The suite was very comfortable and clean.

If you do this business virtually without any reception or staff, every day you should be 100% sure and checking that everything is working properly. I had a problem on the lockers for luggage to leave but also to take it back. The locker was not working correctly. I lost a lot of time to contact with their whatsapp line etc, at the end a cleaning employee helped me.

Fab stay. Very central with supermarkets stone throw away. Close to the shopping area and walking distance to lovely parts of the city. The apartment we had (2 bed 2 bath) was nice and clean with access to the patio going up to the terrace, although others could walk thru it between am and 10pm. The essentials closet was a great addition as we could replenish items such as tea and coffee or toilet paper. They even provided ladies essential care items, just in case. We used the washing machine and dishwasher which worked well. Very happy. Already looking at future bookings.

If being ultra critical (although it was extremely nice and better than expected) it would be nice to have been provided aluminium foil as we used the Owen a couple of times and took ages to clean the tray. Without proper cleaning equipment, we just couldnt clean it as well as we would have liked it at home. Also, TV wasn't connected to the internet/ we couldn't work it out - not an issue as we quite enjoyed games nights.

Truly outstanding property in the heart of old Seville, with everything taken care of for a long stay: in-unit washer (plus detergent), beautiful design, gorgeous building, staff available via WhatsApp 24/7. Would absolutely stay again; also within walking distance to many shops and cafes.

It makes no sense to have the WiFi password posted on the exterior of the building (pictured) for passersby. There’s truly no advantage; only the disadvantage of exposing your WiFi network to anyone on the street to violate the security of guests who are working remotely.

It was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, the bed clothes was warm enough and all super clean. Very quite building, with a very nice rooftop, there was coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all the detergents need it. The area it was very central to everywhere. Very easy to access to internet and internet with an amazing signal. The apartment was very clean and there was extra bed clothes to use in the sofa,

I would like to see a person when it was to receive the keys, but at same time it was very easy

The location was excellent, very central and within walking distance to most landmarks in the city centre. The 2 bed apartment was located on the top floor and it was a quiet period so we didnt have to worry about noise from others. We had all the necessary kitchen utensils and tableware to cook, even if we didnt need them, so it was very convenient. It was clean, though you may find a loose hair strand from past tenants on the floor or in the bedsheet folds, as in any hotel. There is a small Carrefour just around the corner, next to a nice coffee shop, and you're close to many restaurants and shops and the Setas. Overall, very positive stay, nice place, great location.

I didnt find any major faults with the apartment. During our stay the temperature exceeded 40°C so it was very difficult to cool the apartment during the day, but that's understandable.

We enjoyed the location and weekly cleaning as we stayed three weeks.

We had to purchase and left in the apartment non-feather bedding as my wife has a serious lung condition and cannot tolerate feather bedding. Also, it would be great if there was a dryer or two assessable to the apartment tenants. I noticed that there was little use of the luggage lockers, and it seems that the dryers could be located there. Thank you.

I was not sure about booking Numa. But when I opened the door I was very surprised with the big space, the decor, the cleanliness, the comfort, all of it. The apartment was amazing, the kitchen is gigantic with so much space, oh my god more than we needed for a family of 3! Absolutely well located in the city to walk for attractions and to eat. Our stay in Seville was very very good because of our choice with this apartment and I am very happy we did so. We had no issues with checking in or out, everything went perfect. the building is amazing and the terrace also a great spot for views or the hang out by the end of the day. Thank you! I can't wait to try it on other cities.

lovely building, clean, spacious really happy with apartment over all as a family of 6 we still had lots of room. lovely decor and clean. Great extras like toiletries and tea and coffee able to wash clothes valued the essentials closet access for top ups!

couldn't use roof terrace till 10am. I was hoping for quiet morning drink or yoga up there. shower issues, had to reset boiler needed a shelf in ensuite bathroom, no where to put anything not enough luggage lockers. UK tv channels stopped working after day 2.

Great accommodation in the old center of Sevilla, close to all main attractions of this gorgeous city. The building is amazing itself and the rooms are renovated in a modern way, that doesn’t spoil the specific architecture of the building. The apartment we stayed in was big enough for a large family, having 2 bathrooms which was a plus. Other pluses: great mattresses, clean sheets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast quite ok, with several options to choose from. No existing staff, but flawless chat communication on WhatsApp, solving in instance all possible issues. Would definitely recommend Numa Solea!

You should be aware from the beginning that there is no staff involved, no cleaning during the staying nor garbage collection by someone else but you. The bathroom would’ve needed a small extra cleaning touch, to make it perfect. Minor aspects, but worth mentioning.
