The hotel is centrally located between prominent historical sights and shopping areas. The hospitality services in terms of assistance and cleanliness are excellent. The 3 bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a television, comfortable mattresses and spacious modern bathrooms. A terrace is also available anytime during the day. We had the option and opportunity to store our luggage for the day since we had a flight late at night.

Could consider adding a small kettle on the desk.

The hotel is right in the centre of Seville. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

I did not see any staff. Reception is only staffed between 10AM and 5 PM. I arrived about 9.30 PM and left at about 8.30. AM Everything was done with codes, but I wasn't given one for the left luggage store. So I had to take my luggage with me to the course that I was attending. The worst thing was that I couldn't get out of the hotel in the morning. There was a button to press which would open the door but it didn't work. Eventually I managed to phone someone who opened the door remotely. Just as well I speak Spanish.

Most “overhated” hotel I ever seen in my life. After seeing the reviews I thought it will be a disaster. But it wasn’t. Good place, pretty clean, everything has worked fine. For that price it was really, really good! And I will never understand people who gives a bad reviews because of Works Constructions. Cmon guys, it has nothing to do with the hotel 💀

Bathroom could be a little beat cleanlier

i loved its location where many things and attractions were walkable from it. Also, the rooms were pretty wide and it was almost like an apartment with a door that can be closed and two bathrooms, that was vey convenient for us. Also, loved the shampoos and shaving kits that they had for us.

No staff at the reception..wanted to ask about late check-out and there was no one to talk to and no one replied to messages as well.

Fantastic location, great price and meets basic needs. Would recommend.

Drain smells in bathroom was strong (but this is in lots of Seville hotels), building works at property opposite started at 8am (not the hotel's fault of course, but I wasn't told about it), never saw anyone on reception.

The location is excellent, near all sights and surrounded by lots of restaurants.

Nothing really, only thing I can think of is the table under the TV, not needed and makes it awkward getting around the bed.

I stayed at Hotel Plaza Sevilla for one night on business. The service was excellent and a hotel representative allowed me to leave my suitcase even though they were leaving through the hotel door when I arrived very early. The room was super clean and very cozy with free wifi to keep working. The location is very central, about 8 minutes from the cathedral and other important points of the city.

view was awful looked onto building works in abuilding opposite, room was fine comfortable and clean locations was good , no one at reception at all but didnt really need anyone during our stay.

Customer service and location was fantastic.

I personally dont like a tub in the bathroom
