How clean and big this beautiful house. You will get the feeling of how to live to the old spanish home. Our bedroom was big size and bathroom. The bed is comfortable. You can use the whole kitchen, which is very nice. I like the design of the house.

It's an old house so you can hear when people are talking. The room where we were staying, someone was living above use, and we could hear them talking and walking. It would be nice if they could remove their shoes to lessen the noise. Also, there's a flamenco school near our room and we could hear them practicing from 10am- 10pm.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that there was storage to put my clothes aswell. It was very local to all the main sights in seville which I enjoyed very much. The courtyard was beautiful and seemed to be well kept, and we were rarely disturbed by other guests. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for us to use so we got on very easily.

The shower didn't have clear instructions and we were unsure on how to use it, and we were only able to use the bath, so more information on this would have been appreciated. The TV also didn't have clear instructions and we were unable to turn it on, so more information on this would have also been appreciated.

The room is large, spacious, air-conditioned and has a TV. The room has no chairs or wardrobe, but it has hangers and you can put clothes on the bottom shelf. There is no fridge in the room, but there is one in the shared kitchen with a shared dining area, which also has a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and all other cooking equipment and utensils. The room does not have a balcony or is very narrow, so there is no space for a chair and a table. The accommodation does not have a lift, but all the rooms are on the first floor, so there is no need for one. The accommodation is close to the centre (about 15 minutes on foot). You need to call the owner for the code, you can't get instructions via email. I would rate the accommodation 7,5, but this option is not available on Booking, so it is rated 8.

The location was perfect for accessing the sights of Seville. There were two very friendly bars nearby. The room was so comfortable and clean and bright. The main door opened on to a beautiful inner courtyard, which felt very special. The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. I also talked to them on the phone and they were kind and courteous and helpful. The recommendation list for restaurants was also very helpful.

I wanted to stay longer! And I wish I'd spent more time at the local bars, instead of wandering aimlessly around the more touristy parts city. The location was great

The building itself, a restored 19th-century home, is amazing and unique. The location is in the old town, but nicely outside the main tourist area and handy to a bakery, grocery store and some nice restaurants. The room was comfy and good value for money and there is a well-equipped kitchen for making your own breakfast or tapas.

On the final morning of our stay, there was no hot water in the bathroom. We had to get to the airport, so there wasn't time to ask the owners for a solution.

Absolutely amazing location! We enjoyed this district very much! Beautiful interior is wonderful also.

We are struggling with kitchen supplies, we need a bottle opener and can't receive it for all week what we stayed...I can suggest to buy at least 3 bottles opener, so when someone borrowe it another guest can find another one. Can opener will be nice also. It's really impossible to replace with something different.

Very large, well decorated and clean room. Bath is a great addition. Lovely bar next door which was great for drinks and dinner. Interior is gorgeous, location is walking distance to the sights and has lots of good places to eat nearby. Paid luggage storage next door.

Mattress is a little hard, and the bar closes at midnight each night which can be noisy, otherwise no complaints

The property was an amazing stay. Like a tourist attraction from the 1800a itself. So perfectly decorated, clean, easy access, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Coffee and croissants available. The furniture and decor made you almost not want to leave. A great little bar literally 50 m away and a church down the street. Now the hair was above and beyond. Mer us with a late checking and gave us a full Fran’s tour. Set up the wifi. Answered numerous questions. Left us a long list of things to see, places to eat. Offered to help with tickets to attractions. Was instantly available on what’s app for questions and problems to solve above and beyond his scope. Amazing place, I couldn't believe how we can get the place for such a price. Location is really in a nice neighborhood with a lot of nice bars and winding street. It was just a bit far from any bus stops, but it is part of the charm. Room was very clean, nice, and private toilet is great for the price. Beautiful house!

Comfy, cozy and aesthetically pleasing apartment in Old Sevilla walking distance from tourist attraction, cool restaurants and cute shops. We were travelling with a carry-on for 3 weeks, so we were very happy to have access to a washer/dryer within the facility. Very pleased for the price. Would definitely recommend!
