The location and hotel facilities are more than sufficient. The parking area is a bit tight, but we managed to find a spot—just note that there’s an extra charge. One of the downsides of Andalusia is that hotel parking usually comes at an additional cost. The bathroom and bed sizes are excellent. There’s a bidet spray, which is great—hygiene is very important. The room design is very well thought out, and the air conditioning works perfectly.

There is still a section under construction at the back of the hotel, and occasional noise comes from that area. If your room faces the back, you might hear it from time to time.

Great, relaxing location, with amazing views of the river and a rooftop pool. It’s a nice walk over the bridge into the city centre as well. The hotel has recently been renovated so everything had a fresh, clean and modern feel. There was still construction going on during our stay but it didn’t interfere at all. The staff were friendly and very professional. Overall the hotel was awesome, we got engaged here :) and once the renovations are complete I imagine it’ll be even better!

The buffet breakfast was on the expensive side at €22

The front desk spends an excessive amount of time on the check-in process. It appears that they are using an outdated system to input all the data. The entire process, including signatures for each individual, took over 10 minutes, which is significantly longer than the time required by other hotels, which only require the person making the reservation. This excessive paperwork is a major issue.

Good Location, design & colourful very elegant , I always like hotel with kettle (the best choice ceramic) to drink coffee which perfect for me as a coffee lover!

I don’t like the vinyl on the flooring instead of putting tiles if, it’s cheaper than the marble just like the stairs. The rest of the staffs are very polite & helpful except to the lady receptionist(blonde hair)my husband said he found it a bit rude & unhelpful when you ask something but the other guy(receptionist) he is so nice , thankful to him for all his help.

Placed next to the charming Triana neighborhood, this lovely hotel was such a nice place to stay. The room we've booked was very spacious with quite a large terrace with the river view. Everything was super clean and everyday the room service was doing cleaning magic tidying up the place. The front desk staff were always super helpful and very friendly, professionally handling any questions and helping with everything. The rooftop bar has a lovely view over the river and jacuzzi available for all guests was also a nice bonus. Hotel is conveniently situated just a couple of minutes walk from the bus station (just across the bridge) and a couple of minutes walk to the colorful Triana market (same side of the river). We've really enjoyed our stay here and, hopefully, there will be a chance to visit it again!

Fabulous location, perfect air conditioning, wonderful breakfast, and impeccable cleanliness

There were not enough sun loungers in the pool area — I believe there were only six for the entire hotel. A hotel of this price, in Seville, in June, cannot afford to only have 6 sun loungers. The terrace/solarium was under construction, and we were not informed of this at the time of booking. The parking was expensive, €18 per night

The hotel location is excellent just within walking distance to the centre of Sevilla. We found that places to eat and drink were much nicer and interesting in the Triana area compared to "touristic" areas. The hotel itself was as advertised: modern, clean, spacious. We originally booked a different accommodation in the centre but after one night of impossible sleep due to poor soundproofing we moved hotel and we're glad we did as we managed to get restful nights after exploring Sevilla and its surrounding (and this is despite being located next to a busy road). We didn't use the hotel facilities so cannot comment on these (breakfast, spa, gym, parking) but the rooftop was a nice bonus.

Wifi was patchy. The complimentary tea and coffee were surprisingly of low quality considering this is a 4-star hotel.

The kind friendly staff team excellent to all enquires and information needed. Well appointed in city for all our requirements. Clean and comfortable throughout the property.

We would have appreciated being advised before our visit that the refurbishment was complete so there were no gym/sauna or outside bar facilities open during our stay.

Exellent facilities. Freshly refurbished hotel, comfortable rooms. Staff are professional and well trained. The view of the Level rooftop bar are gorgeous. The pool, although small, is nice to refresh, socialize and have a drink. The restaurant is super nice decorated with nice views as well.

NA. The only thing is perhaps complementary water at checkin in the rooms.

This hotel is well located and worth it especially for its rooftop bar. I was a bit let down in terms of cleanliness- they did not clean the floor even after I requested them to be cleaned. If they can improve on this point I will surely return to this hotel for value for money and easy access to tourist attractions (20 min walk)
