The location was tremendous, right in the center of the old city. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough room for me and a good layout. The windows were nice -- two in the living room, a big one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The ac worked very well. The apartment looks out onto a square where a restaurant sets up in the evening. It was nice to have that lively energy just outside my window. I worried it might be too loud but when I closed the windows, and with the ac running on low in the background there was no problem at all. There is also a rooftop deck which, while I didn't take advantage of, would have been a nice additional place to relax. The people at the office were friendly, answered questions and were helpful.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that (1) cars are not allowed in the area, (2) you pick up keys in a different building than where the apartment is and (3) how to get from where the cab has to drop off to the office. Maybe send a map with the confirming email? I arrived at 1:00 a.m.; thank goodness for Google Maps. There were some small issues (the kitchen light didn't work, I had to request water glasses a few times, the refrigerator had been turned so low that it was warm, there was no coffee maker and the towel hanger in the bathroom is not properly affixed so it falls off the wall each time you take down the towel) which were not a big deal and which management can probable resolve easily.

The location of the apartment was perfect to explore Sevilla! The alcazar and cathedral about 5min walking distance. So many shops/restaurants around, Bodega Santa Cruz was a nice spot for tapas and Corral del Agua was a cute spot for a delicious dinner in the same street of the apartment. We appreciated the messages from the reception team, Carlos and Alejandro, letting us know check-in details and the Google maps exact location to ensure a smooth arrival/check-in process and also helped us to coordinate our drop off/pick-up location with our transportation. We had the three bedroom accommodation, every room had their own bathroom and bedroom #3 (Tendido 3) had direct access to an amazing rooftop terrace with lovely views. The apartment was nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The air conditioning panel system was not working in bedroom #3 (Tendido 3). Luckily the temperature was pleasant during our stay and not extremely hot. We appreciated that the team tried their best to accommodate us and immediately provided us with two fans.

The terrace was big and had a fabulous view, in a very quiet area (i.e. no parties). The location was great (old town).

Some of the furniture on the terrace were rusty, but we were there at the beginning of the season, so maybe they will be replaced. The main furniture were fine. Be aware that there are stairs both to the flat and to the 2nd terrace. No problem for us, but good to know.

The location is great. Lots of space and great terrace. If you’re after a quieter stay then be aware that as in heart of Old Town there will be noise late at night when the Plaza is cleaned and bottle bins emptied etc.

I wasn’t told that we needed to check in at the Hotel Halo so spent some time waiting outside what turned out to be the wrong apartment! Only one patio chair on the terrace so we took one out from the apartment (up spiral stairs!). A washing up bowl would have been helpful as no plug in sink.

The staff were incredible. Especially the very tall man named Carlos! We had an issue with our toilet, and he had it sorted for us right away. He made excellent recommendations, and sent us to some really great places off the tourist path, which we loved. The location is fabulous and we loved sitting on the rooftop patio, sipping cava, and watching the sunset. The bed was very comfy.

Because we had an apartment, it would have been great to have some dish soap and a sponge for when we did dishes. We also didn’t get Wi-Fi in the bedroom which was a little inconvenient.

Centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. Lots of boutiques and restaurants in the area. The staff were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find when you are not familiar with the area. The name of the check-in office (Hotels Boutique) should be listed to help find the location.

Location was perfect. It in a historic building that has been respectfully converted into apartments.

We couldn’t get the wifi to work however the staff were super helpful. As we were there a short period of time we didn’t make much of an effort to get it working.

The location was great, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz district. 5 minutes walk from the Giralda. Very quiet by night. No disturbances from outside.

There was a really bad smell coming from the drains, this could have been to do with the heat outside, it was coming through the bathroom drains in the apartment. We reported this to the staff team and maintenance were sent out promptly the next day to replace a pipe that seemed to fix the problem.

Great location and cute little apartment to stay in. Comfortable beds. Easy access to all the main locations. Great that it's eco friendly with solar powered hot water. Nice view from the living room. Friendly staff who were helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the main hotel reception after check out whilst I continued looking at the sites which was really helpful.

A little dusty.

We were a family of 5 and had the 3 adjoining apartments. It was a gorgeous place to stay, with a lot of space. Perfect location in old town. It was very hot so the beautiful balcony didn’t get utilised but the air conditioning was great. Beds comfortable too.
