The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a quiet oasis to stay, with plants and plenty seating areas away from the heat of July to relax after a busy day sightseeing. It's location is less touristy and well frequented by locals enjoying the large paved area with plenty of bars, cafes, seating and play areas for small children. The roof top area is compact , clean and plenty of varied seating areas. It is open for breakfast with a selection of hot and cold food, with excellent coffee. In the evening after the heat of the day, it is open as a roof top bar. Good bus route opposite the Basilica de la Macarena and across the road from the hotel there is a stop for the Seville City Sightseeing Red hop on hop off bus. We loved it.

A beautifully renovated patio hotel from the 19th century but quite modern on the inside. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed and first and foremost, because this happens rarely: you can completely darken the room. Thank you for that. Very friendly employees and a perfect location close to the old center. Still not noisy at all. Would definitely book again.

If there would be a coffee maker in the room, or at least a kettle, it would be perfect. There is a coffee maker in the lobby (and maybe you can get a kettle on request, I didn't ask) but I didn't feel like getting dressed just to get a coffee. But I also didn't book the breakfast, so maybe I am not the best example.

Our last stop on a 3 week tour of Spain. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful building and was really good to stay in a typical historical Seville building. The decor of the inner courtyards and the plants are fabulous. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bathroom very modern. Breakfast was lovely outdoors on the second floor and my wife's non dairy allergies were kindly catered for with a reduced price menu and scrambled eggs without dairy. Maria was lovely and helpful. We caught a bus from Seville train sation to within 5 mins walk of the hotel which was very easy. The hotel is on the square with lots going on in bars and restaurants. We were there at the weekend and it was a lovely family type atmosphere. Very safe and within 15 mins interesting and safe walk into the gorgeous centre of Seville. Apart from the obvious attractions, the bull ring is worth a visit as was an intimate flamenco evening at Casa de la Memoria, Calle Cuna 6. Only space for around 80 people. It had us spellbound for an hour!

Unique, beautiful hotel in a former 19th century artist's town house. We were greeted by warm and friendly reception staff before walking through two colourful courtyards decorated with attractive patio furniture and plants. The bedroom had tasteful decor, comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. We loved the surrounding area which is a short walk from the centre of town but with its own lively (and not rowdy)atmosphere.

Our room had insufficient wardrobe storage for two people. I suggest replacing the sofa with a second wardrobe or chest of drawers to help with this as guests can watch the tv while sitting on the bed!

Hotel decor reminded me of a moroccan ried. Had an indoor court yard, very big room absolutely beautiful. Staff exceptional and the breakfast was good choice and lovely. Nice roof top terrace for the evening and breakfast. About 20 mins walk to cathedral and lovely eating places. Huge city.

There was no outside window only a shutter to the inner court yard. Couldnt see the weather and if u left them open people could see in. Terrace was lovely but the trees in the square were so high couldnt see anything, but not a problem just an observation. Square was big with plenty of bars n resturants. Some were very nice others abit grotty. Ate in one and the food was good.

Quite good breakfast on small but pleasant rooftop terrace with nice view over a friendly residential square. Modern lifts and stairs. Vending machine for water/soft drinks on ground floor also coffee machine (plus hot water for tea (infusions). We were able to book a flamenco show via the receptionist (Ana) who was very helpful.

Nothing - for an attractive period building, it has been renovated well. Most of the rooms seem to open onto an inner courtyard which may not suit some.

The room was bright and clean and comfortable with a separate seating area. We had a warm welcome and lots of helpful information on our arrival. The hotel is in a good location for walking to bars, restaurants, shops and the major attractions. We were glad to leave the car in the secure car park and walk everywhere. There is a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served and this doubles as a bar in the evenings.

Be aware it's a difficult area to park in. We got a parking space at the hotel but the car park is small and it needs a lot of careful manoeuvring to get in and out of spaces.

Liked the area the hotel is situated in. Very local, friendly, and safe. A vibrant and colourful fusion of community. The hotel mirrors this feeling for us. Views from the roof terrace at sun up and sundown are breathtaking. From watching the swifts soar above the columns at breakfast time and again at sunset when the terrace converts to a gin bar. Our bedroom had lovely cooling Egyptian cotton sheets. Also, white embossed towels that were changed frequently during our stay and air con that kept us rested through a particlarly hot spell Residents were encouraged to access the 3 courtyards within the hotel that were laden with real hanging plants and little tables and chairs carefully situated to create private spaces for guests to interact

There was nothing to dislike. All our needs were catered for

Lovely wee, good value, hotel with lots of character and great staff (particularly Maria on breakfast duties), located in a non-touristy area full of good bars and tapas places.

It's marketed as city centre but, be warned, it's a bit of a walk to the main attractions. Not so far that, usually, it would be a big deal for us but with 5 days of 38 degree heat it became a tough 25min walk. Also, We had the room under the terrace bar at the front and on Saturday night the noise was too much (not a problem on the other 4 nights). Wasn't entirely sure if it was the hotel bar or the bar a couple of doors down but, either way, it was very loud until 2am.

Beautiful place, very original, you would never believe to find something like that when looking at the building's facade. Very clean rooms with excellent bedding and mattress, AC was also working flawless and we had a full size hot tub, can't fault any of that. There is a great terrace bar working from 8pm onwards (no mosquito bites!), with a very friendly person behind the counter, didn't get his name but we appreciate how friendly he was and the kind words in the end. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Maria for the time taken to answer some queries, always with a smile.

Noise isolation from upper level is non existent, we could head the flip flops rubber from another customer sticking to the floor when walking in the middle of the night. No restaurant as stated, but to us the deal-breaker was the breakfast rate at 12€ per person. 50€ for 2 adults + 2 children is just too much but beware that you'll have a hard time finding continental breakfast in the vacinities!
