Best location in the city. Right next to the Cathedral in the Santa Cruz district. Super trendy and buzzing area. 5 Min walk to everything, city center, parks, shops, the Alcazar is literally on your door step. The hotel itself is fantastic, rooftop pool with a view of the cathedral, rooms are spacious, clean with trendy decor. The hotel is tucked away in a little backstreet so it's nice and quiet day and night. Slept like a baby. Staff we lovely, 24 hour reception friendly and helpful. Amazing value for the price, will stay here again next time I'm in Seville for sure. We came mid August, was worried about the heat but it was absolutely fine, the rooms are perfectly air conditioned and the city streets are well shaded with huge sun shades that hang from the buildings. The pool is a MUST at this time of year tho. We were in it several times a day. Water temperature was perfect, nice and fresh after a day of sight seeing. FYI best way to see the city are the shared bikes, we were on them every day!

On arrival the staff make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a map and recommendations. The hotel is really well situated, everywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 15-20 minute walk. We never needed to use public transport for what we wanted. The staff are very helpful and you can use WhatsApp to communicate with them, either for recommendations or requirements you have. I am pregnant and whilst out on our second night thought about needing a couple extra cushions for the rest of my stay for extra support as the night before I’d noticed the difference without my pregnancy pillow! I messaged them whilst I was out and by the time we came back for the night the extra pillows were waiting for us on the bed.

Really lovely little hotel - newly done up, so so super clean and new facilities and fittings everywhere. Beds were exceptionally comfortable - fluffy and firm. Shower water pressure was great, bathroom had a bidet and external window which was appreciated. Lovely roof terrace with seatings and a great view to relax. Breakfast served in partner location around the corner had great options and made-to-order eggs. Thanks for the great stay and service!

It would be helpful to have more labelling on the breakfast buffet, to make it more clear on vegetarian options.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the coffee machine and water in the lobby was a very nice touch. I spent a bit of time on the roof in the pool, and it was a welcome respite during the hot weather. The location was very central and close to dozens of sites, shops, and restaurants while still being down a quieter street.

If you plan on spending a lot of time in your room, be aware that there is very little natural light. The rooms don't have exterior windows -- only interior windows that get light from a roof skylight.

- Amazing location: super close to restaurants/ bars and good view of the cathedral, less than 5 min walk - Very good breakfast buffet, served in their other hotel (2 min walk away). They serve hot eggs (cooked how you like), pastries, fruit, meat/cheese etc. Fresh juice and coffee. - Bed is very comfortable and room is clean, daily room service. - Staff are friendly and helpful, making suggestions of where to visit. - Large roof terrace with pool/ beautiful views. -Free tea/coffee and ice water in the lobby.

- We stayed in a standard room and there is no outside window which makes the room very dark and hard to wake up. Would definitely pay the extra money next time for a balcony. - Only 5 sun loungers on the roof terrace which are often taken all day. Would be better to have some more.

Fran from the reception was extremely helpful and informative. Allowed us an early check in and provided us with a map and suggestions. The staff generally was amazing, the night shift lady (didn't catch her name) offered handwritten information by coming to our room when we needed something. The room was spacious, modern and sparkling clean, location in the heart of the Old Town with all the main sites a stone's throw away. The breakfast very rich and only 1 min on foot at the partner hotel. After check out we could also enjoy the amazing views and sunny terrace for some vitamin D top up! Coffee and water, lounge was also very cosy and available after check out for socialising! 5* experience,highly recommended!

The property is in an ideal location - it is close to all of the main attractions, the walking distance was always within ~15-20 minutes. The room itself was spacious, the decor is really lovely and we had access to three windows which allowed continuous ventilation. The wardrobes provided sufficient storage space. The mattresses were firm and you could get a good night’s sleep and the doors/windows were really good quality you couldn’t hear noise from outside. The bathroom itself was really clean and the products were nice to use. There is lift access all the way up to the terrace. The hotel itself is aesthetic and has a nice modern look to it. The breakfast was at a different location but it’s a minute’s walk away. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of hot food, sweet options, yogurt, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade dips and jams. They also make your choice of eggs for you fresh when you arrive and there is a coffee machine. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and friendly, they provide great recommendations for anywhere you want to visit and make sure your stay is easy. We requested late check out and they were able to make that happen. The cooking/cleaning staff were also really great and left the room clean whenever we requested cleaning. Overall we had a really lovely time here and would happily recommend this place to others visiting.

I wouldn’t say dislike but just to note - sometimes food items which were vegetarian one day would have meat on it the next day. There aren’t exact food labels so you don’t really know what the ingredients but it’s easy to ask whoever is managing breakfast that day. The cleaning also happens quite late in the day if you’re not checking out so you might go out in the morning but the room might not have been cleaned yet if you come back mid afternoon however I’m sure you can request/communicate wanting an earlier clean.

The cleanliness, very friendly staff, excellent location and amazing price for money

My room (231) on the rooftop by the pool its way to noisy, you can hear at any hour the noise from the lift as well as anyone that is at the terrace talking and the ambiance music

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Luis. The location is excellent for a Sevilla visit: central, comfortable for walking to most desidred destinations. It was lovely to have cake & Water most of the days as you walk into reception:)

1. In the room itself the bedside tables are too small/inappropriate to even leave a phone charging + a glass of water. 2. The pool space on the roof is OK, but on a hot afternoon the pool (which is actually a wading pool to sit in ... not for swimming at all) and the chairs seemed to be insufficient. Having said that, it is a welcome part of the hotel.
