A lovely place to stay. The rooms are superb, the decor with a Moroccan feel is charming, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast is mainly cold cheese/meat Spanish style, the small bar/restaurant (closed all day Mondays & Sunday evenings) is popular and frequented by locals. A place well worth staying. Located to the north of the old city it is within easy reach of many good tapas bars/restaurants (we can recommend Ojala Tapas y Vinos). The circular buses C3 & C4 stop nearby and travel clockwise & anti-clockwise around the outskirts of the city enabling speedy journeys to the key locations. We used the green open-topped bus for the first 48 hours which gave us our bearings. If you only have time for one highlight, the cathedral is one of the world’s gems. Further afield is Italica which is the birthplace of Emperor Hadrian. The hourly bus 170 to Santiponce from the main bus station (on the C3 & C4 routes) takes 15-20 minutes. Explore and enjoy.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating during our stay. We arrived really late due to our flight being delayed and they accommodated a late check-in without problems, they helped us to change rooms the next morning and we were allowed to leave the car in the parking later than 12pm so we could explore Sevilla that day! Overall, really nice experience, with a beautifully decorated room / hotel and a nice breakfast.

The first night, we were given a room in a separated building on the ground floor. It only had one window which was literaly by the street so you could hear all the noise from the outside and we barely slept. However, the next morning I discussed it with the hotel staff and we got a new room on the main building on the second floor with a balcony! (This was the room we have in fact booked).

Very atmospheric and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Delightful shower, but make sure you are really close to your partner because there is only a wooden screen separating the loo in the room. There are two supermarkets just a few minutes away and everything is within walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor and the noise from people outside seemed too close for comfort, but thankfully the cooler weather kept them away.

Beautiful room with lovely, lux moorish furniture and ambience. We loved the romantic four-poster and pool-sized bath too. The ladies on reception and in the bar-restaurant were a total delight, friendly and super helpful throughput. The perfect hotel for our 35th wedding anniversary.

Nothing really! Worth being aware that it's not so near Seville's old town, so factor in a short taxi ride. That said, the local Macarena neighbourhood was charming with some great restaurants, so a nice bonus.

The room and hotel was a great experience, nicely decorated vibe throughout. Rooftop jacuzzi was a lovely bonus. staff very attentive

Location was perfect if you were happy to hire bikes, walking can be far if you are then walking around for the day. Breakfast could of been improved. Hotel air conditioning was not turned on-they gave us a rotating fan

Exceptionally helpful staff, fabulous location for all site seeing, lovely rooftop garden/ patio for sunset drinks. Delightful "Boutique/ unique" hotel, would definitely stay again when in Seville & recommend highly to others.

Nothing at all comes to mind, perfect stay, comfortable beds, a/c in rooms worked well as above, staff fantastic, location terrific.

The location was great as well as the authentic style of the boutique hotel. The 2 ladies Ester and Diana gave special attention to our requests.

The breakfast should cater for a little more variety for those not eating pork.

I booked a "romantic" suite here on the last night of a week-long trip to Andalucia to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was just what I had hoped for. The hotel, while small, has a quirky, moorish, palatial, sort of feel to it with lots of interesting details. The room itself was lovely and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay a real pleasure.

The attractive Moorish decor was unexpected. The room and bathroom were both very satisfactory. The shower was easy to use. The towels were of good quality. Breakfast was well laid, coffee was good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Internet access was less than satisfactory, which may or may not be under the hotel's control.

The room was really nice, always kept very clean. All the staff members have always been really kind and welcoming. Highly recommended also due to its perfect position. In a few minutes you can get anywhere inside the historic center of Seville.
