The property is in an excellent location. Few mins walk to the heart of the city center and all the important landmarks. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

They only gave us 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 3 days and there were no tissue boxes in the apartment. When we requested for more toilet paper from the reception, we were asked to buy some from the supermarket. The receptionist was quite unfriendly.

In a very touristic and large city like Seville, this apartment is a time and money saver as it is 1 minute walk from the Torre del Oro, the place from where the touristic buses or boats start their tours and where the bus from the airport stops. It is also only 5 minutes walk from the major attractions: the Alcazar, the Cathedral, the Archives of India or the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are plenty nearby. Last but not least, it also offers good comfort, all facilities one needs and a great terrace to enjoy an afternoon or evening drink.

This hotel is located in a courtyard near the old city walls and the Torre de la Plata (Silver tower), which is a very romantic place, but not easy to discover. We went by without realizing it, so watch carefully your geolocation app.

Very Minor things - kitchen equipment a bit sparse and poor quality. A little more coffee etc to start us off would have been welcome. Slightly more in the cleaning pack- drying cloth

Brilliant location only 5-10 mins walk to a lot of the main sights. Instructions to access the apartment were clear and easy to understand. Reception is open in the day if any assistance required. Clean, bed was comfy.

No major issues at all, a solid 9/10. Could do with some wine glasses in the kitchen as was only 1 left. Also only 3 hangers in the massive wardrobe so unable to hang most of our clothes & as there were no drawers this was a little annoying. (Yes these are small things but easily remedied hence mentioning them). The terrace is big so plenty of space for a couple of sun loungers, would be a nice addition.

The space: having a bedroom, a living room and a terrace was really nice. The location was perfect, near the Torre del Oro and the river, very easy to walk to the main sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful (the housekeeping lady even helped me with booking a cab for me when I left, thanks again 🙂).

The fact they were short on supplies... No salt and pepper, etc. Another example : there was no washing machine detergent. In my opinion, it's a very cheap type of management: when you pay for a lodging you expect to have at least one piece of these products.

Central location near to cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, river etc but still very quiet. Key code access, lift and air con all great. Modern appartment with everything you need. Good choice of restaurants locally including Casa Carmen, below appartments with a lovely courtyard dining area.

Air con units of neighbouring buildings made terrace a bit noisy at times, but quiet at night.

This is a wonderful modern apartment in the heart of Seville. We stayed for four days and could walk everywhere easily. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Talking with the owners over WhatsApp was easy - they covered everything. We loved Seville and this apartment was a great base for us to explore. Many excellent bars and restaurants are just round the corner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Only thing I can think of is the lack of some basic goods in the kitchen. We didn't do much cooking, but there is no salt, pepper, oil etc. Not a big deal though.

We received a message from the hotel with instructions for how to access the property as soon as we landed. Prior to the visit the receptionist was very helpful, by email, and told us which bus stop to get off the airport bus at closest to the property. The location was excellent and very close to the the old town without being noisy. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay.

Smell of the drains in the bathroom and the terrace was really bad and meant we really did not use the terrace.

Brilliant location - walking distance from everything. About 3 minute walk from the airport bus which is very ideal! Staff were very helpful and let us leave our bags there before we could check in. Kitchen had everything we needed - glasses, cutlery, plates, big fridge and freezer. Place was air conned and had a whole living room area.

There was a sewage smell on the balcony which wasn’t very pleasant but otherwise everything else was great!

The best thing was the bed: really big and extremely comfortable. The pressure in the shower was lovely. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and overall the apartment was quite nice.

Having a smart TV to watch Netflix or YouTube would have been great. You can hear every noise from the street, so if you're a light sleeper, this might affect you. It was not my case.
