Clean and quiet studio apartment located at edge of the old town made for a perfect location for our excursions. Excellent, knowledgeable and kind concierge (Gema) who gave us wonderful tips for bars and restaurants.

Casa del Rey Sabio, is an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect, walking distance to all the iconic places. The room/facilities were beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, just an amazing place. The accommodation staff were also incredible, from the moment of booking to leaving. As we arrived late, they sent details of how to get into the room and the facilities, put my mind at ease. Also, great help in arranging a taxi for our trip back to the airport. I would recommend anyone to stay here if travelling to Seville, the place and staff made everything amazing and seamless.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The pool was very much appreciated for escaping the hot August sunshine. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning fan was not as strong as it could be. The bedroom is located at the far end of the apartment and the air conditioning fan wasn’t really strong enough to keep that area cool enough for sleeping. Additionally, the apartment can be accessed by an elevator and is on a private floor but the elevator is not private and can be used by other guests in other apartments. This meant that we could hear all the noise of the elevator use which could be any time of night or day.

My wife had decided that it was time we visited Seville and as an older couple, we felt we wanted a nice apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre with all its beautiful attractions. We value comfort and peace and quiet. Casa del Rey excelled in every area. It started off with excellent communication with the host and in particular, Gema, who was able to answer all our questions virtually instantly and in a very informative manner. Throughout our stay, she was a rock, a fount of knowledge and kindness personified not to forget her two colleagues who were equally delightful. The property itself is located in a beautiful old building which has been fully renovated and is laid out in a classic simple style - very attractive. All the amenities were there. It was immaculately clean, very quiet and very comfortable with the bonus of having a plunge pool and quiet restful area on the roof was - just fabulous. On one day we were very happy to enjoy this area and read. We thoroughly recommend Casa del Rey. You won't be disappointed. Paul and Jan

Rooms are very comfortable, modern & secure with lock entry to the outer door & apartments ( good Aircon and a decent hairdryer… mini toiletries. pool towels provided.. free of charge. very helpful ladies on reception. Great rooftop seating area with a dip pool.. ( open from 9am to 9:30pm) close to all the shops, restaurants supermarket and attractions…

They had some sun shades over the deck chairs next to the dip pool, but really it could do with other parasols in the seating area as it has full sun all day and is very hot … otherwise you have to drag your chairs near the walk-through to get some shade

Our stay was perfect! The staff is extremely friendly and is very proactive with communication. We got clear check in and check out instructions and they messaged every day to check that everything is fine and that we are enjoying our stay. The room was clean, spacious and trendy with everything you need. The rooftop pool was amazing, temperature perfect and the terrace is spacious enough to accommodate multiple guests without it feeling over crowded. The location was ideal and very close to a number of good bars and restaurants and easily walkable to the centre of the old town. I would highly recommend this place :)

What a gem in Sevilla! Casa del Rey Sabio is such a beautiful property, modern with a traditional, old world feeling, perfectly located in a quaint, quite cobble stone street but close to everything you want to explore. We stayed in a 2 floor suite, pristine and so comfortable! The roof terrace and pool are the perfect space to relax after a busy day of exploring this amazing city. All staff is professional and friendly, specially Gemma, property manager, who is so friendly and attentive, she made sure all our needs were met and provided guidance to make our stay even more special. We can't wait to go back!

Location is superb! And the apartment is absolutely terrific! Every detail well thought out, and the design/decor truly lovely. From the moment you walk through the massive doors into the patio/courtyard, you realize you are in a special place. Has the wonderful feeling of an older Sevilla Moorish building that has been incredibly designed to accommodate modern needs/sensibilities. So much better than staying in a hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and it was so comfortable for the 3 of us.

Quiet street with key passcode to get into property Dip pool and seating terrace on roof. Perfect location to explore. Really comfy apartments, beds and pillows decent hairdryer reception are really helpful. We definitely stay here again. It was fabulous. Supermarket just around the corner lots of good shops and great eating places. Although there was two wooden parasols on the terrace, I think it could do with another 3 parasols around the seating area as it gets very hot out there and there’s no shade .

Only teeeeny suggestion, is we would have appreciated a kettle for our British tea!
