The location of the hotel is excellent. Seville Cathedral can be reached in a few minutes by foot. There are restaurants and taverns in the immediate vicinity. There is also a restaurant just downstairs. There are also markets nearby, everything can be reached within 4-5 minutes on foot. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The rooms are narrow but quite spacious. The bathrooms are a bit narrow but not a problem. The host's communication was very fluent and fast. They helped in every way quickly. If you are arriving by train, it is about 20 minutes walking distance, but if you are coming from the airport, you have to take a car journey of 15-20 minutes.

We couldn't get a good wifi connection. Also, if you sleep early, the noise of the restaurant downstairs may disturb you. We did not have a problem because we slept late.

Apartment is very well located, in the middle of the old city and walking distance to all landmarks. It is next to a very nice and busy place though at night very calm. It is comfortable, spacious, very clean, cleaning ladies are very nice and on top of their job. Instructions were clear on how to get there. Thanks to the team for the follow up and clear instructions. Very good service. May be some points for improvement, WiFi is sometimes very slow and disconnects and unstable, also missing a safe for valuables, and if it’s to come with several people, it will need more space for clothing like a real closet. Overall it went very good, thank you.

Very clean, modern room, at the heart of the city centre. Amazing location, all new and clean, easy to enter, easy to exit, room had all amenities we needed and was very cosy and bright even if small. It was not cheap but since it was a busy period it was better than other places.

The elevator was broken during our whole stay. We used the stairs, and it was okay, but I usually travel with my mother, who has mobility issues, I only book places with good accessibility. If she was there it would have been a big problem.Luckily this time, she was not with me last minute.

Location is perfect, 3 min walk from the cathedral which makes it one of the nicest and safest places in seville. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from and walking distance to many attractions, i would certainly be back here

the one and only negative about this accommodation is that there is no mini fridge, we wanted to have some cold drinks for the summer especially coming back from a walk and it wasnt ideal not having one but otherwise perfect.

Location. Whilst some "minor" noise through bedroom walls, Exceptional sound proofing from outside noise 👌

Very helpful what's app contact for arrival but did have issues with phone signal in location which delayed entrance and information slightly. Ideally would be great to have that info not reliant on phone signal. Also whilst not related to accommodation travellers by car please be aware parking in Seville Can be difficult/stressful

Perfect room for a short stay, centrally located so within walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants

Despite confirming the room the day before, I wasn't sent the necessary access details. As no reception or staff are present, a phone call was required to access the building. As the sofa was the 2nd bed for 3 people sharing, it meant the room was quite cramped. It didn't matter for an overnight stay but would have been more difficult with a longer stay

Fabulous location and really comfortable mattress

Check in information wasn’t sent to us and we had to phone when we got there which wasted time and caused confusion Could do with either a mini fridge or some individual milk portions A spare blanket would have been good instead of needing to put the heat on

The apartment was very nice and mega cozy. We got 2 bottles of water for free, the is a fridge, which is nice (also a tea kettle). The sofa and bed are comfortable, mainly the sofa, where two people can fit. There is also a balcony into the street. We could also store our luggage after the check-out (we asked before in the restaurant), which was really nice. The apartments are situated in the center of Sevilla, near the cathedral, which is ideal, however it took us some time to go though the tiny alleys with the car to pick up our luggage ;) In conclusion, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

First we had some problems with the check-in, because we booked the apartment 2 hours before we arrived, so we did not receive the codes via WhatsApp yet (don't know why), so I contacted the ISA company and one employee helped us get the code for the entrance and etc. Thanks for that, but it could work automatically after the booking. So that people don't need to wait and can get immediately after 15:00 into the apartment ;)

The location is excellent , near to Alcazar, Cathedral, restaurants and walking distance to all important places. We didnt see members of the staff but when we made a phone call because we needed help with a refrigerator we received inmediate attention. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

There is a restaurant in the first floor and at the time they were closing activities ( about 11pm) we heard their chattering) , but fortunately for a short time.

Great location and room was clean. We only stayed one night passing back thru Sevilla. Service was as also very good!!

We did not love that the windows were directly above the street level restaurant patio where people were eating and drinking. The noise was fine with windows closed, but a little more with windows open and people could see it unless you were certain close the sheer curtain.
