The apartment is in the perfect location, close to many of the main sights and is easy to get to from the airport by bus. The apartment was very clean and was refreshed daily if wished. Loved the free beer, coke and water which was provided daily and much needed in the heat. The huge bed was very comfortable and the apartment (1702) had numerous large windows with direct views of the Real Alcazar. It was great to have access from the lift direct to the apartment and also from the apartment to the rooftop terrace. This allowed us to have breakfast and an evening drink on the terrace each evening, which was a highlight especially with the views of La Giralda. We were lucky to have the terrace to ourselves every day. There is a handy small shop below the apartments which was useful for emergencies and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Seville is a beautiful city and the apartment allowed us to see the best of what it offers. It was the perfect stay.

Collecting the room keys from the sister apartments was fine and we were greeted by a very helpful guy, Martin, on reception. Despite his helpful directions, the walk from there to the apartment took longer as the streets were a little confusing! After a flight and bus from the airport and the heat, it was an added stress. The return of them was much easier as we'd become familiar with the city by then. We also found the unreliability of the key cards a little frustrating as they could be temperamental. We were given 3 cards so didn't have a problem accessing the apartment or the lifts with them, however it would often take a few attempts to work. Aside from these 2 minor points, everything for us was perfect and I would highly recommend the Suites Murillo Alcazar apartments.

Bright and clean, very well located

Booking.com describes this property as having a safe and a balcony. It has neither. Enquires about this brought no response! Once they have your money they don’t care. We paid for features we did not get. The Murillo net site does not mention safe or balcony, only Booking.com. A good reason to avoid third party booking apps. The key is collected 300 metres away, which may be a problem to some. We arrived early and were able to store bags at the hotel Murillo. When the key was available they assisted us with luggage and got us into the apartment, which was handy. I have no problem with the apartment, it was Booking.com that gave misleading information. Suggest you book direct.

It was right in the centre, opposite the Alcazar and just across the road from the cathedral. It was the perfect location. The apartment was spacious and well thought out. There was a lift that takes you directly into your suite. There were free drinks in the fridge that was a cute idea. Despite being in the centre it was a quiet apartment with great air air-conditioning that was very much needed over the weekend at 38°. The view from the room was amazing and it has a lovely rooftop Terace.

It would have been lovely having fresh milk for tea (and extra teabags). It took a lot of walking to find a local shop that sold milk which was a bit of a pain in the heat. On checkout, we were advised we could have asked the ladies in the shop below. I did this and was told no. It might be worth making it clear you are staying in the apartments above.

The location was perfect — just steps away from the Real Alcázar, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She clearly explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, shared thoughtful recommendations on what to see and do, and even marked all the key spots on a map for us. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere and exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartments right in the centre of Seville. The location right next to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar is perfect. The apartments are of a very high standard and have everything you need for a short break. The lift direct to your room is quirky and cool and the rooftop terrace has fantastic views of the Cathedral to start and/or end your day!

Nothing really. Due to the location it does get a little noisy from around 8am but do you really want to sleep late in such a beautiful city? Key uplift is at the sister apartments or sister hotel if you are a late arrival. Not a huge issue but does require a short walk with your suitcase unless you want to take a taxi around the old city walls which takes longer than the walk!

The apartment was in perfect location opposite Alcazar. Was perfection. Well equipped beautiful bathrooms balcony’s. Comfortable sofas and Lounge and would have been perfection apart from. The bed Loved the roof terrace to have a coffee and a cake Service was lovely and being part of hotel chain and getting room made up each day was a bonus

The double bed was two singles pushed together but weren’t properly connected and kept slipping apart through the. Make the bed uncomfortable

Location, location, location. Apartment very nice with all amenities. Information booth right next door and supermarket easy walking distance. Direct access from the lift into own apartment-amazing. Roof top view of the Cathedral at night fantastic. Roof top bar right opposite with great views also.

No washing machine but you cannot have everything perfect. Slight hiccup with the lift but is was attended to very quickly.

We loved this apartment! We had beautiful views of the palace walls and the cathedral/square. We could step out onto our small balconies (first floor unit) and watch the activity below us/listen to the church bells and horse carriages in the day. At night this area became very still and quiet, very peaceful. We also loved the roof top terrace! We were sad to leave and hope to return. The young woman who checked us in told us she is from Seville. She walked us from the check in desk to the apartment. The elevator went directly to the apartment.

Our shower drain did not drain quickly and at times backed up. We did report this and housekeeping checked it when we were not present. Housekeeping reported it was fine and draining. In order to keep the water draining properly we had to run the water at low pressure and even turn it on and off during showers. We made it work but it was an inconvenience. Even with this drain problem we still had a lovely stay at this lovely apartment with kind staff.

The location was perfect. right next to the Alcazar & 30 seconds from the cathedral. The apartment was fantastic.

Better directions for picking up the keys. the taxi could not find the hotel & walking around with suitcases was pretty hot. However, once we did get the keys the management sent staff to take our luggage to the apartment. Location to get the keys is not their fault. Maybe clearer directions might help.

The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and had almost everything you would need, air conditioner was good, lift opened directly into the apartment.

The kitchen was a bit small to cook as there were very few items, the shower head leaked and water would spill out of the shower as it had very slow drainage. There was an awful smell in the foyer that really needs to be fixed.
