The location is amazing, just steps from the Puente de Isabel II on a vibrant street full of shops and tapas bars. The apartment was exactly as described, and communication with the staff was seamless. The included rooftop jacuzzi was a fantastic addition that made an already fabulous stay even better.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if the kitchen was stocked with some basic condiments like salt, pepper, and olive oil. There was also an issue with a remote control for a bedroom TV that was unfortunately not fixed during our stay.

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very clean. The directions for easy entry were very helpful (great communication w/ management), and the building is quiet and beautiful. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Tons of great places to eat in the neighborhood, and we particularly loved the proximity to the Mercado de Triana to get fresh produce. Having a laundromat only 1/2 block away was very helpful too.

We truly did love the apartment, but if we could have had more coffee pods and some cooking oil in the kitchen, that would have been ideal. The sofa is also not very comfortable for lounging (at least not if you're tall), but the bed was comfortable. Otherwise it was perfect!

Wonderful location on a lively pedestrian street, but the apartment is very quiet. Double pane windows block the street noise very effectively. Excellent lighting plus good black out shutters. Close to restaurants, bakery, grocery.

Guests need to know this location is on a pedestrian street and taxis cannot take you all the way to the property. The taxi stand is about two blocks from property, level, cobblestones. There is no staff at the property. You need door codes, which are only emailed to you a few hours before you arrive. Entrance has a few steps and then a very, very heavy iron gate. We thought it was locked until my husband figured out how hard we had to push to open it. If you are able-bodied, all of these things are no issue. As you are older, all of these things can be a challenge.

Major sights in town such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Bullring are within 10–15 minutes on foot. • Atmosphere: The apartment is located on the main street of the Triana District, a lively area with bars and restaurants. With windows closed, normal street noise is effectively blocked. A slightly higher noise level is expected on weekeneds and during festive seasons, though not disturbing, rather cheerful; comes from people, not from traffic. • Communication and Service: Exceptional. Friendly, effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The team accommodated our date change, provided detailed apartment instructions, and gave great recommendations for sightseeing and food. Regular check-ins ensured we had everything we needed. Thoughtful, genuine hospitality throughout. • Apartment: Cozy, clean, and stylish in a historic building. The kitchen was well-equipped. Although there was an initial issue with the Wi-Fi, the staff made significant efforts to resolve it, and it worked well for the rest of our stay. Room cleanliness exceeded expectations, with an extra cleaning service mid-stay adding to the comfort. Overall: First-class service, a perfect location, and a wonderful apartment. Highly recommended.

Really liked this apartment rental during our three days in Seville. It’s located on an active pedestrian street very close to all the fun things in Triana. Steps from the Triana market and ceramic shops. Parking is close by but pricey. The room 202 is large, modern and clean. It had a small kitchen and living area, good sized bedroom and large bathroom. We enjoyed the sunny rooftop terrace every day. Really - one of the nicer city apartments that I’ve stayed in. The crispy clean sheets, eventing heat, nespresso machine and tv were all very nice. The only issue we had was that the lock on our door was a bit finicky.

Fantastic location. A Street of tapas bars was just outside our front door but we couldn't hear any noise from our apartment. We were close to the bridge to cross to the busier areas for sightseeing. Triana is so much more relaxed with lovely restaurants and bars alongside the river which were within a 2 min walk. The apartment itself felt quite luxurious and the traditional tile decoration very attractive. We were on the ground floor so we had bi fold doors leading out to a beautiful tiled cool courtyard.

The sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on. Also the courtyard had the traditional tiled seats but they are also not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Seal pads might help.

Great location, lovely room and very comfortable. Lots of room; great balconies to watch street life go by. The outside of the building is also a local attraction.

The automatic key/lock system for front door and room door worked well, but on initial arrival late at night (due to flight delays) once through the front door, the internal door had become stuck and I couldn't get in without phoning the rep (and his mother) at midnight, which was dealt with after a while, but wasn't what you need at midnight when first arriving!

The accommodation is wonderful!! It looks like a piece of art! It is located in Triana, the area of Sevilla that is famous for it’s restaurants.

Unfortunately the airconditioning in our apartment broke down the day we arrived and the temperature was above 32 degrees Celsius. We slept with the doors and windows open, it is a very busy street 24/7, due to the heat and drunks we hardly slept. Carmen and Carlos did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately the airconditioning problem could not be fixed during our stay. We were really sorry to cancel our second and last night.

Lovely location, convenient for bars, cafes, shops and crossing the bridge to the old town areas. Lovely river walks nearby too. The Apartment was modern and fresh and well appointed, with attention to detail. We liked having the outdoor space when it was cool and shady. The electric shutters were great for blackout. Esther was very welcoming and helpful

My partner found the street a little noisy at night but I had no problem with noise

For those of you who long for a dark bedroom, this scores 7/10. Unfortunately the designer of the flat puts aesthetics before darkness and so installed a sheet of opaque glass to the side of the door which allows the corridor lights to shine through. There was also the ubiquitous green flashing smoke alarm. Grrrrr Apart from this perfect.
