Great location with easy access to the centre, a shop just opposite and many breakfast and cafe spots within minutes. The hotel was super clean and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. Modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Seville!

There is a bar and a supermarket just opposite the hotel and with the windows open it could be a little noisy although this didn’t bother us. The soundproofing with the windows closed is fantastic regardless and there is AC in the room.

Fabulous room, scrupulously clean. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent daily housekeeping. Easy walk from the train station. Friendly helpful staff. Supermarket across the road. Excellent restaurant across the road. Fabulous brunch cafe virtually next door with an excellent coffee shop on the corner. Close to EVERYTHING. Almost forgot, the delightful roof terrace that we seemed to have to ourselves- glorious wee spot to relax.

I think maybe the booking.com curse, again. The worst room given to these reservations 🤔. Room with no outside window, close to the stairwell, lift and right opposite the cleaning cupboard, so noisy. Also we believe a baby elephant checked in on our third night stay- stomping around above us.

This hotel is in an amazing location - fairly central in the city, just nestled behind las setas and a 15 minute walk to the cathedral/giralda and main central street. Walking to the plaza de España took 30 minutes. There is a supermarket opposite which is so convenient to buy snacks and drinks and there is a to-go churro place just around the corner (kukuchurro) which is handy for a late snack. The place was clean, room service came everyday and left the place tidy, the shower was lovely and hot and there was plenty of wardrobe space along with a fridge, steamer and safe. The receptionists were very friendly and gave us a map on arrival! The terrace was lovely but a bit too cold for this time of year. The room had enough space for the price and our expectation. They also have lockers and toilets for you to use if you arrive before check in opens (2pm). Very well thought out place and the decor is nice and modern.

This hotel was more than my expactation. We booked this hotel for only one night with a very good price. The room is decorated very nice and when you enter to the room a very clean room with a good smell welcomes you.Kind and helpful staff welcomes you at the reception. The hotel is at behind street of Metropol Parasol with the other name mushroom roof. There are nice restaurants at the same street. There is a local supermarket opposite of the hotel.There is a small jakuzi and a good terrace at the roof top.There are lockers at the reception of the hotel for our use after check out. This is a very subtle and nice detail. I haven't seen in anywhere before. We parked our car the parking escuelas pías which is the nearest one to the hotel. Normally parking is very expensive in Seville but hotels have discount. We should pay normally 27 EUR but with the discount of the hotel we paid 23 EUR.

I am reviewing the Superior Double Room with Terrace because upon check-in, we were assigned this room instead. Specifically, I am reviewing room 302. + Top floor + Only 2 rooms on the floor + Very comfortable bed + Amenities in the room: kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer, and garment steamer + Daily housekeeping + Great location + Luggage can be stored in secure lockers + Excellent service

The only major downside is the location of room 302. It is not the quietest room because: - It shares a walls with the elevator, so every time it operates, it generates noise. - There is a mechanical ventilation exhaust on the terrace, which produces constant noise 24/7. - The room is right next to the terrace door, which all guests have access to, so you can hear everyone using the terrace.

The hotel looks very new, in an old renovated building. The room was quiet, comfortable, very clean and with a nice bathroom, with good air conditioning. Location is good, in the old town but a little further away from the more congested area. Anyway, all the major attractions of the city are at walking distance.

There is no 24 hours reception, check-in is strictly after 2:00pm, but you can leave your luggages (even after check-out) in lockers on the ground floor. No breakfast and basically no common areas.

Rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was great (good pressure, great shower head, the provided shampoo and body wash smelled amazing). The windows are directed into the inner courtyard which gives the room a lot of light and a lovely vibe). There was a rooftop terrace and the location was perfect. It was close the a nearby parking garage. There were some roadworks in the surrounding streets but the staff informed us beforehand and we're very friendly and apologetic about it.

Nothing, it was a great stay.

The hotel was exactly as described in the previews. Firstly, the location is excellent; in a small street at the north end of the old town, just minutes from Las Setas and the main shopping district. The room was an adequate size, very well served with a safe, internet TV, kettle (with teabags, coffee, etc.), fridge, hairdryer and various other little extras. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. There was a terrace area on the roof (just seating and some sun loungers) as well as some communal areas on the ground floor. There is no cafe on site, but plenty of eating options close by (special mention for the nearby Purita cafe and their top notch 'huevos benedictos'). Also very nearby is El Palacio de las Duenas, the grand house and gardens of the Duke of Alba; a beautiful and tranquil place which is well worth a visit (€13). Overall, I was more than satisfied with the hotel and would not hesitate to book a stay there again.

This is not a complaint, as I was aware of it when I booked, but the interior room obviously lacks natural light. As such, it is a bit drab. However, it's swings and roundabouts and on the whole, the hotel was good value for money.

My husband and I stayed at Bypillow Abril in Seville for two nights as part of our honeymoon, and we had a pleasant experience. We had requested a quiet room and were informed that the double rooms are on the ground floor, but the management kindly provided us with a room farther from the reception and front door. This made our stay peaceful, and we were not disturbed by any noise. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a sweet welcome gift — some candies — which was a lovely touch. While the room was a bit dark, it didn’t affect our stay since we were only there to sleep. The room was clean and well-equipped, far exceeding the expectations for a two-star hotel. It included thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer, a powerful hair dryer, and a nice set of bath products with safe ingredients — my hair loved the shampoo and conditioner!

The only minor issue was a small squad of ants that appeared in the bathroom the next day, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

First we liked the location.Very near to some attractions and resto. Any Cuisine you want, you can find nearby. Grocery store is literally across the road.La Setas is just a minute or two walk. Then, the ambiance and the smell of the hotel is indulging. Not to mention the bathroom amenities..Im Inlove with the smell. Plus they have steaming Iron-I cant imagine..Lastly is the sustainability they are promoting. Perfect.-Eco friendly
