Location could not have been better. Apartment was very spacious, well equipped, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

We were disappointed by the convoluted digital entry system running off an App that needed to be downloaded. Numerous pre-arrival communications failed to resolve our confusion (we are not all Gen Z!). Two different staff attempted to resolve that matter post-arrival, but we were ultimately given a key card to open the door - genius! We are tech-savvy and experienced world travellers recently turned 70. People like us tend to treat short stay accommodation very respectfully. It would be a pity if our demographic was turned away by overly complicated entry procedures.

Was very cozy and comfortable, homely feel to the place. Accessible to many tourist sites from the facilities.

The door entry business was a little confusing and maybe the company can have someone meet you there to sign paperwork and scan passports as opposed to sending over phone. To give it more of a personal touch h. You need to have data roaming on to access the key door entry so that may not be something that all tourists want to have on. But they did leave a an entry key inside the flat for you so that was nice..

Perfect location - very close to Real Alcazar and Catedral de Sevilla. However, Plaza de Espańa and Parque de Maria Luiza and river are also walking distance. Contact with the host was perfect. Close to the apartment there are plenty places for the breakfast.

Lack of parking. However, Host recommended us parking nearby which worked perfectly ok.

Location, quietness at night and quality of fixtures & furnishings. Attitude of the Staff in all communication was excellent, especially Pedro. Able to arrange luggage holding at property after checkout which really helped plan the day

Duplex configuration made upstairs bedroom feel small, with no TV! shower open plan design not smart as water overflows and becomes hazardous; water pressure below expectation and extra shelf for toiletries would be a plus

The location was excellent and our keys were delivered electronically so we were able to checkin outside normal reception hours. The loft bedroom was comfortable and the lounge/kitchen area more than adequate.

Bathroom bench space could have been improved with small shelves next to the hand basin but everything else was good.

The property was in a great location and had a wonderful view. Beautifully furnished.

We had to download an app to get the access code to the apartment. That was fine - but the code didn’t work one night and we got locked out! We had to contact someone to help us get inside - this was very inconvenient.

Location. Close to monuments, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great air conditioner cause it was 107f in Sevilla in August. Pedro Cubiles at the management company always responded promptly and sent all the necessary information to access the apartment. I will definitely stay in this property again.

Perfect location so close to everything, loved sitting out on the terrace at night listening to the street singers.

Only one downside (and this is just personal preference) but we found the bed really hard and didn’t get a good nights sleep.

The first impression uppon entering appartment is stunning. It is very spacious, with a lot of light and a lot of privacy. Location wise it is probably the best place you can find in Sevilla. The host was extremely helpful with all of his recommendations, especially regarding flamenco show.

Fantastic location, wonderful views from the terrace. Airy and spacious for such a centrally located apartment.
