The location was very convenient for all the central tourist sites. The apartment had all the basic commodities and was reasonably quiet. As I was arriving after 9pm, I appreciated the 24h staffed reception desk.

The internet connection was unstable at times, but was generally functional. A wider selection of kitchen utensils, washing-up liquid and a sponge would have made cooking easier. There was also a smell of sewers running through the property, but I got used to it quickly; it was also felt outside in all the surrounding streets, so I don't think it was anything to do with the apartment block itself. The water pressure was very good.

The building is located next to a supermarket and a gym, it has elevators, the room has a mini kitchen, and private bathroom, free wifi, and it is only a 15 minutes walk from city center.

because it is close to a big avenue, it might be a bit noisy at night, but that is the price you pay for being close to many amenities.

The hotel looks a bit outdated, but my room was big enough, with everything I needed. It was a room for two, it had a couch, a small kitchen (partly equipped), and a big bathroom. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The wi-fi worked okay. The hotel is located ca. 15 minutes by walk from the cathedral. Mercadona right next to the hotel. Totally okay for a business trip, like in my case, when you need to be in the room just in the morning and then in the evening.

I would add some towels to the kitchen (if it´s there). It wasn´t possible to open the slats and/or the curtains for two reasons: there was a house opposite the hotel, and it would probably be too hot in the room (no controllable air conditioning in the room).

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned daily. Late check-out (until 12:00) and luggage room available. Big and well equipped supermarket next to the hotel. Really great value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi could’ve been better (it was barely working in our room) and sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen would’ve been nice to have. But both did not matter much.

Not bad location. Room size. Easy check in with real people at reception desk .Cleanless. Good beds. Designated space in the street at the front to park for few minutes and unload your luggage before leaving your car at one of couple expensive garages in the the area.

Temporary lack of hot water due to some maintenance in the building. Happens. It is regular apartment building so some usual pipes or people noises from time to time but not tragic. Do not expect window views but in Seville you are not lingering at the hotel anyway.

Spacious room and sensibly sized bathroom. Location: safe area with café/bar and supermarket next door. Metro 3 mins walk away, but main tourist area not much further. Basic kitchen facilities (two electric hob plates, microwave) so I could make hot drinks.

AC/heating made little impact, so room was a bit chillly (Seville in March was mostly grey and wet.) Fridge was temperamental.

Great location, in reach of everything in Triana. Really friendly staff and I was able to leave my suitcase after check out as I was flying late. It's old fashioned but comfortable and it had everything I needed in the room. Bed was comfortable and I would definitely rebook. Great value for money.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the shower screen had no seal so the floor got really wet. The water pressure was amazing though so it's a minor thing.

Great location, supermarket next door. Central but quiet. Restaurants available nearby. 15 min walk to cathedral. Nice size room, comfortable beds. Regular bathroom and small kitchenette with very limited kitchenware. But good enough for our stay. Staff very friendly and front desk staffed 24 hrs. We would recommend this place.

Most likely because of Easter week the price was on the higher side. It would be nice if there was a water kettle in the room.

All great, the location, as you can walk to most things, and next to it there is a big supermarket. The beds are comfortable. The rooms have a tiny kitchen, which we did not use, but you can make supper or breakfast. At reception, there was always a concierge if you needed to ask something. Really recomend it!!!

It is located in one of the most interesting neighborhoods (Triana) of Seville, close to many nice bars and restaurants. Having your own kitchen and fridge has its advantages. Especially when there is a supermarket located within the building, to by a few essentials.

Internet, through the available WiFi connection, was virtually non existing. I spent 8 nights and it never worked properly. In most cases, I had to switch over to my own 4/5G, to have ANY connection.
