Great hotel in a great location close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. The hotel room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also very good.

The pool area has 5 sunbeds which is not enough to satisfy the number of guests at the hotel. We were only able to sit around the pool once as the other three times we tried we could not get seats.

I booked this room because it had a terrace - I knew the room itself would be on the small side but I was on my own and it was absolutely fine. Despite the fact it was mid October, the terrace was too hot to use in the daytime but lovely to sit and read in the evening. I also wanted a pool, and I used this every day. The location was perfect, very quiet at night but only a short walk from attractions. 5 minutes to Alameda, Palacio de las Duenas, Las Setas, and only about 20 minutes to the cathedral and the Alcazar. I loved the fact that this was an old building with a really modern interior.

Great location, rooftop pool added bonus in the heat. Staff very friendly and informative, room was very clean and no issues.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in room would of been nice but not an issue as plenty of cafes where you could get coffee near hotel.

Really good location and very clean hotel that looks quite fancy! The beds are very comfortable with a proper duvet and pillows. The air conditioning is very good which is needed for the hot summers. The pool was a beautiful addition too.

The staff were initially really helpful. However we were charged €64 for 2 days of breakfast at the end! This was really frustrating and disappointing as we were explicitly told that the breakfast was included in our trip. We cannot stress that enough! We didn’t think we’d booked breakfast but was assured it was included but was then told at the end to pay. So we were eating breakfast where we wouldn’t have gone because we thought it was free! The aircon also points directly to your face whilst you sleep which can make it difficult. Some English tv channels would be great for the price of the room but that is okay! Everything else was lovely.

A nice, clean room (a bit small but sufficient for us) with a pleasant private terrace and shared pool. The air conditioning worked well. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the 24/7 reception was very convenient. Breakfast in the bright dining area was also good, and they even packed a small breakfast for our flight home.

A parasol on the terrace would be useful, especially during the hot summer, as it's too hot to sit outside otherwise. The breakfast was good, but a bit more variety would be nice, especially for week-long stays. Overall, we have no real complaints about this hotel.

Beautiful big rooms and comfy beds. Really nice touches like a rubber duck gift for our daughter in her crib when we checked in and thoughtful notes from staff. Within the old town and close to all the sites.

The windows have no insulation or soundproofing that the noise of people outside and cars going past felt like you had the windows wide open it was so loud, which made it difficult to get the baby to sleep and to stay asleep myself as it’s noisy all night in Spain. I suspect rooms towards the back of the property are quieter. The tv has a function to mirror share your device but we were told it only works if you have an android phone. Given the smart tvs had no other apps available other than national Spanish television it was a bit disappointing we couldn’t use the tv. Small disadvantage but given the price of the room, this is small feature that makes a big difference even just to play music.

Location is a bit no man’s land, good for the north of the city but most of the good bits are a bit south, so a lot of walking to get back. Still, some really nice bars around it. That’s on us and we guessed when we booked it. Breakfast layout was a bit all over the place, and it sounds very English but the tea was poor when you just want a standard breakfast tea in the morning. Terrace was a bit wasted on our trip, no real view to enjoy and the amount we were out and about we didn’t really use it, the weather was average when we were back at the hotel. Wouldn’t have upgraded to that in retrospect given the cost.

The hotel is a lovely space with well appointed rooms. Beds were comfortable and the shower really nice. We opted to have breakfast one morning, which was very good and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We came by car and used the hotel car park, which was "interesting". The space to get in and out of the car lift is limited, so make sure you have a smallish car (we had a Renault Clio), and you're comfortable with tight turns.

I found it odd that our room didn't have a single coat hook to hang our jackets. I would have been nice to have a luggage rack (1st world problems).

The standard room was spacious for 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. The bathroom was a great size and the shower was really good! Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Hotel was very modern!

I would’ve loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was a little noisy outside the room but wasn’t unbearable.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Really comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. Location was close to local food and drink and short walk to main Old Town stretch. We were upgraded on the day to a beautiful suite which had a gorgeous ceiling, a large bath and a wonderful walk in shower. Everything was thought of.

Sadly, the suite was located at the front of the building and you could hear noises from the street during the night. We didn't swap rooms as we managed it with ear plugs and the noise was not anti social. It didn't stop us really enjoying the room.
