Our stay in Triana was unforgettable. The neighborhood is full of charm: vibrant, authentic, and rich with local culture. Nestled in the heart of it all, our hotel was a beautifully curated space: elegant, aesthetic, and incredibly comfortable. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and truly restful. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and served with care in a lovely setting. A special thanks to the whole Team and a special mention to Grazia, whose warm and attentive service made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Triana was the perfect base to explore Seville: just across the river from the main sights, yet full of its own spirit and charm. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already planning our return.

The room was very beautiful with lots of decoration. It was very clean and they made it up very nicely everyday during our stay. The shower was nice and big. It was nice to have breakfast in bed everyday. The flamenco show the reception booked for us was excellent - I certainly recommend enjoying this experience.

The room is quite small, the breakfast was repetitive and the location is not very central. In regards to the location, it is known as the birthplace of flamenco and has excellent Tapas, but it is a little further away from all the cities main attractions.

Great and artistic design and touches throughout. Very helpful, friendly and sincere receptionist. Located in an area outside of the tourist zone, but close enough to walk to all the essentials.

The terrace would be great during the seasons when it's warm or cool enough to be used, but, without it, the BnB room is small. A higher, more special quality of a few of the touches (like the tea or the bathroom products, etc) would align them all coherently with the quality of the design and personnel of this hotel.

The decor is perfection, a considered mix of bold and bright with the relaxed spaces in the courtyard and the terrace. My room was the smallest but so much bigger than expected with a large shower. It overlooked a pretty outdoor courtyard. Sandra on the front desk was a delight in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. She is a real asset for Triana House. The location was extremely quiet. My friend’s breakfast (book direct and it is provided for free) was super.

The location is fine if you’re happy to do a bit of a walk not being in the thick of the action. It’s still only about a 20 min walk into the centre. A bar area would be nice if there’s space to expand.

It’s truly very beautiful. Gorgeous interior. I know it might sound weird but it also smells great. Breakfast in bed was a delight each morning and lovely quality, seemed fresh. Good shower. We got an incredible offer with the hotel and booking.com, this was very generous and equated to brilliant value for money. Staff were attentive when needed.

They did not replace tea / biscuits that had been used, so we ran out after the first day (I am sure if we had asked we could have got more, but we got home late). The toilet seat in Beijing was a bit wonky. Pillows not the best I’ve had in hotels.

We absolutely loved the decoration and the finish of the rooms and bathrooms. The shower, bedding, tea, all were very good. The teens loved the breakfast in bed.. we were a bit surprised that it was only offered in the room but actually enjoyed it as a real treat. Staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Nothing we loved our stay

Absolutely everything, the staff were so friendly, the place is so quaint/ quirky and spotless. The attention to detail is superb in every room, the breakfast room/ set up is just fab. The location is ideal very central to everything.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Very stylish and comfortable. Exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfasts were really tasty. Really well located on a quite street in Triana which was an excellent base to explore Seville.

Our basic room was quite small. We would have liked to have been able to take breakfast on the roof terrace but I think it was too early in the season (this wasn't made clear). But these didn''t detract from a great stay and we would return.

We were staying in the London room which we found to be small and noisy from the passing traffic and people. It isn't on a busy road (narrow road but still a few cars /bikes). Struggled as a female to do my hair or makeup as really only the bathroom mirror which when the other half is in there having a shower (moisture) then I don't want to do it then and then he would come out and I'm in the way.
