Everything really, lovely & accommodating staff, tasteful decor, comfortable large bed, very clean, well decorated bathroom, little courtyard was very cute and zen. Only negative was shower cubicle was on the smaller side but was fine for my daughter and me. Think my husband & son would have struggled in that small space. Free minibar was a very lovely surprise. Also great location to all parts of the Seville city. Would definitely recommend this lovely boutique hotel. Thank you for the stay 👍🏽👍🏽

We did an Andalusia Trip and were on our way from Cordoba to Sevilla. I crashed the car in Córdoba and was already stressed. Then infront of the hotel Gravina I was stressed again because of the traffic behind me. The staff ran behind us to help us directly. When we entered inside the hotel and me off course very stressed, the two ladies at the reception welcomed us with cava. As I don’t like alcohol, they brought me water…. with lemon and cinnamon…. I hardly remember that someone like them could take away my stress so fast. Then the highlight came: this hotel is a little peace of heaven in Sevilla: everything!!! has been done with so much love and let’s call it perfectionism: the walls, the beds, the bathrooms, the bar, the patio, the reception….. seriously everything. Eloi, the young man at the bar, prepared very good cocktails and proudly informed us how special the breakfast would be. And indeed, it is the best breakfast we enjoyed during our Andalusia trip, visited 12 different hotels. We will come back with our children next time :) Gracias por todo :)))

Fantastic 'meet and greet' by one of the receptionists. A lovely glass of champagne whilst, using a map that she annotated, she gave a detailed overview of what to see and do in Seville. Really helpful, friendly attentive staff. Nice bar and roof terrace. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Most of all, they were so helpful during the nationwide power outage - they gave us a nice free chilled beer then walked us to the taxi rank and then with no taxis to be seen, onto the train station so that we could get transport to the airport as there was no internet, no trains and no taxis. This was over and above what the needed to do. We were touched and externally grateful (and we got to the airport on time, by bus)

Rooms a little noisy but Seville was hosting the Queen's Cup football final that weekend, which may account for some of this!

Breakfast a la carte was excellent. Throughout the hitel there was great attention to detail and our room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were brilliant - professional, friendly, and were patient and supportive when I tried to engage in Spanish. The hotel us also well located with all main attractions within walking distance.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was a fair bit of noise from the street below. It is a one way lane but cobbled so the few cars that do pass make a rumbling noise. The narrow street has tight and high buildings that seem to amplify sound, so even the chat of revellers is audible. I always carry ear plugs, so I slept fine. We were surprised on arrival when our taxi driver dropped us on the main road, 200m from the hotel and just pointed in the direction we should take. By gestures - punctuated with impersonations of car horns, he suggested that he couldn't drop us there but we were collected from the hotel later without issue. Hotel staff were surprised at the first driver who I guess was at it. I regretted giving him a tip.

The hotel was in a great location to be able to walk towards most of the attractions the room was clean the bed was really comfortable and large and the shower was good the room is little small but I am a solo traveler so was a decent size for what I needed the people at the hotel are amazing I went over my birthday and they made the experience fantastic so much so I would love to return again next year. The breakfast was lovely great selection freshly cooked food small menu but I have everything that I wanted and more The room service food was absolutely incredible I would give that a 20 out 10

The room was a little bit on the small side had I been traveling with someone it may have been a bit tight if I was with someone else however being a solar traveler not too much of an issue no further complaints

The staff was very helpful ,highly professional.The check in was very quick and we had the room early as we arrived in the morning. We had a welcome drink also in our room with some sweets and a welcome note. The breakfast is one of the best we had in the 4 hotels we stayed in with a menu option for the Omelette and crepes. The location is close to nice restaurants and 10 minutes from major attractions, with a walking distance.

The room was very small, no view ,however I requested a quiet room. Also the beds were twin beds joined which wasn’t the best . I requested a walk in shower and this was kindly addressed.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with excellent and welcoming service, nice amenities, and a delicious and generous breakfast buffet. In addition to the buffet, guests can have various egg dishes made to order. The hotel upgraded us to a Superior room when we checked in, and there was a bottle of champagne chilling in our room when we arrived (I don’t know if that is standard). The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of the Cathedral and Alcazar and close to plenty of restaurants.

Despite having an instruction sheet in the bathroom, we couldn’t figure out how to get the rain shower to work so we had to use the hand shower.

From the moment of our first communications to the final goodbye, the staff were warm, intelligent, kind, and thoughtful. The location is exceptionally convenient, and the facilities are clean, generously sized, and maintenanced well. The cleaning staff are very attentive and efficient. The reception staff are highly engaging, friendly, and happy to give recommendations if you want. The waiters and waitresses are hilarious and patient and brought a smile to my face every single day of my seven days with them. My Spanish is beginner level, but I didn't need to worry as the reception staff are fluent English speakers. They helped me learn a few words, too! The staff always had time for me, and that made me thoroughly enjoy my time. I celebrated my birthday with friends on the terrace with some carva and the atmosphere was perfectly relaxed and smooth.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and pampered including our big yellow lab who enjoyed home cooked dog biscuits. The property is beautiful and the staff really pays attention to attending your individual needs. They parked our electric car and charged it. They made a cocktail exactly as we asked for it. They made a wonderful Michelin quality dinner recommendation. Our room was gorgeous. The entire property was gorgeous. This absolutely felt more “5 Star” than some very name brand luxury properties we’ve stayed in recently. We will absolutely be back.
