The rooms are beautifully appointed and staff were excellent. Super location 👌🏻👌🏻

A minor issue but there was a lack of shade available at the pool area. It was very hot during our stay and it meant a large area of seating wasn't useable. An easy fix.

This hotel is really beautiful, well equipped and with lovely staff. The rooms are gorgeous with robes and slippers and amenities and the pool is a god send in hot Seville! Staff were very welcoming and could not do more to help us. A really amazing location within walking distance of everything!

The only thing that’s difficult is there are only 6 loungers by the pool so if you don’t get one you have you have quite an uncomfortable day in the sun on chairs

Our stay was fantastic – the staff were informative and very friendly, and the location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions. The facilities were lovely, especially the bar and lounge area. Our room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, and on the morning we had an early tour, they kindly prepared a picnic breakfast to take with us. We also enjoyed plenty of time by the pool, with great food and service from the bar. Highly recommend!

Nothing we did not like

We LOVED everything about the Hotel de la Plata! It’s one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in (Jr Suite). The lobby is gorgeous with many comfortable and stylish sitting areas. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is located at an intersection of pedestrian only narrow streets with gorgeous clothing shops, local bakeries, and an amazing Iberian sandwich stand. A quick 5 minute walk to the iconic ‘Mushroom’ where you can easily find a cab. Easy walks to most other must-see sights. We chose to eat breakfast daily in the hotel and it was excellent! Gorgeous outdoor courtyard and interior. I will look for other H10 properties in Europe. And I am confident to recommend this one 💯.

Not a thing.

Everything about this hotel is quality. The staff are refined, friendly and helpful. The room was large, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel pool was lovely - albeit on a 47'c day, everyone was in it, looking a bit like vertically arranged sardines in a tin. Breakfast was good. Position for sightseeing is perfect.

Park at the parking Imogen, it's only 300metres away, and the same price as the 'deal carpark'; however, if travelling by car, you will have to walk 100-200metres to the front door with your bags.

The front desk staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to help use plan and book a day trip to Cordoba as well as to some of the attractions in Seville. The breakfast room staff were exceptional. After the first day they remembered what we liked to order. They were attentive and so friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. A lot of items to choose from as well as the made to order omelettes and churros. The room was wonderful especially the bathroom. It came equipped with robes and slippers and toiletries for our stay. The rooftop pool was a great treat to relax after a long day of walking around the city. Again the staff were exceptional at the bar. The entire stay was phenomenal.

The property was excellent, the staff was so friendly on arrival we have champagne what was really nice, the staff explained places to go and where they were located they couldn’t do enough for us I give it 10/10, room was really nice the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and they had different textures of pillows from soft to firm best night sleep I’ve had. Rooftop terrace was lovely when i wanted to chill we spend a few hours in the pool and sunbed what was very comfortable, food was really nice only tried the club sandwich what was amazing I’ve going to a different part of Spain in September and decided to use the same hotel.

Nothing wrong with property

From the moment we arrived we felt attended to staff were helpful responsive warm and professional an exceptional experience Every member of the team were sohelpful particularly the reception staff if helping with maps location of places we wanted to see booking tickets and generally superb Great breakfast the pool and roof bar perfect in the heat,the hotel is perfectly located for all main attractions bars shops and wandering aimlessly in the evening to take in local life must mention the fantastic bathroom and WC !

O thing to com0lain about though water in room could be replenished oerhaps

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H10 Casa de la Plata. The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The central location enabled us to walk to places of interest and restaurants. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was an added bonus, particularly in 30degree heat. The buffet breakfast was enticing and included a wide variety of food beautifully presented. Providing each guest with personal tongs was appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel had a beautiful ambience in a perfect location close to both Cathedral & mushroom. On arrival the staff provided maps & must see sights in the area. Nothing was too much for them , the reception staff were out of this world helpful!!

The only thing I would comment on was the swimming pool was very small and not shaded in 40+ temps. You could not swim in the pool but stand and chat. It was still a very welcome respite from the Seville heat.
