Location , comfortable, safe .

No windows looking at the outside. No good air exchange due to the fact that the patio was mostly seal at the top and somebody from another suite was smoking and we got the bad smell inside the apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It was central to bars, restaurants, shopping, parks etc., all within walking distance. Pablo was there to meet us on arrival and gave us the details. Good selection of interesting books on hand. The kitchen had all the utensils you’d need. Towels and linens were good. Good wifi. Seville is a very beautiful city!

There was a slight sewage smell which was a bit unpleasant. I realize this is an old property so it’s probably par for the course. The entrance process was a bit cumbersome but it worked. (Yes, I’m old but I’m learning) The coffee maker needs cleaning, it was plugged and spewed out everywhere. We didn’t use it after that, not a big deal. I’d like to know why the hangers have a stick on them??

This place was beyond our expectations. Pablo was very easy to get hold of too. The space is pure luxury and to a high spec. Facilites are great and so so central just a few minutes walk from everything. A lovely little bar opposite too. I took my parents to Seville and the rooms all being en suite suited us perfectly. I would 100% recommend and definitely hope to stay again very soon. Very very comfortable stay thank you Pablo

Unfortunately the door key is operated through a website which Pablo will send you. I think it is quite new and we did have to ask Pablo to come and help with it because we couldn’t open it lock the door ( once being after a very long day and evening out which wasn’t great). This is the only reason for the 9 rather than 10 rating. Pablo was very quick though and was with us in 15 minutes.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was in an unbeatable location — right in the center of all the best food spots, shopping, and major sightseeing sites. Everything was easily walkable, which made exploring so convenient. Carlos was an amazing host — he went above and beyond by recommending fantastic activities and restaurants and even arranging our airport transfers. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and the location was great. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds were great, lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom was beautiful. Everything was spotless.

There is a bad smell from the bathroom. Unfortunately we had to keep the door closed to avoid the strong sewer-like smell. Owner had put in scented plug-ins, however, trying to mask the smell didn't work.

Exceptional location in historic city center! Unit had all the features one needs, very well decorated! Spacious and close to restaurants and all the major attractions and next to El Corte Ingles!!

Very difficult access for one driving. The shower door didn't close properly, leaving the bathroom floor very wet every time we showered.

One of the most beautiful apartments found here on Booking. The living room is ample and elegant, the bed is super comfortable, and everything is clean and recently renovated. The position is excellent: 8 minutes from the bus station (from and to the airport), 10 minutes to the Cathedral. The landlord Pablo is super kind.

Good location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

WiFi door entry was a problem, as it refused to let us in on one occasion, and a locksmith had to be sent for. We were eventually given a physical key, which was much better. A couple of seats on the patio would be good.

It was spacious and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Pablo met us at the apartment and showed us around and explained everything. It was nice meeting you Pablo, thanks for all your suggestions, we really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say one thing bad about the property, loved the space.

Location is perfect. The bed is super comfortable and the decoration of our unit was really nice.

We would always sense a weird smell coming from the bathroom whenever we arrived. Also, the kitchen supplies were old. The teflon on the non-stick pan was coming off, making it impossible to use.
