The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes’ walk from the main bus station and 10 minutes’ walk to the city center. The room was really clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. Everthing was perfect and it exceeded expectations, it deserves more than two stars.

I really liked this hotel. Great location — right in front of the bus station (Plaza de Armas), and just 5–10 minutes from the old town. Clean and modern, with a lovely public terrace where you can have breakfast or work while enjoying a wonderful view. It was quiet enough at night if the window was closed, but the room got stuffy in the middle of the night, so we had to open the window and turn on the AC for a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again, but in a standard room instead of the "Deluxe Double."

It seems the photos of the "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony" are misleading — the room is smaller than shown, more like a standard room with a tiny balcony. The safe was too small to fit a 15'' laptop, and the balcony door was broken, so I couldn’t lock it.

Great location, very close to supermarket, bus station, river and also main attractions in city centre. Staff was very friendly, they have luggage room in case you want to leave your bags there before check in or after check out. Breakfast was great, with lots of options, I also liked the views from the terrace in the morning. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Windows are well-isolated, I didn't hear much noise from traffic on a busy road or from the club club across the street during my stay over the weekend.

Personally, as a solo traveller, absolutely nothing! However, room might be a bit small for a couple, without much space to store clothes if you are staying for longer time.

Petit Vargas is a lovely place in Seville in walkable distance to everything. We had traveled for 24 hours before arrived and Jose at the desk was THE BEST. So eager to help and gave us suggestions for dining and where to find a grocery store. He marked the map in detail and always had a friendly greeting for us. Our room was immaculately clean with a window to get some fresh air in the room. The rooftop seating area was also so great to have a glass of wine and a tapa. The breakfast was outstanding with the anything we could want including amazing coffee, pastries, fruit and healthy things to choose from. Would definitely stay here again when in Seville.

Amazing customer service (talking about a man that was assisting us) at the front desk! Always smiling, helpful, wishing great day. The room was clean, comfortable. Nice roof terrace. Close to the park, so dogs could have a good walk. City center is about 15 min walking.

Didn't really enjoy the breakfast, not much variety, flavour, the service at the breakfast wasn't nice. Never smiled, not much helpful, so serious like we've been bothering. I saw a lot of dust at the shelf for coffee cups and reported it to the lady who didn't care...this should have been cleaned at this time. Please correct it to make sure the customers could eat from clean dishes.

Nice hotel, everything seemed to be brand new. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Good wifi connection. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located within a walking distance from the center. Very friendly staff. I would happily use it again if I'd be staying in Seville.

The only thing I did not like is the hotel did not charge my card, but send me a link to payment page. I've confirmed with booking.com that the link is genuine, but I find it highly unusual. However I could also pay on arrival, which is what I did. The communication on that topic was very good, no complaints there.

The location is very good, we chose it because the hotel is near to the bus station and you can get from the airport easy by bus. Supermarket, main attractions, restaurants and bars are also close. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good with lots of options, room and shower were clean. We didn’t hear much noise from traffic. We hear from hallway people loud talking when they came back to the room in the evening. But it happened twice. Nice smell when entering the hotel. We would come back again.

I would like curtains in the room.

The hotel was in an excellent area. Restaurants close by, serving very affordable meals, the tower shopping centre was about fifteen minutes walk away. The bus station two minutes walk away, the sightseeing bus was a good trip, hop on and off and not too expensive. Walking along the river was a nice pastime, again a very short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and couldn't do enough for you, the buffet breakfast was excellent, having a terrace so giving the choice of sitting inside or outside. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Seville is an excellent city so we look forward to returning. Well done Petit Palace Vargas.

Unfortunately there is a nightclub/disco across the road so for two nights there was noise from a lot of people outside, however the hotel apologised and we have been advised that we would be given an internal room should we wish to return. Other than not sleeping well these two nights we can't think of anything else which affected our weeks stay, it was a fantastic break.

The property was great! Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable, and we had ample blankets and pillows!! We had been traveling for a while and this was definitely the best sleep we had!! The staff were friendly and the rooftop area was nice. Was very easy to walk everywhere we needed, and it was located across from the main bus station.

There was a small fridge in the room although it could have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Location directly opposite airport bus stop ideal for early flight - easy walking access to all main historic sights. Of supermarket a minute away. Great value. Modern well designed rooms. Super clean. Super comfy mattress linens pillows and towels. Efficient air conditioning in middle of heatwave. Great views over river. Busy road but sound isolation superb. Wifi fine. Staff friendly and professional.

Payment by link not the usual through booking. Evokes concern. That it might be a suspicious link. It wasn't but.... then weeks later to get a message from property wanting payment. Definitely evoked concern. Please look at payment and message system. I am not alone being uncomfortable with this. However would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again However
