The location of the hotel is superb; a 3 minute walk to meet our tour group of Cathedral and Alcazar, great restaurants and shops close by. They have staff at desk 24/7 which was great for us since we arrived late. Staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed rooftop drinks at the bar. Water pressure in shower was great. Even though there was some noise in the nearby plaza, it was quiet in our room.

We had a ground floor room with queen and bed in loft accessible by a steep spiral staircase, which came as a surprise but was OK for us. We had an issue with odors coming from bathroom drains and were advised not to put paper in the toilet. We understood and complied with the request but it was inconvenient.

Location, location, location. 👌. Great Hospitality. Excellent customer services. Terrace beautiful. Sitting area for breakfast fantastic. Laura is a great host. She cooked my breakfast 🥣. It was yummy 😋. Decor of the hotel on the top, excellent. I like the hotel and will recommend to family & friends.

There is no culture of Tip, which I don't like. Tourist spend lot of money, they should spend a little for the tip. In service industry they depend on tip. I have advise to travellers, please, please must give tip to appreciate the workers. 🙏 🤲

I stayed here two years ago and had a good impression, so I stayed here again. The room was simple but sufficient. The air conditioning and shower were great. The wifi was decent. The second floor has a bar at night and a breakfast restaurant in the morning. The breakfast was simple and cold. They had fruits but no vegetables. It's view was great, with a view of Torre Hierda and part of the Alcazar. but they couldn't charge it to the room, so you paid here.

It was hard to find where it was. They didn't have any tissues. I could hear the loud voices of the city and other rooms. A bottle of water costs €2.5

The location is amazing for a trip to Seville. You are a stones throw away from the Cathedral and the Palace. The room was clean, with a lovely view from the balcony window. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooftop bar is a lovely place to sit and have a welcome drink whilst you get your bearings of where to start in this beautiful city.

The only downside is that the bells from the cathedral are likely to disturb your sleep/lie in, it didn't bother us so much but if you were a light sleeper this would be an issue.

The staff were so incredibly helpful, we arrived 2 hours prior to check-in and our room was already ready, which was great. The complimentary fan was a nice touch and much needed in the 42 degree heat we had! The location is hard to beat, situated in a quite cobbled square complete with fountain, a couple of restaurants, art studios and the cathedral very close by; it's absolutely beautiful.

Breakfast was optional and charged at 12 euro for a buffet style set up on the roof terrace. We tried it one morning and whilst the staff were very polite and accommodating, the quality of food could have been better, given what's available in the area. For example the meat and cheese selection could perhaps have reflected the local area more, and the pastries didn't feel all that fresh. That having been said, it was a lovely location for breakfast and we were the only ones there, so perhaps it's not all that popular.

in a great location, right at the back of the palace , in a lovely plaza, room was on the small side , but as was solo it wasn't an issue, the shower was very good , with endless hot water , breakfast more than adequate

the bed was not great , could do with a good quality mattress and some good pillows, also the supplied shower gel's were of poor quality, like a jelly consistency , if you have a hangover , i would suggest ear plugs as the bell tower is very near , and stats early morning lol

The location is the best possible, with just steps away to the Alcazar, the Cathedral and Giralda tower. Despite the vibrant environment just around the corner, the hotel was peaceful. Very spacious room and bathroom. You also come to see a lot of orange trees rigjt at your door when you arrive, which made it lovely.

Seville does not get very cold even in the Fall. The temperature in the room was a bit on the warm side despite me opening their nice, long window. It wasn’t horrible though, just a minor inconvenience

The property is right in the centre of Seville so the main attractions were easy to reach either on foot or by taxi. This was a real bonus during our stay. The room was comfortable and was well cleaned by the room service. There was no balcony in the room but the roof cafe afforded a beautiful view of the city.

All fine. Breakfast was acceptable but when there were over 6 customers ,the girl serving us, cooking and preparing coffees/teas had difficulty coping. She needed another pair of hands!! For cooked breakfast, scrambled eggs, tomato ketchup would be great, there was none! "Bacon" was in fact parma ham and so hard I cracked my dental plate.

Location was excellent, just a stone’s throw away from the Cathedral, the Alcazar, and the Council of Indies. The popular Santa Cruz neighborhood is round the corner. The personnel could not have been more accomodating, courteous, and professional. Spectacular views of La Giralda from the terrace. A small (12 rooms), charming hotel.

The room was a bit small, but with the hotel being in a 17th century building, it’s to be expected.

The hotel location is Prime !! and the Roof top is the Best and has an amazing view for the sunset and for the evening! Spectacular pictures!

Not all Taxi know about that they can drop off us inside the area near the hotel lobby,and the one we take at the train station drop off in front of the Alcazar 🤦‍♀️ so we need to take all baggages through the road roots until the hotel
