalactites are forming & bathroom hook hanging out the wall. Mattress needs replacing as I was rolling out if the bed but on the whole a very comfortable room and only minor things that need addressing which did not affect our most wonderful stay in this beautiful city.

Fabulous location in heart of the Old Town, close to restaurants and main sites. The decor is authentic and has touches of Moorish feel enclosed within a courtyard with mosaic tiles setting the scene of Spain. The sound of water creates a cooling feel at the end of a hot day exploring the myriad alleyways and drinking local wines. Gema our host is fantastic with local knowledge and was always there to assist and advise. Gena made us feel highly welcomed. Our apartment was secure and highly comfortable with a small pool. If you wish to experience all Seville has to offer , this is the place to stay.

The property had no faults and was excellent

Superb location convenient for getting everywhere we wanted on foot. Beautiful property. Very clean, safe, comfortable and everything we needed in terms of facilities. The kitchen facilities were very handy (dish washer, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine). The member of staff (Gemma) that greeted us and showed us around was delightful. Gemma was very friendly and helpful in terms of explaining the facilities and providing recommendations for restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Everything was superb but if there was one area to improve I would say the roof top could be smartened and the swimming pool was not really large enough to swim in. It was more of a plunge pool.

Fantastic location and a great combination of modern design with peaceful courtyards and period features. We really liked our room and it was convenient to come and go with a passcode instead of a key. The kitchenette was well equipped, the living room stylish and the bed was huge and comfortable. The shared roof terrace was a tranquil place to hang out in the late afternoon, and overall we had an excellent stay.

Soundproofing to the street outside could be better, although the double glazed windows were all new and well maintained. We were woken up in the night by drunks in the street and also building work, despite having windows, shutters and curtains closed.
