The staff of the hotel was vey polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent - in the hearth of the city, main landmarks of the city are on the walking distance. Rooms are rather small, but very comfortable and clean.

There is no refrigerator in the room. I think that the management should put an effort on this in order to improve the quality of accommodation, having in mind high temperatures in Seville, especially during the summer. However, the staff allowed me to keep some food and drink in their hotel refrigerator.

Wow, SUCH an amazing stay. I had room 201, room with a balcony. It had a patio set on it with an umbrella, lovely view. The bed was super comfy, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, limited counter space but that’s okay. The staff was fantastic, helped me get a duvet, as I prefer. There is coffee and tea downstairs. It is SO centrally located, absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. There’s also a third floor/rooftop patio anyone can use, that has gorgeous views.

My only complaint, if I have one, which is t really even a complaint, more annoyance, was that they use physical keys. They can be a little tricky in the door. That’s all 🤷🏼‍♀️

Air conditioning was amazing. At times it was 46 degrees and the room was cool. Location was amazing. Very easy to get to from the airport by public transit. Many food options around the property. They had complimentary coffee/tea in the morning. Bottles of water were only 1€. So many sights to see by the property.

Location couldn’t be better - right next to Alcazar and Cathedral, walking distance to everything. Staff were so nice and friendly. Very very clean and new. Bed was comfortable - I’m a light sleeper and slept well here, only a tiny bit of noise from the main reception area and the next room but nothing too late or too loud. Bathroom is big and nice shower, I’d for sure stay here again. Free refreshments was an added bonus that I really appreciated.

It’s a little bit inconvenient that the reception is closed for periods during the day but it’s really no problem - you are given the door code and the hours are advertised so if you want something at those times just visit the desk in advance, not sure why people get so upset about this.

We had an extremely spacious apartment which was light & airy and a very generous size complete with private sun terrace. The bed was really comfortable and the location was superb 2 mins from Seville Cathedral! It was quiet at night despite being so central and we loved it!...would happily stay again & recommend!

The only negative was the fact that despite it being a very spacious apartment (with separate lounge) there was NO wardrobe!!...just a tiny thin rail with 6 hangers on!! There is plenty of room for a closet/wardrobe in the lounge and this is something hopefully the hotel will address in the near future!

It was great. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, local transport and even the special bus that connects the city with the aeroport. The staff was very nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after the check-out. The best part was the patio on the roof, where we stayed to drink the coffee and admire the sky! We will come back there for sure if we visit Seville again!

Really nice place to stay in Sevilla. The location cannot be better. The room is very spacious, clean and nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. The aircon was really good, which is very important in Sevilla. You can have coffee, tea and water during the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff who made the stay easy and pleasant. The place was spotlessly clean and had air conditioning. My room overlooked the courtyard — not the most scenic view, but it was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a really great location right beside the Alcazar and the Cathedral. It's on a quiet pedestrian street but taxis can drop you at the door. Lovely roof terrace although it was too hot during our stay. There is a residents sitting room with complimentary tea and coffee which was a nice touch. All reception staff that we met were lovely.

A beautiful, well presented building which was very clean and well looked after. In a perfect position for sightseeing and access for the city. My room was a good size for the solo traveller, and it might have been a bit tight for two. The doors onto the terrace were a wonderful extra. It was just a shame the doors were blocked by furniture. A great glass roof looked down onto reception. As I was a late arrival, entry codes were forwarded to me, and I had no problems.

The door to the shower was too small, thus flooding the bathroom. Was breakfast included? I never did manage to find out.
