Clean , spacious apartment. Close to city centre , shops Lidl on the corner, quiet area. Comfortable beds.

No basic things like , oven??? No salt, pepper, sugar , tea coffee.

Well located in Seville. Everything touristic is walkable from the property. You can also drive there and park to their parking garage.. which is handy. The apartment was spacious for 2 but could accommodate more as there was a sofa bed. It has kitchen and large fridge. Air Conditioning was welcomed.. Option to get the use of washing machine at a cost but it was useful for me after 4 days of travel.

Noisy building at times but mostly due to the tourists who don't seem to care about others sleep late at night or early morning. No washing up liquid in kitchen to clean utensils or pans

Reception was onsite to hand over the keys. Two mini markets just out the door. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. large rooms. Easy fifteen minute walk to attractions. Lifts.

I read that a washing machine was available AND emailed to confirm this. The washing machine is actually in the carpark, for 5 euros. Please don't advertise a washing machine, if in fact it's not available IN the room, or if you have to pay additionally for this. No additional amenities provided (e.g. handwashing soap, oil, tea towel, mini milks, toiletries etc.) that you generally find in an airbnb.

Apartment size was big, it had all the amenities. Location is by far the best thing about this hotel. Its walking distance to the city centre. Has a really cool neighbourhood vibe with lots of stores near by. Highly recommend this place. Really good bank for the buck.

I asked the front desk for blanket, I thought it was a mistake when i open the closet to find a bed sheet. However, I got the exact same bed sheet from the front desk staff finding it bizarre. I guess the term blanket is interpreted differently around he world

Very good aparthotel in a prime location, close to the historic centre. Well equipped, with reception open from 8am until midnight in case you need anything more. The garage is a plus (16 euros per day, which is normal price in the area; it can be difficult with a bigger car, although a few parking spaces are easier to access than the majority).

Very weak sound isolation. You can hear very well the neighbours - and since there are many rooms, some neighbours will always make noise...

The location in Triana is in a vibrant neighborhood just a stroll from the bridge across the river to Seville. the rental unit is easy to access, spacious and clean. we opted to park at an adjacent garage at a hotel which was close, spacious and clean.

The rental unit is a little sterile feeling, which was ok as we were only there to sleep. There was some noise coming from the unit above which sounded like furniture being dragged around each night around 11pm.

A well-located apartment hotel near the city center, nestled in a charming neighborhood with restaurants and free parking on the same street. The style and decor are a bit outdated, but the space is clean and the beds are comfortable. For a one-night stay, it was just what we needed.

A downside is the €200 deposit, although it was promptly released after handing in the keys at reception.

Location was perfect Right downstairs has a very nice cafe for desayuno

Our living room ac was not working properly and our bedroom ac didn’t work at all We complained at reception but they didn’t care and said that is “winter” now

Great location. Cheap and safe parking with great access directly via elevator to the apartment. Apartment was clean and sufficiently equipped - dishwasher was a nice to have! There was very good noise isolation. Kind staff during checkin.

Very little daylight in the apartment (only one window to the courtyard).

The place is spacious, clean, easily sleeps 4, all cooking and cleaning appliances are there, no washing machine in room but I think I saw a communal laundry in the building It is an apartment hotel.

Parking is a challenge inspite of the money they charge.
