Warm arrival, flowers sent to our room, room location and balcony. It was our first time there and we loved it so much we hope to return again.

There was nothing for us to not like. It was all perfect for us.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Alfonso XIII, made even more special by an upgrade to the room with a stunning balcony overlooking Seville’s most iconic monuments. A surprise & delight of our stay was a guided tour of the hotel grounds led by Giovanni, the Lobby Ambassador, who shared the fascinating history of this legendary property. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail brought the hotel’s story to life in a truly engaging way. It gave us a much deeper appreciation for the beauty and legacy of the place. The wine, cheese and jamón to finish was a lovely touch. Thank you, Giovanni, and the entire team at Hotel Alfonso XIII for an unforgettable experience!

Location excellent, staff friendly efficient and eager to help. Very helpful with my husband who has poor mobility. Food very good and breakfast varied and delicious

Disabled access not very satisfactory, lack of walk in showers in Grand Deluxe rooms cause a problem for those with mobility issues. We needed to use staff lifts to access the building. We were unable to access reception by lift, the only way was to use the rather steep stairs from the main body of the hotel. Buffet breakfast a bit of a problem, difficult to carry a plate when using a walking aid.

The ambience of the hotel was fabulous with gorgeous pieces of furniture, vases, lights and tiles befitting the era,The room was spacious, bed and pillows extremely comfortable and bathroom amenities second to none.The location was perfect- walking distance to all the main attractions as the hotel was near the centre of town. The little touches of complementary chilled sparkling wine, home made chocolates and an opportunity to sample the splendid marmalade from Sevilla oranges was much appreciated. The meal at the San Fernando restaurant was excellent and very good value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall my sister an I had a wonderful four days in Sevilla and would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay..

Lovely big room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very good. Beautiful hotel. It was my husbands 60th and they made it special for him.

The room was too dark. The double bed was made up as 2 singles although i asked for a double bed. I booked the reservation so i should have been under as the lead, but the hotel had everything in our friends name, so i feel they benefited from my requests that i had asked for.

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Seville. It is a stunning hotel, the most luxurious interior. The breakfast/dining room area is beautiful as are the areas around it, reception, corridors, landings and lifts. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff work very hard. The staff who served us by the pool and those who served us at breakfast were fantastic and very obliging at all times. The staff who serviced the rooms were excellent as were those who took luggage etc t

The hotel is truly beautiful and located ideally for a short trip to Seville. It is one of the landmarks of Seville in its own right. The facilities are outstanding and the staff were just a dream to experience.

O a couple of mornings we found that our cups and saucers have not been replaced from the previous day when the room was made up, which meant we are unable to have a coffee in bed before going down for breakfast. This was the only negative in otherwise perfect Stay.

Requested early entry to room as we arrived via plane at 10am. This did not happen and the phonecall we were promised didn't materialise. The swimming pool was freezing. Accept it is February but it really is cold. However great for dealing with knee swelling after a lot of walking. Requested balcony which we were given but doors were locked with no key available. Not sure very safe if there had been a fire Bar closed at 8pm and staff very quick to remove you. Seemed a bit early. On the expensive side as a hotel
