Fantastic apartments right in the centre of Seville. The location right next to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar is perfect. The apartments are of a very high standard and have everything you need for a short break. The lift direct to your room is quirky and cool and the rooftop terrace has fantastic views of the Cathedral to start and/or end your day!

Nothing really. Due to the location it does get a little noisy from around 8am but do you really want to sleep late in such a beautiful city? Key uplift is at the sister apartments or sister hotel if you are a late arrival. Not a huge issue but does require a short walk with your suitcase unless you want to take a taxi around the old city walls which takes longer than the walk!

The apartment was in perfect location opposite Alcazar. Was perfection. Well equipped beautiful bathrooms balcony’s. Comfortable sofas and Lounge and would have been perfection apart from. The bed Loved the roof terrace to have a coffee and a cake Service was lovely and being part of hotel chain and getting room made up each day was a bonus

The double bed was two singles pushed together but weren’t properly connected and kept slipping apart through the. Make the bed uncomfortable

We loved this apartment! We had beautiful views of the palace walls and the cathedral/square. We could step out onto our small balconies (first floor unit) and watch the activity below us/listen to the church bells and horse carriages in the day. At night this area became very still and quiet, very peaceful. We also loved the roof top terrace! We were sad to leave and hope to return. The young woman who checked us in told us she is from Seville. She walked us from the check in desk to the apartment. The elevator went directly to the apartment.

Our shower drain did not drain quickly and at times backed up. We did report this and housekeeping checked it when we were not present. Housekeeping reported it was fine and draining. In order to keep the water draining properly we had to run the water at low pressure and even turn it on and off during showers. We made it work but it was an inconvenience. Even with this drain problem we still had a lovely stay at this lovely apartment with kind staff.

This apartment was amazing. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Views of the Cathedral, Palace, horse drawn carriages. It was like a storybook. Location was second to none, step outside for restaurants, bars & shopping. We only stayed 2 nights but wished it was more. The apartment was large, bed was great, bathroom was very large & it had 5 balconies. Was the most beautiful stay. Don’t think twice about booking this, it was spectacular.

Everything about this place was perfect. Just to let the owners know the shower leaked quite badly. Small issue when compared to how stunning the place was.

The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and had almost everything you would need, air conditioner was good, lift opened directly into the apartment.

The kitchen was a bit small to cook as there were very few items, the shower head leaked and water would spill out of the shower as it had very slow drainage. There was an awful smell in the foyer that really needs to be fixed.

Google maps brought us to Plaza San Cruz which is next to the Plaza Alfaro, 7 (a Murillo hotel property). When I finally found the hotel, I received the keys and a lot of information about points of interest in the area near the apartment. The apartment was wonderful and 50m from the Alcazar Palace and a 5 minute walk from a street full of tapas bars, cafes, and restaurants. I recommend going to the San Marco restaurant on this street for a romantic dinner. Parking at the Calle VIa Roma garage was the closet and best parking choice for this apartment. Management is responsive and easy to contact with a 24hr front desk at the hotel (not at the apartment).

Obtaining the keys was the only problem but once obtained everything else went smoothly. I would recommend that the Murillo organization mark the big brown door of the apartment building with a Suites Murillo Alcazar sign or at least put the information into their directions.

A shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on would be a great addition The tap in the kitchen sink was only connected to the cold water system The shower cubicle was leaking, but we notified the cleaner so hopefully this will soon be resolved

An incredible place to stay when visiting Sevilla. Directly next to Alcazar and with wonderful view of the Giralda. Within walking distance of many of the main sights, Plaza de Espana, Triana etc. We received our keycards at the reception of the Hotel Murillo just a few minutes away from the suite we stayed at and were escorted to the suite by a friendly staff member. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has a well-equipped kitchen, AC, complimentary minibar etc. It was also quite peaceful at night, despite being almost in the heart of Sevilla. The check out was easy. We only had to leave the keycards at the front door. We'll gladly stay there again when we return to Sevilla!

I had problems connecting my iPhone with the wifi. I didn't bother as I didn't need it since my wife was able to access internet. I have heard that this is a recurring problem but the staff can solve it.

Amazing location! You really cannot find a better place to stay. 2 mins walk from the best Restaurants and Bars. In the center of the oldest and most scenic part of Seville. Beautiful Quiet apartment. Huge bathroom and the lift is secure, private and opens into the apartment! We will happily recommend and plan to stay again.

The WiFi on Phones and iPads worked great. The WiFi on a laptop was seriously difficult. The authentication page didn’t automatically load after day 2 so you get to go cookie hunting to force a new login.

great value for the space and quality of the bed and linens as well as bathroom.

there was a smell of mold? in the lobby entrance. a little too much street noise as well.
