The room is super spacious, and we got a free upgrade. The welcome drinks and snacks are also a plus. The air conditioner works perfectly and that is extremely important when we staying during the heatwave period. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It is close by all the shopping area and the mushroom is just a 5 minutes walking distance.

There is a metal screw in front of the clothing cabinet which is designed for the door stopping, but my boyfriend and I have kicked on it multiple times when using it, so this is not a very safe/smart design. In addition, there' no sufficient table or drawer place for us to put our stuff at the shower room.

Breakfast was excellent with fresh local produce and great selection. The pool was small but quiet during the day and lovely to cool off in during the hot weather. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The air conditioning in the room was great and the room was very quiet despite the bustle of the busy city. The welcome we received was exceptional with complimentary cava and a chocolate slice.

The pool was a little small and may be advertised inappropriately as there is no sun lounger area. But this didn’t bother us as it was too warm to be in the direct sun.

The property is very beautiful and well appointed. We didn’t miss anything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable - well air conditioned, with a great shower (not huge, but worked very well), the amenities in the room spot on. Very close to everything we needed. Nothing to fault, although we were in and out in just about 12 hours, so didn’t use most of the facilities (like the pools or the roof terraces) nor had breakfast, so can’t opine on those.

The curtains were black-outs but didn’t quite close the gap fully, so it being summer time, we had a bit of light entering the room early on. A minor niggle, really, and didn’t detract from the experience.

Location was very good - easy to get to all key attractions and some lovely local restaurants. We walked everywhere. The main rail station is about a 25 minute walk, which was fine for us. Just remember to book your rail tickets to other towns in advance! We were lucky enough to get to Cordoba and Huelva, but missed out on Cadiz because we didn't pre-book the train. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice. The "family" team were always on hand and ready to help and, indeed, were very supportive.

Very professional and welcoming staff. We arrived during a national power outage in Spain and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who must have been under considerable pressure. We were welcomed with a glass of Cava and some sweet treats. We were lucky to be upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room and it was very spacious and comfortable indeed. The bed and bed linen felt very comfortable and we had a choice of pillows. A powerful shower with plenty hot water. The hotel building is quite historic and full of character which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and all staff in the restaurant were professional and friendly.

The bed is very comfortable and lovely pillows, they have parking which you need to book and that’s helpful it cost 28 euros for one night. Rooms clean and bathrooms modern great location for seeing all the main attractions which are within walking distance.

The bathroom door has panels which need another section or whoever you are staying with can see into the bathroom whilst you use the facility. The bathrooms whilst modern does not have a an extractor fan and the room becomes very steamy which makes it difficult to then use the mirror and therefore the hairdryer.

This was a lovely place to stay in Seville. The decor and style of the place was amazing and the room was great. Staff were extremely polite and helpful on arrival. Location is great and very walkable to the old town centre, Cathedral and palace. Very chic and stylish place to stay for a city break in Seville.

Rooftop area was lovely but the pool was a bit on the small side so a bit crowded at times. However, seating area and pool bar was great!

Staff was very friendly and gave us more information about Sevilla, what to do and where to eat. The room was small, but it contained everything you need for a citytrip: a very good shower, clean toilet, very big and comfortabel bed and pillows. There where also very nice additional gestures that made the stay complete.

The pool is located in the sun, without and shade. It was very hot when we were there, and so it was not refreshing.

Perfect location for walking around Seville. The hotel has its own unique personality, characterised by exceptional attention to detail and authentic sculptures and design features. The welcome glass of chilled sparkling wine was a nice touch and the roof terraces and mini rooftop pools were a beautiful setting and welcome relief from the heat of Seville.

The location was fantastic and even for a disabled person very accessible. Reception staff are helpful and very friendly. We were here when the power outage happened and staff allowed us to use the pool and have drinks without the need for payment.
