The apartment is very well laid out - two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The air conditioning works well. All of the main sites of Seville are literally a few minutes away but foot - the Cathedral and Alcázar.

It’s was a lot more noisy than I expected. The person in the adjoining building started his DIY activities at 06:30 almost every day. The noise of someone hammering away like a deranged woodpecker that early in the morning was more than annoying. However, not within the remit of the owners control. More annoying was the rooftop bar that started playing music at around 16:00 until late evening (between 11:00 - 11:30). I am not sure if the bar has recently opened but it certainly made its presence known - really loud noise.

Great apartment with plenty of space

The were two bad things about the 1br condo on the first floor: 1. Every time someone opened the front door to the building, they would walk away, causing the door to slam. We can clearly hear the slamming everywhere in the apartment, including the bedroom. I was woken up several times during my stay as people came in late at night and left early in the morning. 2. There is a column by the door to the apartment that would make a clicking noise and then I would hear water in the pipes shortly after. Each time I heard a click, I thought someone was trying to get into the room

The property was extremely spacious and well furnished. Everything was clean and modernised and in a perfect location. It was a short walk towards the strip with many tapas restaurants as well as all the shopping streets. We really enjoyed our comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend this place. The bathroom was also a great addition, both bedrooms having their own ensuite.

Couldn’t fault the property at all although one thing that didn’t make it a 10/10 stay was the long process in checking in. In order to receive the virtual key you need to be able to receive sms messages and most likely for people who are travelling won’t be able to.

The location was a street away from the Cathedral. Perfect for exploring old town Seville. Access to the apartment block is via a virtual key downloaded onto your phone. Once inside a lift takes you to the required floor and again access to the apartment itself was by the same virtual key. The street door and apartment door were very sturdy and you feel very safe there. The apartment contains everything you would expect and more. A large TV in both the lounge and the bedroom. International channels available as well as some streaming services. The flat was clean and well presented. Oven/ microwave, hob, kettle, tassimo coffee machine, fridge with a small freezer. Whilst the apartment block itself is not manned the associated hotel is on What’s App and responses were nearly instantaneous. There is a roof terrace available to guests giving views of the Cathedral and comfy chairs for a touch of outside relaxation.

The only concern is the very early street noise when the rubbish is collected in the early hours. It’s not heard from the bedroom at the back of the property but for anyone using the sofa bed it could be an issue. Ordinarily though the double glazed doors leading to the balcony cut out a lot of noise. It is a quiet street but being cobbled the dragging of large rubbish bins can’t be avoided. Traffic on the street is practically non existent and we marvelled at the taxi driver that drove us there from the airport as be negotiated some very narrow streets and corners.

Very modern apartment, has everything what is needed for a few day stay. Very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast hasn't arrived in the night, but hosts offered us eating in the near hotel they also run.

Photos are misleading - the host has several apartments in the same building and photos on booking is a mix of them, but description suggests it's the same apartment. So I thought we would have had better view on cathedral (that's why I've chosen this apartment) but we have seen only the little top of it. Secondly, because of the mistake, we didn't get breakfast at our doors, while our neighbours got their (after contacting the receprion, we could eat in nearby hotel). I also didn't like that host has sent via booking or whatsapp links with some surveys to fill and asked for photos of our IDs (after I didn't agree, we could check in in the reception of nearby hotel) without leaving photos/scans of our IDs

Location is unsurpassed. Literally 100 yard walk to the main square by the Cathedral and all the local bars and restaurants. Apartment is well furnished, and you have everything and more that you would need for a weekend stay, or considerably longer. We have stayed here before, and will return again as I can't imagine there are many better facilities in Seville.

The Door Entry system can be a BIT fiddly, and it reset on us a couple off times. Not a dealbreaker by any means but needs streamlining, especially for older guests who may not be so tech savvy.

Wow… an excellent location, fantastic facilities and so much space to be able to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always on hand I assist. Thank you to Mayte and Abel for assisting us with an airport transfer issue which was not their fault but they provided assistance anyway. Very comfortable beds and amenities. Fantastic place to stay and if I am in Seville again, I will certainly stay here.

Nothing AT all… it was excellent

Good breakfast delivered outside the door during the night which included a sandwich and snacks for lunch too! Fabulous location in the centre of the old city with a view of the cathedral tower (Giralda) and walkable to all the main sites. Located in a side street with many great options for eating and drinking nearby. Excellent for couples, a family or 2 couples On the last day we stored our suitcase at the reception of the sister property FoC.

A bit noisy in the morning when the bins are emptied, but not an issue. Slight problem with the virtual key not being delivered to our phones, sorted out by walking to the reception in main U-sense hotel just 5 minutes away where they gave us card-keys.

Everything - sparkling clean, maybe the most clean AirBnb I have ever been; anyway, this is pretty new place, super nice and thoughful interior design. Super convenient location. Super comfortable, nice touches like coffee and vanities. Perfect for two!

If I had to mention anything, it would be that this accommodation is situated in a building that has several apartments that are all under the management of the same business. As a result, the apartments do not always match the photographs (for example, even though we selected an apartment that appeared to be on an upper floor in the pictures, we really received a ground floor unit). However, the bedroom is private (we could see people walking by from the living room).

We were in the penthouse 5 including children, was in the perfect location walking distance to all sites. Rooms were very clean, lovely bathroom, little kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven if you wanted to cook. We didn't cook. Bonus for kids TV in each room, was nice to relax in the evening. You have to download an app to get a virtual key which wad quick.and easy. Before arrival staff sent all information via wattsapp and was always very quick and on hand for ant questions. We had an excellent stay would deffo recommend. Not forgetting the breakfast which was delivered the night before, wattsapp message to say it was outside, breakfast was az variety of sandwiches, yoghurt,fruit,nuts fresh orange juice and pastries. Good fuel to start the day x
