The location is excellent. Walkable to all the attractions and transportation services. The location also has luggage storage options, which is a huge plus given most places in the area don't have free full day luggage storage. This comes in handy if you arrive before the check in time or if your flight is way after the check out time. The staff were also super helpful with communication with the airport luggage delivery staff(who only spoke Spanish) after my luggage was delayed.

No breakfast provided and no kettle in the room. If you're an impulsive tea and coffee drinker, you need to plan for having this bought from outside. There's a restaurant right next door so that helps. No full time reception, so you need to pre communicate everything that needs reception support.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop and near enough to walk to the Plaza de Espana where we went to see the Kyle concert. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Great communication from the hotel by WhatsApp as the reception is not manned 24 hours a day. Message sent with all the codes to get into the hotel and the rooms. When they saw we had arrived they phoned us to check everything OK. We arrived at 9.30 am and 5 of our 6 rooms were available for us. Nice modern bathroom. We were in 306 which is a big room. There is a terrace on the roof although in July it was too hot to sit on. There is a room to put your luggage in if you are leaving after 12 when you have to be out of the room. There is a machine in the reception area where you can puchase drinks and snacks. Would definetely go back if we go to Seville again.

Unfortunately there are building works going on opposite but they only work in the morning so not a big problem. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that.

The hotel is centrally located between prominent historical sights and shopping areas. The hospitality services in terms of assistance and cleanliness are excellent. The 3 bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a television, comfortable mattresses and spacious modern bathrooms. A terrace is also available anytime during the day. We had the option and opportunity to store our luggage for the day since we had a flight late at night.

Could consider adding a small kettle on the desk.

Very central location, both for sightseeing and fabulous restaurants. Very clean and rooms serviced daily, including clean towels. Would stay here again. Appreciated the provision of a courtesy area with en-suite facilities and luggage storage since our flight on the day of checking out was late evening. Definitely good value for money. Great weather. Loads to do. Welcoming locals. Excellent shopping.

Noisy workmen across from the hotel during one of our 4 nights!

This hotel locates on the center of the city in the minutes to reach a lot of tourists activities and shopping area. All native people are very friendly and help you to explain the road at any time when you ask them.

This hotel locates on the center of the city in the minutes to reach a lot of tourists activities. The main problem of this place is location to the big group of restaurants. This source provides too much noise at the evening and the beginning of a night from Friday to Saturday, especially.

The hotel is right in the centre of Seville. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

I did not see any staff. Reception is only staffed between 10AM and 5 PM. I arrived about 9.30 PM and left at about 8.30. AM Everything was done with codes, but I wasn't given one for the left luggage store. So I had to take my luggage with me to the course that I was attending. The worst thing was that I couldn't get out of the hotel in the morning. There was a button to press which would open the door but it didn't work. Eventually I managed to phone someone who opened the door remotely. Just as well I speak Spanish.

Most “overhated” hotel I ever seen in my life. After seeing the reviews I thought it will be a disaster. But it wasn’t. Good place, pretty clean, everything has worked fine. For that price it was really, really good! And I will never understand people who gives a bad reviews because of Works Constructions. Cmon guys, it has nothing to do with the hotel 💀

Bathroom could be a little beat cleanlier

i loved its location where many things and attractions were walkable from it. Also, the rooms were pretty wide and it was almost like an apartment with a door that can be closed and two bathrooms, that was vey convenient for us. Also, loved the shampoos and shaving kits that they had for us.

No staff at the reception..wanted to ask about late check-out and there was no one to talk to and no one replied to messages as well.

Fantastic location, great price and meets basic needs. Would recommend.

Drain smells in bathroom was strong (but this is in lots of Seville hotels), building works at property opposite started at 8am (not the hotel's fault of course, but I wasn't told about it), never saw anyone on reception.
