Good location, small and cosy hotel with very helpful staff, nice view from the window

Very small room, old style bathroom, poor breakfast (there were baked beans and tomatos, someone asked for an egg, staff said "not today, tomorrow"), strange wardrobe :)

Staff were helpful including one very helpful and informative member who we spoke to on arrival. Comfortable bed, clean room and good shower, pleasant entrance/lobby and excellent view from the roof area.

Stay was tainted slightly by one night of very very loud guests in a nearby room being very loud talking and laughing from 4am till 6am and there was no one around at the desk when we went down to speak to someone about it as it was that loud. Overall good but that event has slightly lowered the ratings given

I liked it very much when we reported the charging was already done via Booking and they returned the charging they made when we arrived. The staff also made sure to talk to us about it and apologize very dearly. I liked it when they replaced the bed base. I liked the help with parking.

Parking was very limited and with a very narrow entrance and space to manouver, made me very nervous but the alternative was to leave far from the hotel. I did not like when I wanted to go to the Solarium on one morning and it was clsoed.

Very clean rooms, good location, easy to check in and get to the room. Easy to use air-con. Fresh towels daily and beds made nicely. The solarium/rooftop access was amazing, comfy chairs and plenty of them so multiple people can use it, the roof made for a fantastic view and could see multiple things like the Setas and the Cathedral, the view at sunset was amazing.

Nothing to dislike, would have been nice to have been told about the solarium or the rooftop access upon arrival though, we found it by accident and it was lovely to use, especially at sunset.

The staff were really helpful. The young man on reception helped us with organising our transport around town, our location and was able to organise a cab for our return to the airport. Breakfast was lovely and great value. All of the communal spaces were really nicely styled, comfortable and clean. It's not in the prettiest of locations but it feels safe and is a great way to find your way around the different areas of the city.

I would have liked and extra pillow on my bed and a mirror in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The street where the hotel is situated is quiet, there are a lot of bars and shops close to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Plaza de España is approximately 35 mins away, train station is approximately 25 mins away, which is rather convenient.

The breakfast was good, but was served in groups. We chose the second group. On the second day we had to wait in the queue and some of the foods/drinks were missing and not refilled. At about midnight we found out that we could hear tv in the next room very well. Luckily, it didn’t last that long.

clean, well organized and very nicely decorated! The breakfast available to sit outside and enjoy in such small cute chairs and just to feel different and beautiful 🤗

Only that was a bit bothersome is mosquitos but its not hotel fault, maybe just to get something to keep them entering. And bit of tin walls but you can close your eyes on that when its people and who workred there are amazing, heartwarming and good. For the stuff of the hotel this is 10/10 ! Super helpful super welcome 🤗 love ❤️

The lobby area and breakfast area was a beautiful setting with patio spaces and beautiful plants all around. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was good. The lobby was kept cool and was furnished with comfortable furniture and a table. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked well. The price was very good and the hotel was an easy walk to important places to visit. I will stay there again the next time I am in Seville.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Santa Lucia. The room was incredibly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet I could easily walk to the central area. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient thanks to the excellent public transport connections. Highly recommended!

I read one review where someone said that this place was like a luxury hotel and a budget price. I fully agree, I would add that this is a North American style hotel at a European hostel price which is very rare. What did I like? Pretty much everything! The staff are fantastic, our room was comfortable and clean. We had a heat pump which was lovely on these hot days. The solarium upstairs, with the small pool, also has a nice seating area and it was a great place to relax after a long day.

The hotel is about a kilometer walk from most things. We knew that going in, and you are paying a fairly discounted price for staying closer to the Santa Justa train station, which for us was intentional since we were taking day trips. Since the hotel is farther from the main attractions, you will need to use a bus or walk. Both are very nice and convenient options.
