The location was superb and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and we especially appreciated having both a washing machine and a dishwasher (though no dishwasher tabs were provided – not a big deal for a short stay). The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, including a rain option. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the double beds were very comfortable. The patio was a good size, and the check-in process with a code was very convenient. Communication with office was good.

The “suite” name feels a bit exaggerated – for four people it was essentially one large room. The patio itself was disappointing, as it was completely enclosed by high walls with nothing to see; we expected at least a bit of a city view. The sofa bed was creaky, uncomfortable, and felt unsafe for children. In the bathroom there was no storage space or hooks for towels and toiletries. Finally, the apartment door didn’t close properly and you could clearly hear noise from the corridor outside. Overall, a very good apartment in an excellent location, with modern comforts and a great shower. With a few small improvements (better sofa bed, bathroom storage, and door insulation), it could be excellent.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Apartment is well maintained and v spacious. Location was good.

- Laundry detergent was not provided. - Broom, mop, pail and cleaning supplies were left exposed in kitchen area which was unsightly. - Staff refused to grant a 30mins left luggage service up till 11.30am, even though cleaners were not in by then. Too rigid. A little flexibility would have gone a long way to boost customer experience.

The location and facilities were perfect for us. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and there was a drying rack for clothes in addition to the washing machine. It was an easy walk from everything.

Management is not present onsite but is very responsive via WhatsApp. I believe their offices are nearby. The option to include breakfast after making our reservation required going there and paying for it separately which didn't work out for us since they opened after we were hoping to eat so we wound up getting breakfast at a place nearby and buying groceries at the carrefour express around the corner which worked out fine.

Once we found it, was super easy, and accessible with the cases and buggy. The property is in the perfect location, we arrived on a Sunday and it was quiet in the block. It can get noisy esp nearer the weekend, but it was to be expected because of the location. We had cleaners mid way through our visit, we couldn't fault the apartment, it was everything we needed, and so close for everything, we walked everywhere which was great as all the main attractions are super close. The apartment is surrounded by so many food places and shops. Alcazar was a 20 min walk away, close to the river also - we took the eco cruise which was lovely. The open top bus is good too, and the horse and cart tour. Make sure to visit Plaza De Espana and get a rowing bow - lots of fun. All were super reasonable in price too.

We struggled on arrival and didn't get an answer from the on call number provided but a resident helped us. We were in the wrong block, so our error. There are two nine suites on San Eloy - and we read it wrong. When the below apartment had the air con on it did vibrate and you can hear it, we had ear plugs as was expecting it to be noisy due to all the shops below, so was fine.

We loved the location and the owner was polite and helpful. The apartment was very clean,well equiped and as seen on pictures. They have cleaned the apartment additionaly after 3 days and refilled coffee/tea. For a 10 star and a longer stay I'm missing a wardrobe (there was only 1 small storage in one room) and there is only one window in the whole apartmant. Although central location, it was very quiet.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay which was in a great location. The staff were very helpful and always contactable on Watts App. Accommodation was simple and the AC worked which was very much needed.

A small point but the fridge seems to take a while to get cold. I would also say that having a few more kitchen utensils would help in the kitchen like a wooden spoon, if you wanted to make a simple breakfast for example.

Communication with the manager on WhatsApp was great. Door code received before our flight arrived, perfect. This is a very modern, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. This is on a very popular walking street but once in the apartment you hear nothing. 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, the main bus station where the airport bus arrives & departs. Easy walk to all main sites. We will stay here whenever we are in Seville and we will be back.

Construction started outside our walls at 7:30, we contacted the manager who said that would be the last day, it was not. The next 2 days the noise started at 8:30. Construction should never start in residencial areas before 9:00. Construction is never the way to be woken up on vacation three days in a row.

Great location. Close to almost every famous visiting point. We did not need to use transportation during our whole time of stay. We had a great Flamenco night experience with the assistance of Maria, thanks to her for helping us about every single thing we needed further information. If we have another chance to visit Sevilla again in the future, we won’t need to look for another option to stay.

Good location and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy, and having no keys to carry around was a bonus (our room was code only). The terrace was nice too.

The sewer smell coming from the drains was quite strong and I also noticed a mild Clorox smell every time I entered the studio. Overall tidy but not very clean. Also, the building is not very sound proof and the sounds in the corridor are amplified. Expect to wake up in the middle of the night every time someone closes the main door with a bang.

The size of the apartment was so nice, and having a balcony was great. Everything I wanted to do was very walkable, and the staff were very helpful during check-in. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had control over my heat and cool.

The apartment is starting to get a little shabby. Some dirt on the walls, noisy fridge, peeling wallpaper, and some of the things like sofa cushions and rugs shown in the photos were not there making it feel a bit cold. The building is very quiet, which is good because there no sound protection to the hallway areas. Some sound stripping around doors and windows would go a long way for privacy.
