The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few steps from the main attractions. I stayed here 5 nights with my 12 yrs old daughter. The weather was too hot, we couldn't walk around in the heat. Thanks to the hotel's location, we walked through the park opposite the hotel to nearby main attractions and walked back to the hotel to stay away from the heat. Then, we went out again in the late afternoon. The view of my room was fabulous with a balcony. I enjoyed the sunset view every evening and Seville by night. Would highly recommend it.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is way too small that just enough for a few people standing in. My daughter couldn't use the pool as there were a few men in the pool. (We tried twice with different times).

Just stayed at the Hotel Alcazar and it is perferctly located to get to from the Airport for the cost of 6 euros per bus ticket and once at the Hotel excellent location for visiting all the sights and more... Did not have breakfast at the hotel as there is so much eateries for breakfast and brunch like Moya & Billy Brunch but make sure you book in advance. The Staff where so friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and nice but maybe our section of the hotel (room 318) was noisy as the walls are paper thin and can hear everything ... Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel as for ease of access to Seville's main attractions and friendly staff and cleanliness...

Easy access to the old town, good airconditioning and wifi signal. Nice bright room and comfortable beds. Staff were really helpful.great coffee machine at buffet breakfast. Enjoyed having a dip in the roof top pool after sightseeing though sun beds limited and pool and sunbed area much smaller than promotional photos.

Breakfast buffet could have had a wider selection. A lot of processed meats ( like spam or luncheon meat which surprised me when Spain has so much jamon like prosciutto and there were no eggs. No much choice of fresh fruit. Think the hotel could do better.

It's really in the heart of the city center but in a good side for you if you have a car. You can just park it and forget about it haha. It has an amazong view, but i guess you need to book one of the rooms with the balcony to enjoy it better with the nice weather of Seville. Overall was great !

Weirdly we had noisy neighbours, when they opened the door and stuff you can hear everything very loudly. They also had housekeeping start very early than normal (around 9am). Don't fall for the 24h parking schemes here that would cost you 21€, instead just go look for any blue street parking (there's plenty) it'll cost you 1.7€ per 2h and it's free from 8pm to 9am

The hotel was in a fabulous location. It was really good that there was an outdoor rooftop area with pool that stayed open late into the evening. The views of Sevilla were just amazing. I would definitely return

The room that I stayed in was really comfortable but unfortunately it was very dark due to where it was located. The lighting wasn't very good. Due to the high temperatures in Sevilla there should be a mini fridge in the room to store cold drinks. Whilst I was there the temperature was in the mid 40s.

Good location opposite the park and only a short walk to the Catedral area and the Plaza de España. Amazing view from the roof top bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room, and hotel in general, was very clean.

Room was quite small and had no natural light. The room walls must be paper thin because we could hear next door talking and any noise from the shower/toilet etc - plus anyone talking in the hallway. (It's not the hotels fault but we're not sure why people can't keep their voices down during unsociable hours.) Was too cold to use the pool but it's not very big so it's more for relaxing than for swimming.

I booked a single room but the room contained a small double. It felt luxurious for a solo traveller. The bar and pool on the rooftop was superb. There was a fantastic view of the sunset directly over the Giralda/Cathedral. It was great to sit there with a drink, watching the swifts swoop overhead. The staff were ever so helpful. Very friendly, efficient and professional. There were a lot of paintings and sculpture in the lounge rooms - they have created a very classy hotel. The location was across the road from the jaw-dropping Parque de Maria Luisa and the Plaza de España. It was a lovely walk through narrow lanes to the Cathedral.

Not much to say! Nothing irked me.

Location is amazing. View from the bar and pool on the top floor is out of this world. Beds are comfy, sheets and pillows as well. Staff on reception is extremely nice and helpful. I would like to specially thank your staff member on reception that worked when we checked in, he was really nice, knew answer to every question we asked, explained us the garage and the way to it very thoroughly. Staff at the rooftop pool are also extremely friendly and professional.

Ventilation and heating stopped working on 2nd day of our stay. It was already late at night so I didn't want to make a fuss about it, but it shouldn't happen. Also the room could have more closet space and place to sit (like a couch or armchair). Window in the bathroom didn't really do much to stop the cold air from outside from coming in, that should be fixed.

The location, the terrace and the staff are key strenghts of the hotel. Very nice, kind and helpful ladies at the reception. The location only a short walk from the airport bus station and just across the avenue from the gardens of Murillo/Alcazar. There is a breath-taking view on the gardens and Giralda/cathedral from the 7th floor terrace. There is also a (really small) pool on top, so don't expect too much - still, one family at a time can surely enjoy it. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, the bathroom ok (apart from the showerhead which probably needed replacing).

I had one of the very small rooms with windows looking into the narrow interior "patio", so zero view. The room was really small, no chance to do there anything else but sleep & use bathroom. Luckily, there's the terrace! However, I thought the prices of the drinks in the terrace bar were too high. The pool is the size of a bit larger jacuzzi :) Not very silent - too easy to hear noises from the corridor, doors slamming and talking in the room across the corridor.

Loved the location, very central, roof top bar was fab with fantastic views of the city , great service , we loved it. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily if you wanted, only negative was the room was with no view, it was looking out on a very small court yard and we were floor one so there were a lot of floors above us, so just 4 walls basically, not all rooms are like this remember!, but it would not put us off staying here again, we paid for what we got, very reasonably priced.

The view from the room, it made the room quite dark, but this can't be changed it is what it is!
