Don't let the name fool you: Welldone Sierpes Boutique is more an apartment hotel than a boutique hotel, but it still fits the bill if you just want a well-located place to stay (and do not need the boutique frills). The location was in the centre of Seville's tourist areas, which was both a good (walking distance to most sights) and bad thing (loud at night). Choose your room wisely, or wear earplugs.

The hotel depends too much on technology (e.g. keypad replaces keys, electronic check-in) which can be problematic for travellers less plugged in during their vacation or may not be using their own SIM cards. In our case, we didn't have a local SIM for Spain, so we had to switch to our home SIM (and pay roaming charges) to access the hotel!

Fantastic location. Spacious rooms. I want to highlight a specific incident - we checked-out and travelled to a new city. That night, we discovered we had left a pouch with currency, credit card and some cables in one of our bedside drawers. The front desk is not manned after 5pm, but the Whatsapp group was still active. We reached out them and asked if they could check if housekeeping had recovered these items. They reverted in the negative, and said that it was not possible to check the room as new guests had checked into the room. However, on our request, the following morning they asked the guests to check the drawer, and voila, everything was there the way we had left it. The front desk sent us a photo screenshot to verify the items, and held it with them for 4 days until we returned to Seville and collected the items. Awesome!

Take earplugs if you're sensitive to noise - it's in a city centre so only to be expected though. Had to Google how to use the coffee machine as no instructions. I found the bed a bit too hard, but my husband was happy with it. I strongly dislike the solid pillows that seem to be the thing in Andalucia as they lift my head too far from the mattress (I'm 5'2"), but there was no softer alternative in the apartment. Be aware that the apartments are in a pedestrianised zone so you have to take your luggage from the road.

The staff, they are welcoming and very communicative and accomodating at the reception, the cleaning staff always very helpful and warm.

I didn't like the look of the entrance as the carpets are dirty, I would change them to give a better impression as a boutique hotel deserves that.Also, it is a very central location and you can hear the noise everynight of people walking by, the bin men etc it is a pedestrian street so no cars arrive to the hotel, you have to walk to the nearest drop off or collection point so bear this in mind if traveling with prams, luggage or walking difficulties.

Great location (with a nice bar and a brunch place 1 minute's walk away!) and very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in instructions being sent via Whatsapp saved some time searching through the inbox folders. The room was clean and quiet, and the AC was very useful on a hot day.

Not a big issue but the Standard Double Room comes with no door between the bedroom and the shower. It should not be an issue for a couple but be aware if you are staying with friends/family.

The location was good. The staff was available on the phone and answered calls promptly.

The photos are better than the reality. The hotel needs to refresh the facilities as it is getting older. The reception even during the working hours was a bit hard to reach in person. We left the luggage and had to come back,charge the phone and wait I the hall which is tiny and it was uncomfortable and we had to charge the phones at the receptionist desk.

Spacious and clean rooms, great value for money and good facilities. The location can’t be beaten we were in walking distance to all the major tourist attractions and restaurants/bars.

Had an issue when checking in due to the woman at reception saying I didn’t request a travel cot even though I had proof of my messages asking for one. However, this issue was resolved within 20 mins and a travel cot was brought to our room which was perfect.

Love the location. In the center of city walkable distance to major attractions and food and shopping a few steps away. The room was spacious. Convenient smart lock for keyless entry to hotel main entrance and room. Liked that we had coffee and brewer in room and small fridge.

Bathroom was very narrow, toilet placement was a bit awkward in the room we were in and the lighting at sink mirror was very dim, not adequate for putting on your makeup. However we had a large closet mirror door in living space we used for dressing and putting on makeup, which was helpful.

Excellent location, comfy beds, powerful shower, super clean. Tea/coffee making facilities & microwave/toastie maker. Quite a large room (308). Good aircon & excellent double glazing so quiet even though on busy street. Staff are lovely, very helpful, communication before arriving is excellent. Just one thing… google maps takes you to their sister property on the next street (1min walk away) but they must have cameras because the receptionist came out to find us, but FYI turn right at the street of the photo below.

Location fabulous, for both shopping and access to all the sights. We drove and the car park was very close by. The staff were very helpful, the room was perfect, bigger than I expected, bed was comfortable. Nice facilities, sofa bed, and kitchenette would have e been perfect if we were staying longer. We travel to Seville 3 or 4 times a year, and will definitely use this again.
