The apartment was easy to access with a given code, and it was a relief too to see a lift, so we didn’t have to struggle up the stairs with luggage. We were delighted to see that the rooms were extremely bright, spotlessly clean and modern, with a lovely view of the church opposite. Plenty of clean white towels were supplied and the bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The shower room was spacious with clean & modern appliances, plus a supply of shampoo and shower gel. Much appreciated! The location was good with plenty of places to eat close by, various shops & the Feria Market too. A few reviews we’ve read had mentioned noise outside at night, and yes we did hear people outside until the late hours/early morning but it didn’t disturb us - it was generally just a background hum of people outside the cafes & bars close by. Seville is a beautiful city!

There were only a few slight negatives. We did find the kitchen facilities a bit difficult, as the sink is tiny making it hard to easily wash up. Also if you’re small a lot of the crockery & kitchen equipment are in cupboards which are very high up & hard to access. As it happens, my husband is tall so he managed - but I couldn’t reach, so maybe a small foldable set of steps would be helpful! However, if you’re not planning on eating in the apartment these negative points won’t apply. Also, being of a slightly older generation, we did find it a bit of a drag walking to the main sights in Seville & back. We were exhausted at the end of every day, but for anyone younger (or more able) it’s a perfect location.

Location was wonderful. So many shops and restaurants around. Liked that there was a fridge and stove to make some meals and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy. Room was clean. Liked the rooftop terrace and pool.

There was some noise from people dining outside that went till quite late but that is because you are in a perfect location in the center of everything. It did not impede sleep. Kitchen could be organized a bit better the microwave took up almost all of the usable counter space but it was great for just a few days.

Very clean apartment, we had everything we needed in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is no central or electrical heating, but the room wasn't cold. However, there is an AC and we used it once to heat the room when needed. The apartment is more or less a 25minute walk from the cathedral/Alcazar, there is a possibility to take the bus of course but it is nice to walk through the neighbourhood.

The bed was quiet small for 2 people, and the big negative point about our stay was the noise. The neighbourhood is too noisy with the bars, and unfortunately the window is not soundproof at all! Keep in mind that it can be loud until 2 am/3am, and be sure to take with you earplugs so you can sleep peacefully.

The location is excellent, I’m so glad I chose to stay in this neighborhood. There is a lot of privacy and the sound proofing works so well that even as a light sleeper, I slept really well. There was an issue with the reading lamp and the air conditioning, but these were promptly addressed.

There is no reception on site, and it was a bit unclear what kind of issues the emergency number was for. I didn’t call it with the airconditioning issue, which maybe could have been fixed sooner.

Great apartment in a very central location. Lots of street cafes & restaurants. There is noise from the street but the windows are very good & muffle the sound well. The bed & pillows are very comfortable & a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. A good selection of toiletries was supplied & also a good hairdryer .The apartment, while compact, is well laid out to maximise space. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Seville .

Wonderful apartment for a short stay with me and my partner. Area was really central with lots of bars and cafes in short distance. The flat itself was really clean and it was easy to get in as we had a code. The host was super helpful and offered recommendations. Also to any other girls with curly hair the hairdryer has a diffuser attachment!

The street outside can be a little noisy but its fairly insulated and nothing more than you would expect for a central place.

The location, the view of the church directly outside, the light from all the windows. The shower, the roof terrace. The response from the staff. They were amazing. The building is very clean and it felt safe.

The noise from the bars on street late at night especially on Friday night was well into the early hours. The lack of kitchen crockery. Need to provide more mugs plates bowls. Microwave unnecessary takes up too much space in a compact kitchen.

Very clean small apartment. Little kitchen, didn't use the hob but the fridge was well needed!. Pool area was lovely, so peaceful. Good area, all sights walkable. Good aircon. Pool towels provided. Communal washing was a bonus.

Nothing. People have mentioned the street outside is loud, which is true. There is a bar/restaurant which can get busy. BUT it didn't bother me, I wore ear plugs and slept well

The location suited us perfectly. Might not be for everyone. Its in a very busy area surrounded by bars, amazing tapas restaurants and vintage shops yet only 20 min walk from all the main attractions.. The pool is only a plunge pool. Not big enough for swimming but the set up is good. Apartment has everything you would need. Tea, coffee, fridge. We had a double aspect view and 3 julliet balconies. We arrived after midnight and getting keys was simple.

There is a church across the road that chimes on the hour. (Not through the night) We didn't mind being woken at 8am but if you do this apartment is not for you

The location was perfect in a nice part of town and close enough to the centre, but not bang in the middle. There were lots of great bars near the apartment, which were better value than those in the touristic centre. The pool was small but great for a dip to cool off, and the beds were comfortable, and the views from the rooftop were great. The room was well appointed and very clean.

There wasn't much not to like.
