Booked a premium double room which was spacious. Bed was large (6' wide), mattress was very comfortable and the linen was good. Aircon was good. Shower was good. Tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. Good hand held hair hairdryer. Location is excellent. Rooftop area had a lovely view of the cathedral. Pool was a decent size for a central city location and very welcome, and for us a main reason for booking the hotel in early September (35c during our entire stay). Staff were excellent. Quiet location even though in the centre of town. Very nice lounge area. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Sofa in the premium room was very hard and uncomfortable. Just a hanging area and shelves for clothes - no wardrobe. No drawers in the bedside tables and dressing table to put items. Double sinks were in the room rather than the bathroom, which for me is unwelcome and unhygienic. Double sinks were small with large, immovable taps that made the sinks difficult to use. Little room for toiletries by the sinks - would have been better with 1 larger sink and more space for toiletries. Rooftop bar with view of the cathedral was only open Thursday to Sunday. Clothes steamer was ineffective.

Lovely hotel in a great central location in Sevilla close to the cathedral. Even with it's central location, most sites in the city were maximum 20 minute walk away, including the neighbourhood of Tirana over the bridge. The staff are friendly and were on hand to walk us through what was going on during Santa Semana (Holy week), as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the city. There is a pool on the ground floor which is a good size, but unfortunately doesn't get the sun all day and was closed on Easter Monday when it would have been great to lounge by! There is also a rooftop bar with great views of the Cathedral which is open from 15:30 and a great spot to watch the sun go down. The room we had was ensuite and large with a little balcony overlooking the terrace and pool below. The hotel has a good policy of only changing towels if the guest requires, and also provides a coffee machine with pods and a fully stocked mini bar.

Only negative was that every time someone used the lift to go up or down you could hear it in the room to a point it was very disruptive. We asked for a room change which the team were very helpful to try and accommodate, but because it was so busy, were only able to exchange to a room with two single beds than a large double which is what we had so we ended up not moving. The soundproofing of the walls wasn't great as you could hear people walking in the corridor and other rooms as well.

The location is great, with good walkable access to tourist attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a Premium Double, The room was lovely and spacious. Good bathrooms amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is great for some chill time in the sunshine away from the bustle of the streets.

On the Saturday, we had a wake up at 8:15 from the housekeeping team to see if we wanted our room cleaning, which disturbed our sleep. (Not ideal for my sleep preferred sleep schedule) The Hot breakfast options seemed to be quite limited, as we went for breakfast about 30-40mins before the breakfast service ended and often the hot options had finished except for the boiled eggs. (There was still options for toast, pastries, cereal, meats etc)

Incredible location - steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar, yet quiet. Easily walk to almost all points of interest and many good restaurants. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Best breakfast we had during our 2 week trip in Spain. Staff were exceptional in all regards, and went above and beyond whenever possible. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Seville!

There was a bad smell in the room the first two nights, but it was quickly resolved/eliminated by staff when it was brought to their attention.

Ideal central location, all staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was good, eggs cooked to order

Roof top bar only open Thurs to Sun, which is ok, but there were no lights on if the bar wasn't open.. It was nice to come back after dinner and just sit on the rooftop seats. It would've been more pleasant if the lights were left on until midnight. Good size room but not a single drawer in the room, a lot of wasted space. Hardly any space to put your clothes.

Nowhere to park a hire car - though we didn't need a car, we got the airport bus into town and walked round Seville Not a great view from the room, though that didn't matter

The location of the hotel is brilliant - walking distance within minutes of restaurants and main attractions. There was a very warm welcome from the staff, with drinks and sweets available in reception. The room was big, very comfortable and clean. Top Tip - cars are unable to get down the tiny street to the hotel - not a problem if you travel light, it's easy to get a taxi to drop you off at the cathedral and it's a 3 minute walk.

The motor of the lift could be heard from our room - but it wasn't really a problem.

The room was cleaned very well daily, towels were replaced when needed, and the room was nice to return to every evening. The aircon worked well to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The room was very quiet and was on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast on the last morning was a bit of a mess. It looked as if there was staff shortages, and we didnt get offered a hot breakfast. It looked as if the chef was managing the kitchen and the restaurant(seating people as they came in)and setting and cleaning the tables.

Nice location and very quiet street. Roomy bathroom, very good clean, and modern room overall. Swimming pool is one love, just amazing and so necessary in this city starving from heat. Nice personnel. Special thanks to beautiful Livia, young receptionist who organized our leisure activities and meals. Also thanks to another lady - morning receptionist who fought with a taxi company for our cab, many thanks to them.

A hole around the door made the light penetrate into the bedroom during the whole night plus the emergency exit green light above the door was also bothering to sleep. The room was an "upgrade" however did not look like the style on the pictures. Saturday was a wedding party on the roof tip and it was not comfortable to stay around the partying guests, we were not a ease.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely with wide selection though coffee can be slightly better ..See further remarks below. Air con in the room was good

Breakfast did not have Gluten Free options which is not great at all... The room was the one lacking the most. There was literally no space in the bathroom to put toiletries of one person let alone for 2 ! The bathroom was very big so it was not a matter of space just of a very bad design.. Also no hooks there to put the towels once you used them or clothes if you take a shower. The towels were not pleasant to use. No adequate espresso cups. The refreshments were not always replenished and the cups were not properly washed... The pillows are so flat you can hardly use them even two at a time.. No plugs by the bed side which is something I would have appreciated..
