Triana luxury home’s location is perfect. Two blocks from the Triana bridge. We preferred to stay on the Triana side as more cultural and some of the best tapa and restaurants that locals entertain. A very short walk to all if the historic sites right across the bridge.

Well, I would not say what we didn’t like but the rooms are not completely sound proof… Which did not bother us but I r is noted hence the comment. Would this affect our return absolutely NOT as far too many uses.

Hotel is close to the city center (10-15 minutes walking), so you can enjoy the city center without staying in a crowded area. Its area is also vibrant and full of cafes and restaurants, though, but the hotel itself is in quiet street. It's a smart hotel, so you use a code to enter the door and pick up your key, but there's someone whom you can reach via Whatsapp in case you need anything. The receptionist was available during the morning and she was very helpful and friendly.

The room lacked a carpet or something to cover the floor, which gets very cold during winter. Make sure to bring slippers or thick socks!

We were expecting a flexible check-in, which was possible since they do not have a permanent receptionist personal at the house. Nevertheless, all the information was given in detail the check-in was smooth. The house was great, relaxing music at the entry, amazing room, very comfortable and with all the necessary toiletry. Great coffee capsules were included. Air-conditioning was available, which help to endure the hot summer weather in Seville. All our needs were rapidly attended by the responsible whenever necessary. Locations is amazing since you can reach all the important places by foot. I would definitely choose this place again in a future visit.

Location is exceptional, not in the most touristic area but more a local area which makes it perfect since there are sightseeing and eating places nearby. Its also close to the main center. The property was so clean and friendly. They are reliable.

The communication was hard at the beginning but later we were comfortable.

Triana Luxury Home is a very sweet and cosy little hotel in the heart of beautiful Triana. It had everything I needed, including a great location for a fair price. It was particularly nice to enjoy the Andalusian style and decoration of the patio and room, the subtle Arabic influence giving the whole place its wonderful and pleasant flair. It‘s well worth mentioning that the place being a “smart hotel” means being able to check in and out entirely independently. However during most of the daytime there is a great team at the reception, always being helpful and giving me some superb recommendations for how to make the most of my stay in Sevilla. So, a big personal thank you to Francisca, Maria del Mar and Alejandro at this point for being wonderful hosts. All in all a 10/10 stay!

Nice, clean, silent (most likely there were no other people except for us), well kept. Several minutes walk to bar district, some 10-15 min walk to the old town. Parking was difficult, but possible in the neighbouring main street.

Very soft bed - after the night I realized lying in a sort of a hole. A bit strange shower - basically you share a (not-entirely see through) glass wall with neighbouring room.

Very confortable position. Triana neibourhood offers restaurants and other attactions like teather if you want to stay near the lodgment at night after a day around the city. The owner is available and helpful even if she isn't there all the time. The room was very clean and well-equiped.

Love the place. I had the best sleep after travelling long hours from Canada. I had a great and comfortable stay. Love how clean and the room smells fresh and clean. I had a lovely room with the balcony. If I ever go back to Seville, I will be staying again for sure.

Great communication, very helpfull staff. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean. Wi-fi speed was good. Located in a nice area with bars, restaurants around, but I did not hear any noise from the street, so you can sleep well. The city center can be reached easily on foot by crossing one of the bridges. Nearby Triana market you can rent bikes which is a comfortable way to get around the city as well. I could also leave my luggage there for free after checkout to pick it up later when going to airport.

The building has a beautiful open hallway from ground floor to the roof, but that also means that you can hear all the noises from there very well, too. It did not bother me much though.
