It is heaven, close enough to all the main sites but quiet enough to be a peaceful get away. Miguel was amazing, he helped with all our queries and kindly assisted us with a late check in and out (due to flight times). Absolutely fantastic trip, can’t rate Palacio Bucarelli highly enough.

This quaint little Spanish hotel is absolutely beautiful. The building is very old and has been refurbished whilst keeping the character of the building. There are little courtyards inside the hotel which are a lovely place to sit and have a coffee. The running of the hotel is smooth. The staff are extremely helpful. Communication is easy and the day we arrived I was sent a message to confirm arrival time. As we were arriving after staff finished for the day, was sent clear instructions where to locate our room. The rooms are clean and airy, large bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, small stove and utensils if you fancied cooking something in the room. Breakfast supplied every morning, delivered to room in a basket left at the door. Such a nice touch. Choice is good too. Each day chose a breakfast selection. Tea/coffee provided in the room also. The location of the hotel is not too far from the centre of Seville, so it is quiet in the evenings away from the busy centre. Walking distance to everything. Public transport is easy also. To get to hotel from airport take the EA bus for 4 euros. Hotel is 20 minute walk from the last stop. The walk there is lovely, through streets lined with lots of orange trees. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were made to feel welcome during our stay.

Room was lovely and lots of space. Very clean. Nice courtyard. Breakfast was really good.

Location for us was ok. Maybe a bit more help from reception regarding places to eat and visit would have been nice. Also we found that early morning when we were there lots if banging around slamming doors etc which did wake us .

The room and bathroom were large, very spacious and comfortable. The pool even though it was small was very nice, like an oasis in the scorching Sevilla heat. The breakfast was included and was tasty, just enough to fill you up till noon. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was far from the hustle and bustle and a comfortable amd quick one mile walk to the old center of town. It was close to some really nice restaurants as well.

Unfortunaley, we were in a room facing the street where there was some construction going on. The construction noise started in the early morning hours so if you are planning on sleeping in, you may not be able to do so. Besides that everything else was great.

The location is great: close to the city center but in a quiet area. We could walk everywhere. The hotel is in a lovely and very charming old palace that you can also visit. Miguel and the reception were really helpful and kind. Really appreciated the recommendations for restaurants they sent us. The check in information was clear and accessible. A big thank you to housekeeping for their attention to detail. The breakfast was good and the orange juice delicious. The room was spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. We really enjoyed our stay.

If I were to say something, it would be nice to have slippers and a bath robe. I also missed a mirror in the room. As the bathroom mirror is a bit far (the sink table is large) it was a bit difficult to put the contacts in the morning. It would be nice to have maybe an enlargement mirror in the bathroom that could be brought a bit closer for make up and such.

Staying at Palacio Bucarelli was absolutely wonderful. The beautifully kept property is a serene oasis of calm and yet only 15 minutes walk to everything you want to see in the city. Breakfast is excellent and yet there are many other food options nearby (esp; Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo). Our room, a junior suite, was incredibly well styled and there was plenty of space for our family. We were well looked after from start to finish.

This is not a criticism, and is unavoidable in cities, but there is road construction on one side of the building. It did not disrupt our stay at all, and only starts quite late in the morning. Still, anyone staying here should probably be made aware.

The staff are very professional and helpful. Do not hesitate to ask them about the city and places to visit. The hotel is located in a more local and residential area and you will get a chance to see what locals do. There is a large "Historical square with Roman columns" with many restaurants, a couple of grocery stores and playgrounds for kids. Most tourist attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance.

No need to get a car there. Parking is expensive; if you can get there by taxi or public transportation, you will save on parking fees. The taxi works fine. Don't even try Uber, it is more expensive than a taxi. Taxi prefers a credit card over cash.

Charming building with beautiful courtyard which we sat in for breakfast. Quiet location in residential area, but only 20 minute walk from the main sights of Seville. 20 min taxi from the airport. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast set up worked well (pre-order the day before for a delivery of continental style selection to your room). Room very clean.

Bedroom was sparsely decorated / furnished (although very spacious) and bathroom was a bit tired. It would have been nice to have the option to have a proper coffee at breakfast (not nespresso). Roadworks were going on on a road running alongside the hotel whilst we were there - fine on a weekend but not the most pleasant Monday morning wake up.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the patio area with the orange trees - very relaxing to sit and relax after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was very good with a good choice, brought to the room in a hamper. The staff were very helpful and friendly - thank you.

We had a problem with the TV, we weren’t able to watch Prime or Netflix due to an internet connection issue. The hotel did try twice to fix it but no luck. It would have been nice to watch a movie in the evening but certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

This is an exceptional property. A renaissance Palazzo, complete with courtyards, fountains, alcoves and cooling-pools. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The décor is refined and tasteful, the staff were as exceptional as the surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble. Any issues were addressed and sorted out immediately. Always discreetly waiting in the background, ready to help. The breakfasts are beautifully served in wicker picnic baskets. Highly recommended.

Parking is not easy but this is true for all of the attractive, old parts of Seville. Parking facilities are available but quite a distance to walk and certainly not with luggage. The hotel is very helpful with the unloading bags and then dropping off the car.
