Absolutely everything. What a gem to find for my Christmas stay in Seville. In particular I want to thank Miguel, Monica and Maria for their kindness during my visit. Always a friendly smile and chat with excellent recommendations on what to see an do in Seville. Location was just perfect. Cleanliness superb and room outstanding. A 'must' for your stay in Seville.

Incredibly warm, personal, and yet highly professional service from all staff - Maria, Miguel, Frank, you are stars! They literally go the extra mile. Miguel spotted my car when I was lost nearby; he came out from reception, took my bag, and advised me where to park. That's just one example of several. The hotel's location is perfect for so many sights, bars & eateries. The hotel and its restaurant Mareantes have been restored respecting their 1920s origins and they're full of surprising, stylish, and comfortable features. My small room was beautifully kitted out, well-lit, had a balcony with a view of the square and Torre del Oro, plus a very nice bathroom. And don't get me started on the amazing breakfast ... Several different courses, coffee, and beverages -- all served right to your table. Excellent variety, excellent quality. I'll be back!

Fabulous location, surrounded by restaurants and bars and metres from the Seville Cathedral. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side, however, the beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The buffet breakfast is generous and the food delicious. When the front desk realised we were leaving very early one morning for a day trip, they organised a picnic breakfast to be ready for us to collect from reception that morning.

The breakfast room is a little small and cramped, and while the offerings are generous, the service is extremely slow, so allow plenty of time.

We received a very warm welcome from Miguel who was extremely informative and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is more modern than we expected and very stylishly finished. Our double room was small but lovely with a super comfortable bed and added touches of a welcome note, complimentary local cake and drinks (non-alcoholic). Our breakfast was superb and considerable served by a delightful waiter. The location of the hotel is exceptional with everything nearby and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

There were no negatives at all except we would have liked a bit longer in this wonderful city!

A perfect stay – highly recommended! From the moment I stepped into this beautiful boutique hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was helping with the air conditioning, making city reservations, or answering any questions, they were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable — everything felt brand new and thoughtfully designed. The location is also excellent, perfectly situated to enjoy the city. What truly made the difference for me was the hospitality. The team at reception was outstanding — warm, professional, and always helpful. I loved everything about this place and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location, more than friendly staff, super clean room.

Extremely small room in comparison to the price, the internet was disconnected for two nights out of my three nights stay, I informed the lady at the reception and she said we will fix it ASAP but nothing happened!

Excellent location to walk to all the attractions in Seville. Breakfast was very good, all served to you so not a help yourself but they did accommodate some of the requests we had. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and professional. Would recommend this hotel.

We don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants, prefer to go out and try different places, but if you do like a hotel with a restaurant this one only did breakfast. There's a bar/ light meal place to eat attached but to be fair Seville has so many wonderful places to eat I'd rather go out and about.

The staff was incredible -- all of them! A very friendly and welcoming place. I loved the front desk person, María, she gave me fantastic recommendations for food and night life -- all of her suggestions were a home run. I had a blast. Oh and the bed was so comfortable. I almost forgot: the breakfast options are delicious and way over-the-top luxurious (it's a feast fit for royalty) and I enjoyed every last bite. Can't wait to come back!

Incredibly good hotel. It started by the WARMEST welcome ever in a hotel, from Juan at the reception. He is amazing, I travel a lot and he just stands out at the best reception person I have ever seen. Hats off to him. The rest was equally perfect - great comfy room, perfect view, perfect setup (love the shower/toilet split from the sink/mirror room). It was really quiet although you cannot be more central than this hotel. I would certainly go back if ever in Seville.

That we had to leave. It was a perfect stay in a really charming city.

This hotel is very, very, very good and should be considered as one of the best in the city of Saville... the room was super clean with a lovely little welcome message and Miguel ( I think that's his name ) was a credit to the hotel, when I arrived he was very friendly and very helpful as I was a first timer in Saville, he gave me a map with all the main things to see and do and anything I asked for it was no trouble and the sane goes with the staff on my last day were so so helpful and amazing and everyone was so friendly 🤗 .... I would 100% definitely recommend this hotel and, without a doubt, book here again, and the location was close to everything you need to see and do.

There was nothing to me but if I had to dig deep and say I didn't like the breakfast, I think if all the cold food and bread was out like a buffet and then you get served a hot breakfast if you wish then it would be better, as half the things that was put on my table I don't eat and only getting a choice of 1 pastry or muffin was a bit tight and for €25 you expect better and have the choice on what you want
