The staff of the hotel was vey polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent - in the hearth of the city, main landmarks of the city are on the walking distance. Rooms are rather small, but very comfortable and clean.

There is no refrigerator in the room. I think that the management should put an effort on this in order to improve the quality of accommodation, having in mind high temperatures in Seville, especially during the summer. However, the staff allowed me to keep some food and drink in their hotel refrigerator.

Wow, SUCH an amazing stay. I had room 201, room with a balcony. It had a patio set on it with an umbrella, lovely view. The bed was super comfy, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, limited counter space but that’s okay. The staff was fantastic, helped me get a duvet, as I prefer. There is coffee and tea downstairs. It is SO centrally located, absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. There’s also a third floor/rooftop patio anyone can use, that has gorgeous views.

My only complaint, if I have one, which is t really even a complaint, more annoyance, was that they use physical keys. They can be a little tricky in the door. That’s all 🤷🏼‍♀️

Location couldn’t be better - right next to Alcazar and Cathedral, walking distance to everything. Staff were so nice and friendly. Very very clean and new. Bed was comfortable - I’m a light sleeper and slept well here, only a tiny bit of noise from the main reception area and the next room but nothing too late or too loud. Bathroom is big and nice shower, I’d for sure stay here again. Free refreshments was an added bonus that I really appreciated.

It’s a little bit inconvenient that the reception is closed for periods during the day but it’s really no problem - you are given the door code and the hours are advertised so if you want something at those times just visit the desk in advance, not sure why people get so upset about this.

We had an extremely spacious apartment which was light & airy and a very generous size complete with private sun terrace. The bed was really comfortable and the location was superb 2 mins from Seville Cathedral! It was quiet at night despite being so central and we loved it!...would happily stay again & recommend!

The only negative was the fact that despite it being a very spacious apartment (with separate lounge) there was NO wardrobe!!...just a tiny thin rail with 6 hangers on!! There is plenty of room for a closet/wardrobe in the lounge and this is something hopefully the hotel will address in the near future!

It was great. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, local transport and even the special bus that connects the city with the aeroport. The staff was very nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after the check-out. The best part was the patio on the roof, where we stayed to drink the coffee and admire the sky! We will come back there for sure if we visit Seville again!

A beautiful, well presented building which was very clean and well looked after. In a perfect position for sightseeing and access for the city. My room was a good size for the solo traveller, and it might have been a bit tight for two. The doors onto the terrace were a wonderful extra. It was just a shame the doors were blocked by furniture. A great glass roof looked down onto reception. As I was a late arrival, entry codes were forwarded to me, and I had no problems.

The door to the shower was too small, thus flooding the bathroom. Was breakfast included? I never did manage to find out.

The location! It was an absolutely fantastic location, minutes from the main tourist spots, restaurants and bars, there wasn't anything we couldn't walk too. The hotel overall was very easy to find and very quiet. Check in and out was swift and smooth and rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

The only complaint we had was that our room didn't have a window and facilities in the room were scarce - no fridge or tea/coffee/cups.

I would have liked a thicker blanket on the bed, with the air-conditioning on the sheet wasn’t enough.

The staff was really nice, they tried to make us as comfortable as possible and were very friendly. Also the room had a great size, it was cleaned everyday and the location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. Is literally next to the main attractions in Seville and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel overall is really great, but the only thing that might be an issue is that we got an accessible room cause I drive a mobility scooter and at the entrance of the lobby, there was a few steps. There is an accessible platform, but it’s old and kinda tricky to use. I can walk a few steps and my friend helped me lifting the scooter so it wasn’t a huge problem but if you have more severing mobility issues it might be something to consider before booking your stay. But overwall everything was really good and the staff was always really friendly and helpful, I would definitely stayed there again.

The location is great - close to the Cathedral and Alcazar! The receptionist was super nice, helpful and accommodating!

I feel like the room was quite basic for the price. However, I guess, it is just because of the location, the room prices are higher. Anyhow, generally I am happy because I got a room with a terrace which was lovely!! And the room was clean. So overall, I am very glad with my stay!!
