the access to the apartment is very easy with airport transportatiton, they gave a code to enter the apartment and flat so it worked easily, flat is very clean and was thought everything like cofees, dishwasher tablets, additional towels, blankets etc. the location of the apartment is very centre of the city, there are restaurants, cafes, big market(mekadona) close to the place, only 5 minute walk to the many touristic areas. at first day we arrived, we made shopping for the breakfast of our three days accomodation.

the flat was in the street and room was a bit fark but it doesnt a matter because we saw a lot outside. Also coffee machine was leaking but it works, doesnt matter

The apartment was just what we needed. It was very clean & although centrally located (very handy for the bus station) it was really quiet, being down a quiet & tidy side street. Although there was no reception on site the staff were really responsive and super helpful. We had one issue with a broken door handle and they fixed it in a morning as they knew we had to go to a wedding.

I liked everything about the apartment- it does have any outside space but we didn’t mind as we spent so much time outside sightseeing!

Very good location, when you want to do sightseeing by walking or public transport. Also, very quiet, no noises from party people, what is quite common in the old town of Sevilla. Apartment was very well equipped, nice looking, extremely clean. Great value for money.

There are only 2 things which I didn't like: 1. Smell - there was mold on the wall in one of the bedrooms, inside the wardrobe. It was causing unpleasant smell in the apartment. However, you get use to it after few minutes from the entrance. It's often case in old buildings. 2. Data privacy & protection - I was surprised that I was asked to provide both sides of the ID, and the credit card details simply through WhatsUp or e-mail. In my country this a violation of data security rules, however maybe in Spain it's normal?

the property was spectacular… felt extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, well designed … a marvellous surprise

the online checking in process was very fraught and emails were incessant which created some persistent stress. too much automation. the checking in website needs an overhaul. poor English, very user unfriendly. Soured the general experience. The moment human contact was made, everything was ok and superbly dealt with. Perhaps it’s my generation, but please never make it entirely automated and please don’t make it difficult to find how to speak to someone.

Very modern and clean. Plenty of space in the apartment itself. Ideal for a longer break like we had. Could have done with a washing machine though.

It’s very noisy with what I’m assuming is air con from the surrounding buildings as well as the other apartments, we only had ours on during the day but when trying to sleep at night it was super loud but wasn’t ours so I can only assume it’s the other apartments/buildings. The street it was on was sometimes a bit smelly(sewers/drains) The hob didn’t work either, would turn on but neither of the rings heated up.

Location. Beds were very comfy. clean. facilities were good

The upstairs bedroom had no aircon and it was roasting in there. We did visit when it was very hot but the person staying in that room had to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed. Not the end of the world but something to bare in mind if staying there in the summer months

First room we were given was very austere and AC didn’t seem to work. But they upgraded us to nicer, larger room with high ceilings & exposed brick wall bedroom that was nice. Laundry facility was helpful. But place is located in alley and was a 15 min walk from all major landmarks except the Setas (mushroom public art structure).

Great location, close to everything in the old town and within easy walking distance. Apartment had all of the necessary amenities, was clean and tidy with beautiful decor and lovely creative touches. Ezequil was most helpful with suggestions and very prompt in dealing with enquiries.

Exellent outfit? Calm location. No trafic noise. Near Mercadona and the Central Bus Station.

Room was a bit gloomy. Very complicated online check-in. Takes you almost one hour with all the documents you have to provide and to scan-in. We had to phone many times until we could receive the code for the apartment. E-mail address did not work. Mail was rejected. Very annoying.! Parking situation very bad. Ca. 20 - 30 min. walking to the Cathedral.

Door code was sent promptly by the host before I arrived. Easy and nice. Facilities were very comfortable (even though the layout is slightly different than normal.

The TV could provide some options of English channels. There were a LOT of channels but I couldnt find anything in English, everything was in Spanish
