Excellent price, great location, quiet area. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and well equipped. It was quiet and no street noise at all because I was in an internal courtyard. The WiFi was excellent.

The roof terrace was in a separate building so to get to it I had to go out of my building and walk round the corner to another building. Then it involved walking up several flights of stairs and unlocking the door to the terrace. This was very inconvenient so I didn't use the roof terrace at all and it was one of the main reasons that I booked this particular apartment. I have read, and reread, the listing and I can see no reference to that fact that there are two buildings although I do now see it mentioned in some other reviews. It should be made clear in the listing that this is the case.

Overall, the apartment met our needs well. The facilities are basic but well equipped and clean. We felt safe in the area and only walked a short distance to restaurants and bars. The hosts were friendly and communicated well by WhatsApp and anserwed any questions we had really quickly.

There was a lot of noise during the first night which kept me awake as other tenants returned home from nights out, loud footsteps, keys opening and closing doors etc. To be fair, there was no nonsense or anything it's just badly insulated and echoing in common areas so every noise was amplified. At one point, it sounded like someone had entered our front door which gave me a fright but it was just a neighbour. Thankfully the 2nd night wasn't as bad and I would still recommend staying here. The only other small thing is the sofa could do with a steam clean or new cover 😉

Location was great, within walking distance of most of the main attractions, breakfast was external by use of vouchers which was very good in a local cafe nearby.- Bar El Badulaque - very friendly staff. The Apartment was comfortable and well aired with good facilities..the location was very safe.

A few minor negatives but nothing too serious such as noise from the apartments directly above ours late at night, also it would be a good idea to have a minimum supply of perhaps milk in the fridge, tea bags, etc., shampoo in the bathroom perhaps but only as an added bonus for late arrivals?

The property was in the city centre and has a very beautiful architect style. We could reach the attractions easily in 15/ 20 Min by foot. Bus stations were nearby in few Min. The owner of the property was so nice and kind and responses sofort. We forgot our belongings in the apartment and he helped us a lot to get them back. Family friendly. Highly recommended !👍

Very central and very good communication with the landlord. The breakfast at Bar el Badulaque is a plus, the staff there is friendly and nice, although not all speak good English.

Some facilities are outdated (furniture, air conditioning), but since we stayed more on the outside it was not that big of a problem. Wi-Fi did not work, the more far you got from the entrance, the weaker or non-existent the signal was. No signal in the bedroom.

Great location - street scene at alameda de Hercules was excellent. And just 2 blocks from the river/canal. Spacious apartment with decent kitchen facilities

Needed a dehumidifier as with the rain it felt damp inside all week (only interior access). Had to take damp clothes and towels to the terrace next door to dry them.

Almost everything was perfect , Even when I asked to have a late check out , they accepted The home was really good with a balcony and even all the rooms had air-conditioning

The street smell was not good and because of that we couldn't open the window or use the balcony! And one of the beds was not clean , and the bathroom downstairs does not have a really good hot water

The staff were great, and really responsive over WhatsApp. The place was clean, tidy and everything I was told it would be. It's a stones throw from the river and an easy walk into the centre of the city. There's plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, and bus stops are almost on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again, and have already recommended it to family

Had everything we needed . Comfortable stay and lots of local restaurants nearby . Quiet at night .

Personally I didn’t realise that you didn’t see daylight from ground floor , which was a little disconcerting as you couldn’t gauge the time of day . Obviously design is to help keep cool and it does the job as does the air con . Would have liked a second key and separate key for electricity ( again understood tht air con is not left on unnecessarily) .

Great AC, location, and responsive host. Quiet and convenient little apartment.

Only critique is no hand soap, cooking oil or salt/pepper provided. Only two rolls of toilet paper given for full stay. Otherwise lovely place, just had to eat some bland food.
