What a gorgeous place this is!! Our apartment was just stunning and very comfortable and spacious. The bed was excellent and it was very convenient to have 2 bathrooms for 2 of us. Breakfast was served in our room each morning and was lovely though a bit more variety would have been welcomed. Location was good - easy walk across the bridge to get to places like the Plaza De Espana, but lots of bars and restaurants around the corner in Triana.

bit more variety with breakfast would have been nice. Washing machine on rooftop was slightly inconvenient and there were no pegs for hanging clothes

We received an abundant breakfast in our room every day and it included everything from juice, milk to cheeses and hams, as well as breads and pastries. It was amazing! We were also offered a big basket of fruits which really showed the hospitality of the property. The kitchen has everything we need and the living room and bedroom are all very comfortable.The inner courtyard of the property is very unique which leaves great memory.

The property didn’t have washing machine which is not very convenient for us who have been away from home for already two weeks. We were really hoping to have our clothes washed.

Luxury 2 bedroom apartment had everything you could possibly need for both short or longer stays. The photos really do not do this place justice, it’s immaculate. Our room on the 1st floor also had a terrace but we couldn’t use owing to awful weather which I guess can happen in March. Location is good, 15 minute walk to historic centre. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby in Triana which I imagine are really busy during the summer but you do not hear the road from the apartments, it’s so quiet. The undoubted stars of this place are Ana & Paula running the reception, always happy to help & made our stay even better than we could have hoped - a special thanks to both 😊

There is nothing negative I can say about this place, I would not hesitate to stay again if I get the chance.

Gorgeous property in bustling Triana. About 20 minutes brisk walk to Seville centre. We went during holy week so not sure if it’s always so busy on the streets but the double glazing is so good that you barely hear anything If we had stayed in the centre of town, I think we’d have missed this absolute gem of a neighbourhood. Anything and everything you want is here: bars, markets, restaurants and of course all the great flamenco spots. The flat was super clean, the beds were really comfy, the staff were really lovely and our breakfast felt like a real treat in the mornings

The location was great- out of the madness of the center, but close enough to walk to the Cathedral , Mercado and other sights. Our appartment suite was amazing ,big, spacious and comfortable with both bath and separate shower, and a private terrace looking across the river to the golden tower and the cathedral beyond. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly (daily cleaning and fresh towels); breakfast also was very nice- served in the room right on time. Very nice bar arround the corner and planty restaurants arround. Everything was great and thank you,

It is a definitely amazing apartment to stay. Ana and Paula are very nice friendly warmly and patiently to every guest. We are very lucky to be upgrade to Apartment 4 at my Birthday date. It is a very luxurious magic modern huge two-bedrooms apartment with beautiful city view terraces. The location is great with walk distance to most landmarks of the city Many good restaurants and bars are around. The breakfast is fantastic with fresh squeezed orange juice and served to room. The welcome big fruits basket and beautiful fresh flowers is unforgettable. Each apartment has its unique style. Apartment 2 is with glorious royal style one-bedroom suite with lovely garden in grand floor. Apartment 7 is also a luxurious one-bedroom suite in top floor with amazing reiver and city view terraces. If have chance, we would like to enjoy this nice lovely apartment again.

Extremely well appointed and spacious 2 bedrooms apartment which exudes luxury with great attention to details combining Andalusian influence in design with decadent features from the comfortable beds , marble bathrooms with Penhaligons toiletries and amenities , elegant seating area and well fitted kitchen with Smeg items and spacious outdoor terrace with a view . The entrance is unassuming but as you enter it’s a beautiful stairs leading up to the apartment. The code works extremely well . The location is minutes from the Center by the river with lots of excellent restaurants. The check in process was swift as done online and the staffs .. Ana & Paula are amazing duos and very welcoming . I just had a night stay at the Uber Luxury Hotel Alfonso but I felt more at home here . Highly recommended.

Location was without a doubt the best!!!! All the major landmarks are within a 20-30 minute walk. The apartment was big and we were in unit 1 on the ground floor which is facing the sidewalk. Soundproofing was amazing and only allowed for very minimal noise from the restaurant next door which opens in the evening. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety of breads, pastries, and cheeses.

The check in process was unfortunately a little frustrating as the website was not working correctly. I highly suggest completing this process as soon as you receive the notification so that you can get your code to get into the property. This will require entering passport details of all guests accompanying you, if any. The code provided will allow you to enter the property gate, front door, and your room. There will only be someone at the front desk until 3PM so if you arrive after this time, do not hesitate to contact the property with their provided number. A whatsapp account is highly recommended.

Attentive, friendly service. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful bathrooms and an elegantly styled room. The kitchenette was modern and clean.The apartment was so quiet despite being in a busy street. Brilliant location with bars and restaurants close by and the centre of Seville just a short walk away.

The apartment was dark with an inner courtyard which had seating we never used. The photographs make it look much lighter than it is. You have to always have the lights on. Personally I would have liked to stay in an apartment with an outside balcony in order to enjoy the sunshine during my stay. I felt a little claustrophobic.

Property new and gorgeous. Close to downtown in a quiet area. We were not able to not spent time in the apartment because as soon as we arrived the air conditioner broke down. Trinidad the manager made arrangements to get it fixed. She stayed there with technicians until 11:00pm and made the arrangements to move us and our friends to another Casa del Poeta property. She arranged for a taxi to take us to a hotel owned by Casa del Poeta and helped us with our luggage. I was hoping that we could come back to our original apartment but a part of the AC had to be ordered so we could not go back for the rest of our stay… The Casa del Poeta Management went over backwards to accommodate us and our friends in one of their other properties. Unfortunately we could not stay but one night in this second property because it was booked….. They moved us to a second beautiful property. We did not have to move our things from one property to another. Casa del Poeta to care of that. Everyone that we dealt with were very professional, kind and helpful and tried to make up for the inconveniences. Despite moving us twice to two other different properties and having to pack and unpack 3 times we had a wonderful time in Seville. We would definitely go back and stay at the apartment that we originally booked. All the properties that we stayed at were beautiful. Comfortable beds. Great locations!

The air conditioner broke down and we were moved to a hotel one night and to an apartment another 2 nights.
