Affordable accommodation on the outskirts of Seville city centre with extremely hospitable hosts. Comfortable and clean room with private bathroom and shared kitchen. Affordable price for room and included local breakfast. But that's not all... the main asset of this offer are the extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Ms. Rosa and Mr. Carlo. Rosa is a very kind host who is close to local food and drink, while Carlo is an expert on the tourist offer in Seville and the whole of Andalusia. Both of them just glow when they are in their element. I definitely recommend this accommodation, you won't regret it!

A little problem could be if you get to the accommodation with your own vehicle, as the accommodation is in a narrow one-way street with no parking nearby.

This is an accomodation with a very friendly, relaxed and family type atmosphere. It feels like you are invited into the hosts, Rosa and Carlo, own home. For instance the breakfast is served at one large table for all guests and you have the option to interact with other guests. Your host will also provide you with a number of recommendations about sightseeing, restaurants etc not to be missed.

The breakfast was good but not outstanding. There is still room for improvement. We would have appreciated a warm option, for instance scrambled eggs, and some more vegetables ( although the offerered tomatoes were very tasty). On the plus side a good offering of charcuteries and fruit.

Not enough time... I would love to stay longer in this place!

It’s just as advertised, even better! The property is located in Triana, 15-20 minutes’ walk to the main attractions and sights of Seville. However, don’t let that deter you in any way, this B&B is definitely one of the best options for tourists in Seville. The hosts were absolutely AMAZING. They were super welcoming, and very helpful with recommendations for where to visit, restaurants, even how to get there and when to visit. They’re multilingual, so communication was not a problem at all. Breakfasts were always a treat to look forward to, consisting of a big table filled with continental breakfast options including cereals, cold meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, jams, spreads, traditional pastries and snacks, etc. There was honestly something for everyone around the table. Facilities were in great condition, toiletries were provided, and my room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here, you’d love it!

The rooms were an okay size but might seem cramped for multiple guests with longer stays. I got the ground floor room and was slightly disturbed by noise from the streets into the later hours of the night.

Little gem of a place. On arrival we were met by Rosa, who gave us mini tour of the place, gave us map of old town and explained in detail how to reach places of interest and where to go for food. Bathroom and room were spotless, beds super comfy and breakfast.... Breakfast served there deserves special mention! It was the best, most lavish breakfast in our lives!!! Dozens types of ham, cheese, butter, selection of Spanish honey, local cakes, different types of bread, fruits, yoghurt, small table for teas only, an absolute marvel!!! If coming back to the city, definitely staying there again.

All was great

Excellent location. Spacious room. We had a room with 2 twin beds but there was a sofa/bed that could easily accommodate a 3rd person without feeling cramp. We used the communal kitchen which was very convenient; it has a full refrigerator, stove, and sink. Carlo was an exceptional host; he takes great pride in his hotel and is a very joyful person. We loved the breakfast! Very clean. We would be happy to come back. I traveled with a friend , but this would be an excellent choice for a solo traveller. It’s very safe and Carlo definitely looks after you. I did not have the fortune of meeting his wife. His English is excellent.

We stayed one night in this wonderful hotel because Seville was our stopover. It was like a fairy tale. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to stay longer. Rosa and Carlos are so kind and warm, and spoke English, Italian and probably more languages. We felt so accepted and connected to them. The breakfast was fantastic. On the table were many dishes specific to Andalusia. We learned a lot about the real Andalusian breakfast. Host let us leave our luggage at the pension while we were discovering Seville. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel where we felt at home.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Gave us a map with recommendations of what to do and where to go, Excellent language skills. Good location, near to bars and not far from the town centre. Good choice at breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The coffee machine in our room kept leaking (oerhaos we were doing something wrong, we are tea drinkers, so wanted hot water) but always able to get hot water from the house kitchen

Being very petty now because we had a lovely stay,, but the air con in our room never went below 24 degrees, so sleeping was difficult as it was so hot, we couldn't find any English channels on the TV, which I know is not a priority

This was the sweetest place to stay during our short trip to Seville. The home is to tapas bars, in a very safe neighborhood and filled with character. I enjoyed the decorations, including plants and color! Carlo was so knowledgeable about the history of Seville and helped direct us to some great places! Rosy put together a beautiful breakfast—filled with local bakery items and fresh meats. An added bonus is that the dining table is set up family style, and I loved hearing the different stories, languages and travel plans of the other guests. They both go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Don’t miss out on this lovely stay! Thank both for a wonderful time!
