Placed next to the charming Triana neighborhood, this lovely hotel was such a nice place to stay. The room we've booked was very spacious with quite a large terrace with the river view. Everything was super clean and everyday the room service was doing cleaning magic tidying up the place. The front desk staff were always super helpful and very friendly, professionally handling any questions and helping with everything. The rooftop bar has a lovely view over the river and jacuzzi available for all guests was also a nice bonus. Hotel is conveniently situated just a couple of minutes walk from the bus station (just across the bridge) and a couple of minutes walk to the colorful Triana market (same side of the river). We've really enjoyed our stay here and, hopefully, there will be a chance to visit it again!

The hotel location is excellent just within walking distance to the centre of Sevilla. We found that places to eat and drink were much nicer and interesting in the Triana area compared to "touristic" areas. The hotel itself was as advertised: modern, clean, spacious. We originally booked a different accommodation in the centre but after one night of impossible sleep due to poor soundproofing we moved hotel and we're glad we did as we managed to get restful nights after exploring Sevilla and its surrounding (and this is despite being located next to a busy road). We didn't use the hotel facilities so cannot comment on these (breakfast, spa, gym, parking) but the rooftop was a nice bonus.

Wifi was patchy. The complimentary tea and coffee were surprisingly of low quality considering this is a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is well located and worth it especially for its rooftop bar. I was a bit let down in terms of cleanliness- they did not clean the floor even after I requested them to be cleaned. If they can improve on this point I will surely return to this hotel for value for money and easy access to tourist attractions (20 min walk)

The room was very recently refurbished and thus immaculate. Lovely view over river (paid extra though). Good buffet breakfast. Aircon very quiet. Pool on roof only a little plunge pool, but good for kids.

Being newly refurbished we were the snagging team! Sink stop didnt work nor did bathroom ventilator. The bedside wall light fell off in the night! A team of maintenance men was circulating fixing things so issues quickly resolved. The excellent walk-in shower however did not have any hand rails for the infirm and the shower floor was slippy when soapy, solved by sacrificing a hand towel as non-slip mat (steal extra one from the room service trolleys).

Great hotel. Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space in room and it was very clean, would definately stay again. Lovely location along the river and only 20 minute walk onto the city centre but it also right be side a stop for the sightseeing bus tours

There was a buzzing noise from the electricty box in the room. It did not bother me but might someone else. This was the only negative of the stay.

After a long journey from Boston we arrived at the hotel exhausted @ 09:15; and although check-in was not until 14:00, they allowed us to check-in early which was huge! The room refrigerator actually had some drinks and snacks, which we are not used too lol. The location is very convenient: not so close to attractions that there are hundreds of tourists around but an easy walk to anywhere. There is also a taxi stand and bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you were to take the bus from the airport, the stop is a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom had plenty of amenities; including robes and slippers, though we never used those. The rooftop pool was closed when were were there but the rooftop terrace was open and we went up there one night for some drinks and a nice view of the river the rest of Seville. The drinks are expensive by local standards and can't be charged to the room. Finally, the staff we interacted with all spoke English.

My girlfriend didn't think the AC was cold enough, though I thought it was fine. There is a dial thermostat in the room; we usually kept it @ 20C. I gave a slightly lower rating on overall value only because it was a holiday week and prices were higher than normal; though to be fair, $300 US dollars/night was not outrageous. We did not have breakfast included but did try it out our last day. It was expensive at 15 euros a piece and was a continental/Spanish style buffet. There were no eggs although there was some signage that stated they could be made upon request. I would suggest just getting breakfast at some of the local restaurants that are an easy walk from the hotel: including one right across the street.

The hotel is located in the Triana district and was a really lovely surprise. The room was fabulous as we were upgraded to a river view with a balcony and it was huge with the most comfortable beds. It’s very easy to get to the centre of Seville either by regular bus or purchasing a hop on hop off bus, which we did. The breakfast was great and there are plenty of good restaurants very local to the hotel. This hotel was a great find and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone and also returning if we come back to the gorgeous city of Seville.

Room was good with a lovely view over the river. Bathroom was great as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre - you are only a short walk away from the centre (10 mins) but far away enough for some peace. The pool bar on the 5th level was a superb place to have couple of early evening drinks with incredible view of the city & the river - just stunning!

This is only a small point & it won't stop me coming back BUT I think this is one of the first hotels (where you are paying over £200 per night) that I've ever have to pay for water in the room - I genuinely can't remember not getting complimentary water before in a hotel like this in UK, Europe, UAE, India or the USA.

We were able to book last minute and the staff were very accommodating! The hotel parking was full however the hotel had a partnership with a nearby car park and the rate for three days was the same as the hotel parking costs. The room was comfortable and the room-service food items were delicious! Great location and easily walkable to all the popular sightseeing spots.

The price per night was high I assume because it was a last minute booking and breakfast was not included. The breakfast cost is 15 euros per person and it felt quite overpriced for the run of the mill continental breakfast offering.

The rooftop bar overlooking Seville was amazing and the location in the old town, near the market and with a bus stop on the door step made it really easy to get to whereever you'd like. There was also a lovely walk along the river right beneath.

It was unclear whether the bar in the hotel was staffed and open and what times. But there were so many bars and restaurants close by it wasn't really an issue.
