We had a lovely stay at Murillo Reinoso! The hotel is super new and the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The staff was also super helpful and friendly! And the maximum star goes to the location - in the middle of the historical neighborhood, surrounded by the best restaurantes, main touristic attactions, all of them walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower drain. It was clogging everytime I had a shower, and the water would acumulate on the shower floor.

Location is amazing we were very happy. Bars and Cathedral moments away. The staff were helpful and smiley. The kids loved the rooms, very luxurious.The little street is lovely and there is a great tapas bar just outside. It took about 4 mins to get to the main street with all the tapas bars and the food there was great. There was also a pizza restaurant for the kids and a Five Guys in walking distance. It was 10 euros to get an Uber to the theme park.

There wasn't a bar or restaurant. We were under the impression there was, must have misread the info, but they only serve breakfast. There is a bar literally on the doorstep but had we been staying longer it would have been a nuisance as you can't even get a soft drink for the kids and in August a drink by the pool would have been lovely.

Great hotel in an excellent location, close to the cathedral and many other places of interest (all walking distance), tapas bars and restaurants, but peaceful at night. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and happy to assist and answer queries. Our room was spacious and well equipped (the mini fridge was a real bonus), all linen and towels were top quality and the bed was comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a good shower. What more could you ask for? Can't wait to return.

The only thing we found disappointing was the breakfast. We opted to have breakfast on the first morning of our 3 night stay and felt it was poor quality and didn't offer value for money. The coffee was terrible (self service machine) and the juice was watery with little taste. Such a shame

Unbeatable location in the heart of the old town, this hotel is brand new. Our room was spacious, perfect temperature with excellent ensuite shower room, huge TV, hanging space and the most comfortable large bed with crisp white cotton sheets. The sofa bed was a good sized double, suitable for two teens or kids! Reception is just opposite and has been beautifully renovated with antiques that make it feel very special. Staff gave us a superb welcome and were very helpful. We would love to stay here again when we return to Seville!

Well, it feels picky to criticise anything about this hotel. I suppose its location down a little alley in the old town also makes it hard to find and cannot be accessed by car so guests have to walk 50 yards with their luggage... not for anyone who easily gets lost or doesn't want to carry luggage! But for me, that's all part of the adventure. The room is so new, it is very plain without any touches, flourishes, paintings or colour so it's very neutral in contrast to the characterful reception. And the lighting in the ensuite was only downlighting which is awkward for applying makeup, so perhaps a few little touches to make the rooms less sterile and more user friendly would help give it top marks. But overall, these are minor comments and we were absolutely delighted to stay here!

The location is excellent, most major sightseeing places are within walking distance from the hotel and there are many restaurants around. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As the hotel is within the historic town centre, there was no public transport or taxis passing outside the hotel's entrance.

We were not informed of the building work outside. The patio courtyard was basically being dug up and the surrounding building renovated. This was nothing like the photos online and our room faced straight onto it. There was some noise but the windows had to be closed because of dust for the first couple of days. This did not spoil our holiday but is a factor for others to consider. To be fair the workers were not there all of the time but pneumatic drills were at work when we first arrived ! For us the positives outweighed the negatives.

I really liked the location. Very close to the centre, and nestled within a cute pedestrian street. I also loved the interiors, particularly the bathroom, the tiling, the shower and the arch windows. It was very handy having a fridge in the room. The staff were excellent.

I was disappointed the pool wasn’t in use even though it was full, and it was 38 degrees. It was just being opened for use as I was leaving :(

We did not get into our room until 4pm and there seemed to be poor communication between reception and housekeeping staff. Hopefully this is just a new-business glitch. Otherwise it was excellent

Clean, comfortable plus amazing staff (shout out to Nuria) great aircon and wonderful pool. Excellent location; everything close by (cafes, restaurants, Alcazar, cathedral, gardens etc) - just a beautiful part of Seville!

Okay for us but for others, no taxi for a few blocks due to being in Historic old quarter.

You are in the heart os Santa Cruz. Everything is so near to the apartment so it was convenient! super close to alcazar, cathedral, plaza de espana and everything else Thanks to the reception for allowing early check in because we arrive so early in the morning. apartment is big and spacious could easily fit max 4 people. Narrow streets so no vehicles allowed. We took the bus from Plaza De Armas and had to drag our luggages thru the cobblestoned pathway so it was hard. We learned our lesson and took the uber from the nearest street where vehicles are allowed. cost us only 8euros!

Eventhough it is technically an "apartment", we were not provided with any bottled water, tea or coffee. kitchenette is there but barely use it because there is nothing that can be use to help with cooking. no salt, no pepper or anything. just plates, bowls, pots and pans. definitely not soundproof. little noisy at night where people are enjoying their dinner time downstairs.
