The location was a stones throw away from all the amazing sites. The hotel organised a free walking tour for us, a free drink in the restaurant and complementary tea and coffee in the afternoon.

The outside lights were left on all night and considering our window was the length of our bedroom this was a real problem. One light at night would have been enough or a light on a sensor even better. Also the bolster pillow I understand should be fairly supportive but the second pillow was really hard a lumpy I actually took the pillow case off and put is on one of the cushions which was far more comfortable.

Loved everything about this hotel - in particular the location, in a quant little neighbourhood with thin cobbled streets filled with bars, restaurants and shops, Staff were very friendly and Pablo came to help carry our bags (as you can't drive right to the door). Rooms were very nice, clean and with great aircon. The inner courtyard is very pretty, as is the dining room (although we had already planned to eat out). The parking (independent parking lot) was an easy stroll away. Location was great - right next to a number of the big attractions (e.g. Cathedral) and easy stroll to others (e.g. Plaza de España)

Staff & service is great, location close to historic center & cathedral but slightly away from hustle & bustle. There’s also a nice restaurant as part of hotel downstairs, very convenient when you had a whole day walking and just want to eat something close by.

It’s not so convenient if you come by car, the hotel does not have direct car access, you have to either reserve a security underground parking space via hotel in nearby public parking place about 5 mins walk away or you park in it by yourself if there’s vacant space available. Then you have to load/unload luggage in a nearby small square about 3mins walk to the hotel, so if you don’t have car, this is perfect for you.

This small hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is in the center of Sevilla, but the inner courtyard and patio make for a very quiet and relaxed stay. We spent every late afternoon in the courtyard, which is reserved for guests and would often end our evenings there. The location is perfect - very close to Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, and literally less than five minutes away from the quiet and beautiful Jardins de Murillo. The staff, Fascal in particular, was fantastic. Our waiter (Francisco?) was patient and friendly and professional. One of our favorite hotels in a month-long stay in Spain.

Some reviews complain about wifi service - we had virtually no problem and my husband had to work part of the time.

The hotel is unique and different from the normal type of hotel. The location is perfect and all sites are within walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was quaint and had all we needed and was serviced daily. Breakfast was very nice and ample, including fruit, yogarts, selection of breads, meats and cheeses and a hot counter and served in lovely surroundings. The staff were friendly and were more than willing to help with inqueries and requests.

There was nothing about the hotel we didnt like. We enjoyed everything.

Excellent location in Santa Cruz, one of the best neighborhoods to stay in at Seville. Close to everything and quiet at the same time! The hotel decoration is as Andalusian as it gets, with a wonderful indoors patio where breakfast is served, hand-picked furniture and paintings on each room, and nice small terraces where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view.

Breakfast is quite rich but it could have some more Spanish flair instead of the standard Continental breakfast options. Also WiFi wasn't very responsive.

We visited this place for the second time. It is a charming boutique hotel located in the historic town, just a few hundred meters away from the cathedral and the castle. The space is quite lovely, featuring  a comfortable bed. The team is extremely caring and amicable.  Excellent breakfast; I can additionally endorse the restaurant.  Overall, an excellent option for a city getaway  to Sevilla!

We like absolutely everything. Beautiful boutique with attention to every detail. The room was amazing and the breakfast and diner very, very good. But mostly we were delighted and impressed with their customer service. Pablo,the concierge, was exceptional! Puts a smile on our faces whenever we talked to him, very passionate and considerate. His boss was a great problem solver with a mistake in the booking and the young lady was pure smiles and kind in helping us to walk with the luggages that were very heavy but however since it is a pedestrian street she walks various blocks with them we are since we are not very young and all of them made easier all. Next year we will come back and hope to see Pablo, a real gem.

One of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed in. Quaint. Beautiful. And the staff were exceptional. Hands down their kindness and helpfullness would be hard to beat. They have the wow factor.

You have to walk to get to it but staff were amazing and so helpful. But it is in the historical section of Seville. Quite something to see. The staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. They helped with the luggage and parking of the car.

The location of the hotel was excellent. I was able to walk to all the main attractions, and it felt very safe even at night. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they also offered a welcome drink. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Above all, I absolutely loved the garden inside the hotel — it was beautiful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Seville.
